Pain in your knee could be due to an injured ligament. Joint pains are not related to vitamin D deficiency. If the pain is severe, get MRI of knee done to assess the underlying problem.

No, I would advice you to stay away from any herbal powder since you are feeding your baby. It can be harmful to both you and the baby. Stick to natural food to increase weight.

Get the pregnancy card done first. More over pregnancy will not occur if you had sex only on sixth day of your periods. If card is negative take drugs for withdrawal bleed.

Hello, Doing exercises regularly will not only cut down your belly fat, but also you will get a body in good shape and you will be get rid of many diseases related to it! Following exercises will help you to achieve this if you don’t have any other medical condition: 1.The Plank - Lie down on your tummy and then come on your palms and toes.Lift the knees off the floor. Draw your tummy muscles up and breathe deeply into the side and back of the rib cage. Aim to hold the pose for 30 seconds. 2.Static Tiger pose - Place your hands and knees on the floor. This is the starting position. Now lift up one leg and extend the opposite arm. Hold this Static Tiger Pose for 3 deep breaths. Come back to the starting position and swap sides, extending arm and opposite leg. You can look down towards the mat to keep the spine in line. This exercise will build core strength. 3.Sitting Spinal Twist - Sit on the floor and cross your legs. Place one hand next to your hip and the other on the knee. Rotate the spine and look over one shoulder into a Sitting Spinal Twist. Inhale. Exhale back to centre. Swap sides, rotating and looking over the shoulder. Inhale. Exhale back to centre. 4.Stomach Crunches - Lie on your back, knees bent and feet flat on the floor, hip-width apart. Place your hands on your thighs, across your chest or behind your ears. Slowly curl up towards your knees until your shoulders are about three inches off the floor. Hold the position for a few seconds and lower down slowly. Perform 12 stomach crunches. 5.Oblique Crunch - Lie on your back, knees bent and feet flat on the floor, hip-width apart. Roll your knees to one side down to the floor. Place your hands across your chest or behind your ears. Slowly curl up towards your hips until your shoulders are about three inches off the floor. Hold the position for a few seconds and lower down slowly. Perform 12 oblique crunches and repeat on the opposite side. Medication: Start taking Schwabe's Phytolacca Berry tablets/ thrice daily 1/2 an hr before the meals for 1 month. Thereafter revert me back for further guidance. All the best!

Hi for reduced weight you should work out as per you consume calories and it will take time just continue work out. Take following remedies for loosing weight 1. Arogya vardhini vati 2 tab before lunch and dinner 2. Abhayarishta 4 tsp before lunch nad dinner 3. Morning break fast=mung dal green soup 1 boul and if feel hunger have pomegranate or apple 4. Lunch 2 chaati + fruit vegetable + if you like rice 1 bowl and dal + barley soup 5. Evening 4-5 pm have some milk with sunth or any fruit you like 6. Dinner barley soup 2 bowl and one fruit follow this diet you will get reduced weight.

You are studying for too long and this will lead to mental fatigue and you will suffer a lot of memory loss. Yes, Yoga will help with stress management and memory retention. You may also follow the recommendations given below which does include Yoga: Daily exercise of at least half an hour is a must. Even if you go to a gym, ask for aerobic and/or callisthenic exercises with whatever else you are doing. A healthy body harbors a healthy mind. With regard to memory, it is very important that your brain and body is ideally rested to be able to recall whatever is required, rather comfortably. Puzzles pose problems to the brain that help it to use new pathways and neurons, which give the brain considerable exercise. It taxes the left brain to use logic to solve the myriad possibilities which other activities do not stimulate. Crosswords are excellent for vocabulary learning and use. Jigsaws and Rubik cube stimulate different permutations to finally settle on the most likely one. Picture completion and anagrams help approach problem-solving from several angles. Do Sudoku, and memory co-relation activities and skills. Have a good night’s sleep, have a good breakfast of more proteins, meditate often, remain free of stress, eat a lot of fiber (whole grains, fruits and vegetables), nuts, avocado, eat dark chocolate, consume less of fat and use olive oil instead, do Yoga meditation exercises, etc. You need to check out if you are stronger visual or auditory. The visual is a better mode than the auditory. However, if you combine the two modes, you will get the best concentration. Have a special place of learning, which should be well lit, with soft painted walls, well-ventilated, with no distractions. When you get bored, study by writing. If you repeat learning, at least, five to seven times, you will apparently remember for a longer time. Sit comfortably but do not slouch. The reading material should be of a fairly large print. Study at small intervals of about 40 minutes and then take a break or change the subject. Short-term memory is a faculty of the left brain, and long-term memory is a feature of the right brain. When people are stressed, they tend to favor the right brain and abandon the left brain, where short-term memory resides. So, it is really very simple: deal with the stress and activate left brain functions. Here are a few suggestions to activate left brain function: shut your left nostril and breathe, move your eyes from right to left and vice versa for at least half a minute at a time, and do callisthenic exercises with some form of counting, regularly. There is a new exercise called Super Brain Yoga, which is done by holding the right earlobe with your left thumb and index finger, and the left earlobe with your right hand’s thumb and index finger. In this position, you must squat down and rise up and do this for five minutes every day. There is some memory enhancing techniques and study methods that your teacher will be able to guide you with. If your home life is full of distractions and stress, it is likely to affect your memory, adversely. The following foods do help too: Blueberries, walnuts, turmeric, Spinach, tomatoes, broccoli, acorn squash, green tea, oily fish, boiled egg, turkey, apples, oatmeal, leafy greens, lentils, pumpkin seeds, avocado, cinnamon, thyme, sunflower seeds, and red wine. Avoid sugar and junk food.

