Hi , after delivery especially if ur feeding u will have irregular periods or no periods till few months but there will be chance of pregnancy sometimes , so it is better to use condoms as u cannot follow safe period.

Please take a ripe banana and swallow it half without chewing after 5-10 minutes again take the rest half of it without chewing just swallow. This will help you out if not then drink warm-saline water slowly slowly you will get relief.

Do take vitamin d3. Hi, take diet rich in protein like non-veg, eggs (it's loaded with essential nutrients such as proteins, vitamin b12, iron, zinc and omega 6 fatty acids in large amounts and biotin), different pulses & legumes, sprouts, nuts (sp. Walnuts and almonds); iron-rich food like green vegetables, dates, carrots, prunes, green peas; also oats, shrimp, take flaxseeds, sunflower seeds, sesame seeds, green tea, soyabean, fruits, salads, etc. Take low-fat dairy products (they also contain whey and casein, two high-quality protein sources) take proper 6-9hrs of sound sleep. Give up the habit of smoking and excessive alcohol intake. Avoid junk food and any kind of beverages (tea, coffee, aerated drinks, cold drinks, etc.) avoid canned/ tinned food or food that contains preservatives (eat fresh ones). Avoid use of hard water to wash the head rather use boiled water for head wash. Hi Blood sugars in diabetics are always checked with intake of medicines to make sure the medicines are helping them in controlling their diabetes and also it helps in deciding the dose. If you check it without taking medicines it will definitely show high values as you are a diabetic. So always check your blood sugars without stopping your diabetes medicines.

Yes you might be allergic to these things so either you stop using them or try to adapt your body by taking very small amounts of these things at one time and not the full serving slowly increasing it till you get accustomed to it or third is you take anti allergic drugs to control it.

Hello, nose bleeding is also known as epistaxis. It commonly occurs due to nose picking. We all normally have number of blood vessels in the nose. Trauma to these vessels can cause bleeding. Even sudden raise in blood pressure can cause bleeding. Epistaxis is of two types anterior and posterior. If blood gushes out from nostrils it is anterior epistaxis. Kindly consult a ent doctor, he will examine her and decide whether laser therapy is required. With laser we can obliterate those blood vessels so that they won't bleed again. Keep botroclot drops with her always as the bleeding starts she needs to soak gauze piece with those drops, keep it inside nostril and pinch nose from outside. This may help to control bleed acutely. Some rare condition called hereditary hemorrhagic telengectasia when the defect in blood vessel walls make them fragile and cause spontaneous rupture and bleeding more care is required. 1. You may be having anxiety or stress. Avoid stress. 2. You need 7-8 hours of sound sleep to remain healthy. 3. Go for regular exercise, Take part in games and sports, 4. Do yoga, meditation and deep breathing exercise like pranayama to calm your mind, control your emotion, relieve anxiety and improve concentration. 5. Adhere to a specific sleep time and regular schedule 6. Take light dinner. 7. Avoid taking tea/coffee at bed time. Have a glass of milk at bed time. 8. Don’t go to sleep immediately after dinner. Comb and oil treatment: Step two. Once you have completely combed out your child's hair, use their regular shampoo, rinse, and repeat. Make sure you wash all the towels used and clean out the lice comb. You can soak the comb in a 10 percent bleach solution or 2 percent Lysol solution for 30 minutes and rinse very well.with regular combing apparently making the real difference in effectiveness.

6. Myth: People in relationships do not masturbate
Fact:
Whether you’re single or in a relationship, masturbation is a healthy sexual activity that you can engage in to fulfil your sexual desires. Studies show that masturbation is a very common behaviour; about 92% of men and 62% of women masturbate. Spit up is quite common among the babies. When he vomits just make him turn on either of his side so that he does not aspirate into his lungs and the milk comes out. If your child is gaining weight, there is no fever or other issues, there is nothing to worry about. Make sure you are burping your child about 20 to 30 minutes post feed. Warm regards.
