Dear Lybrateuser, - To remain alert & to concentrate on your studies, take some precautions - have a snack or light meal about half to one hour before studying (preferably have a protein snack) to provide you with constant energy so that you can concentrate properly, keep sipping water every 10-15 min as even mild dehydration can cause lethargy & tiredness, take a 5-10 min break every 1-2 hrs, get up from the chair & walk (you can revise your topic in your mind) destress by doing exercise (learn back exercise for strong spinal muscles), listening to music or going out in fresh air, try to sleep well for 6-7 hrs at night & get up fresh in the morning, also can do yoga, meditation in the morning to calm your mind - for back your chair should have a straight, firm back support, do some movement in the chair to reduce stiffness due to continuous sitting for long hrs, apply a pain relief gel if pain is more.

Sir, I am very curious about my BP. So when my blood pressure is measured, my pulse rate increases from normal 70 to 110-120. N my BP result is also high like 140-150/80. Diastolic is always normal. I want to know if it is because of my heart that my BP is high or I actually have high BP. Thank You Sur.

Well u need not to worry much,,quit taking extra salt to ur food,,avoid smoking or alcohol,,do some yoga,,wake up early and go for walking or jogging ,,with this u need proper homoeopathic treatment to cure ur problem