Skin pores Skin pores are found in oily skin because of excessive sebum Natural method of Treatment 1.apply fresh Aloevera gel on the affected area and massage it for few minutes, keep it on the affected area for 10 minutes, rinse it off with cool water. Repeat the process daily 2.Dilute one table spoonful of apple cider vinegar with one table spoon ful of water, dip a cotton ball, apply it on the affected area and let it air dry then rinse it off with cold water. Repeat the process daily 3.Take a few piece of ripe papaya, mash it, apply it on affected area leave it for 20 minutes, rinse it off with cold water. Repeat the process daily 4.make a paste of 2 tablespoonful of baking soda with 2 table spoonful of water, massage it gently on affected area for 30 second rinse it off with cool water. Repeat the process 2 times per week 5.gently swipe the inside of banana peel on your face, wash it off after 10-15 minutes. Repeat the process every alternate day 6. Massage a few drops of olive oil in circular motion for few minutes in the affected area and rinse it off with lukewarm water. Repeat the process daily 7.t Mix one table spoonful of lemon juice with 1 tablespoonful of water, apply it with a cotton ball on the affected area leave it for 10-15 minutes, rinse it off with lukewarm water.

Hi for hypothyroid it has many symptom and acc to syopmtom treatment dosage is decided for now I suggest you some medicine first of all you should follow some basic thing 1.avoid=hot and cold at time 2.less the sugar as much as possible if you want to eat sweet take juggery which is black 3.do not drink water after meal drink at the time of meal sip by sip up to 150 ml 4.avoid late nght sleep 5 punarnava mandur 1 tab before lunchand dinner 2.kumari asav 4 tsp before lunch and dinner.

Knee Pain - Causes And Ways To Deal With It!

The knee joint is made up of several elements including the knee cap, meniscus, connective tissue, tendons, ligaments, cartilage, and muscles. Damage to any part of the knee can cause chronic pain.

What can cause knee pain:

Fractures: These are caused by the breaking up of the kneecap due to falls or collisions.

ACL Injuries: Caused due to the tearing of the anterior cruciate ligament (that connects the femur and the shinbone). Especially common in sportspersons such as footballers or basketball players.

Meniscus tears: The meniscus or the rubber-like cartilage (that acts as a shock absorber) can be torn by sudden jerks or excess pressure.

Arthritis: The chief cause of lingering knee pain, arthritis itself can be of a number of types.

  • Osteoarthritis, which is a result of deterioration of cartilages due to wear and tear
  • Rheumatoid Arthritis, an inflammatory chronic disorder
  • Septic Arthritis, causing pain, swelling and redness.
  • Gout caused due to the development of uric acid crystals in the joints

How to deal with it:

  • Exercise: Moderate to intense exercise is prescribed for one and all. This, of course, depends on one's overall health and age. If you are already suffering from joint pain, then you may want to go easy on the exercise with a focus on building muscle strength and foundation. If you are healthy, then some amount of daily exercise as a routine will keep those knees in prime working condition and well lubricated as well. Inactivity and a sedentary lifestyle can affect the knees very badly.
  • Dealing with LoadLosing weight is an important factor as carrying around extra pounds and kilograms can be detrimental for your knees in the long run. Your knee is not equipped to handle the excessive weight. It already supports three to five times your weight when you get up and walk around or indulge in some mild jogging. One must be careful of those extra pounds to take the load off the knee and keep it from falling prey to damage.
  • Do not Ignore: Warning signals such as chronic or acute knee pain should not be ignored. Remember to consult a doctor or an orthopaedic specialist to find out if you have contracted an infection or if you may have suffered a fracture due to an injury.

Ligament Injuries

The ligaments around the knee are strong. However, sometimes they can become injured. They may be stretched (sprained), or sometimes torn (ruptured). A ligament rupture can be partial (just some of the fibres that make up the ligament are torn) or complete (the ligament is torn through completely). The majority of knee ligament injuries are sprains and not tears and they tend to settle down quickly.

ACL injury and other ligament injuries can be caused by:

  • Twisting your knee with the foot planted
  • Getting hit on the knee
  • Extending the knee too far
  • Jumping and landing on a flexed knee
  • Stopping suddenly when running
  • Suddenly shifting weight from one leg to the other

These injuries are common in soccer players, football players, basketball players, skiers, gymnasts, and other athletes.

Treatment

  1. Rest the knee
  2. Ice your knee to reduce pain and swelling
  3. Compress your knee
  4. Elevate your knee on a pillow when you're sitting or lying down
  5. Wear a knee brace to stabilise the knee
  6. Practise stretching and strengthening exercises if they are recommended

For severe collateral ligament tears, you may need surgery to attach the ligament back to the bone if it was pulled away, or to the other part of the ligament if it was torn in the middle.

Meniscus Tear
A meniscus tear is a common knee injury. The meniscus is a rubbery, C-shaped disc that cushions your knee. Each knee has two menisci (plural of meniscus)-one at the outer edge of the knee and one at the inner edge. The menisci keep your knee steady by balancing your weight across the knee. A torn meniscus can prevent your knee from working right.

A meniscus tear is usually caused by twisting or turning quickly, often with the foot planted while the knee is bent. Meniscus tears can occur when you lift something heavy or play sports. As you get older, your meniscus gets worn. This can make it tear more easily.

Treatment may include:

  1. Rest, ice, wrapping the knee with an elastic bandage, and propping up the leg on pillows
  2. Physical therapy
  3. Surgery to repair the meniscus
  4. Surgery to remove part of the meniscus

Feeling hot and flushing like a feel over the cheeks ,I am using sternon and bright pigmentation cream from 20 days. Suddenly it happened from five days about 8 to 10 I am worried please help. Consulted a doctor prescribed antibiotics amoxicillin and clear gel ,derma dew soap and lyser D tablets. Do I need to consult any other doctor or continue tha same. Please help. Thanks.

If you have a boil, first of all resist the temptation to squeeze it. This only increases the infection and might leave a scar after it is healed completely. A boil is a pus filled skin infection that occurs around a hair follicle or oil gland. The causes for boils can be ingrown hair, acne and pus abscess. They can also be caused due to hormonal imbalances. Boils require proper course of medications to avoid them from spreading to other body areas. You need to see a Dermatologist for proper medication. Usually the bacteria in boils is Staphylococcus or Streptococcus bacteria-and right away most dermatologists will prescribe an antibiotic for you to take that treats.

Do regular exercise like push ups, yoga etc. Avoid sugar, sweetened juice etc. Avoid fast foods, junk foods etc. Use unrefined foods. Extra fish, lean meat etc will help to reduce extra body fat. Drink plenty of water specially before meals. These are common but for quick result and to know about specific foods for you consult me privately on lybrate.

You may avoid heavy meals containing fats, carbohdrates, tea, coffee as it causes gastric problems. Do daily exercise, jogging to keep your self healthy. Drink lots of water, have more fruits and do have salads before meal. That is not lymphoma. Its lipoma, they are not harmfull, you should not be worried. If you want to get rid of it, then it can be removed surgically.

Take high fiber low fat diet. Drink lot of water everyday. Take small and frequent meals at regular intervals of 2-3 hrs. Do regular exercise like crunches and pushups to reduce belly fat.

You feel depressed after first sex. You are not able to control your mind. I advise you to be vegetarian. Take plenty of water. Do meditation for mental strength daily to increase your focus and willpower to control your mind. Whenever sex thoughts come to your mind, replace these thoughts by good thoughts by saying or teaching your mind that these thoughts are not good for health and sex. Slowly and steadily, you will definitely win over sex and negative thoughts. Be positive and think positive.

Lump in throat can be simple inflammation of the larynx but on a safer side get examined thoroughly by an ent surgeon to rule out other irreversible and severe causes.
