Yes, 50 percent chance are there. But it is not necessary you will be diabetic in future. Better to keep your self healthy to reduce the chances to get diabetes. Be happy and streess free and active.

Maintain input out put ratio. Whatever you eat calculate calories that called input calories after that do exercise and burn some calories that is out put calories. Eat less exercise more weight will loos have a barley soup at dinner have a dinner at 8.00pm and sleep at 10---11.00pm. Avoid rice at night. Calories calculator you will get on google download it.

hi kanchan as per question, you might consume your whole energy seatting front of laptop... seating such hours together front of laptop can harm your eyes... so plz avoid if it Is not possible you may poured gulab jala in eyes daily use anjana... use glass front of eye to avoid direct contac from rays...

Lupus is autoimmune disease that is systematic. Means body gets angry with itself and it's protective response to fight illnesses gets low. Lupus does affect the joints as swollen and painful with mild fever. The course of disease is unpredictable with flare ups alternating with remissions, female sex hormones do increase the risk of flare up. Treatment is steroids along with immunosuppressants. Unpredictable with our system of medicine. You can try ayurveda or homeopathy. Good luck.

Hello,  sudden, involuntary contractions of the diaphragm muscle produces hiccups due to the opening between the vocal cords snaps shut to check the inflow of air and produces the hiccup sound. He should go for: Meditation to reduce stress & to relax chest muscle. Tk, plenty of water to hydrate his body. You need to go for meditation to reduce your stress and to build up your stamina as well to feel strong from within. Take plenty of water to eliminate toxins. Take proteinous food. Make a habit of consuming one well ripen banana with a cup of warm milk. Eat soaked dry grapes or dates soaked in warm milk overnight. Regular outdoor exercise helps to stimulate appetite. Take small and frequent meals.

I am taking sufficient food daily. 1boiled egg in the morning and 3 bananas daily after food. But my body improvement is less. I am running 2 kms daily. My health is good. But my body is likely to visible weak but I am strength. What should I do to increase body. Please give simple tricks. I am from middle class family. I can't spend huge money for it. Firstly be confident of yourself. Don't compare with others. Dont compare with film stars... Strength and Stamina are important... bulky muscles are not important. Players like Sachin or Virat don't have any bulging muscles. You can add some addtional things to your diet 1. 20 grams of Almonds or Peanuts everyday. 2. Two glasses of full cream milk with honey. 3. Four dates and 10 raisins. 4. Do chinups and pushups regularly for shoulders shape and strength. Feel good about yourself. Be positive... Smile a lot... These are the things that matter the most.

Best way to reduce fat is exercise and diet control....take pranacharya medohar rasayn twice a day....medohar guggul 2-2 twice a day....and pranacharya slim capsule 1-1 twice a day...avoid junk food...oily food...fermented food..alcohol consumption..sugar....milk products and sweets....take oats and cereals more..and do pranayama early in the morning and walk for atleast 45 minutes a day...and do exercises....dont sleep immediately after taking meal...

Take protein rich food ---eggs, milk products, seeds, pulses, etc. And have vigorous physical exercise to improve absorption and blood circulation. Games like basketball, volley ball and stretch exercises like pull ups will be helpful. Homoeopathic treatment will be beneficial.

Hello, Gaining weight is a slow process which requires patience and dedication! The food what and how you eat, makes the difference! For increasing your weight, concentrate on the below points ( if you don’t have any medical condition) which helps in gaining weight in a right way without harming your body. - Consume more healthy fats. Foods containing healthy fats are full of nutrients and also high in calories, making them a great option for weight gain. Foods containing plant fats should be your first option - this includes items such as nuts, seeds, peanut butter, avocados and olive oil. Foods containing healthy animals fats include lean meats and full fat dairy products - although if you have high cholesterol, you should probably stick to low-fat options. -Eat more protein. Good sources of protein include lean meat, fish and poultry, in addition to eggs, whole grains, dairy products and legumes. -Drink more calories. Try drinking a large glass of orange juice in the mornings (along with your normal breakfast). Drink a glass or two of full-cream milk throughout the day.Protein shakes will help you to gain muscle mass, particularly if you're working out. -Have 6 small and frequent meals in a day. -Gain muscle mass. It's a good idea to continue to exercise while you attempt to gain weight the healthy way. You need to have a diet and exercise plan based on your bmi, age & weight and sex, presence of any diseases. There are exercises specific for each part of body like hips, thighs or abdomen. There are matters to be discussed privately. Comprehensive exercise& diet plan based on whether vegetarian /non vegetarian can be given if you ask privately. May also need to do some tests. In brief, weight reduction can be achieved only by reducing the intake of food 1/3 of what you take now. And by appropriate exercise plans for each part like belly, thighs, legs etc. To burn off fat. Some tips 1) drink three or four cups of water whenever you feel hungry and just before eating food 2) take boiled or raw vegetable like cucumber, carrot etc. As half of your diet. Then take 1/4 of your total diet as sprouted pulses / proteinaceous food like roti, cooked pulses and remaining with rice or other carbohydrates. Oil or ghee etc. Should be just bare minimum. The most important is to burn off the energy intake by exercises. There is no short cut or medicines without exercise. The food we eat is utilised for our energy needs and the remaining will be stored as fat which leads to obesity. It is better to do some tests.

Mr. Lybrate-user kumar, the glucose levels mentioned are not showing that there is diabetes. To diagnose diabetes following are the criteria: 1) normal: fbs - 70 to 110 mg, ppbs - <140 mg/100 ml & hba1c% <5.9. 2) pre - diabetes: fbs 108 to 125 mg, ppbs - 141 to 199 mg, hba1c% 5.9 to 6.4. 3) diabetes - fbs -126 mg and above, ppbs 200 mg and above, hba1c%6.5 and above. Since your levels do not fall in the category shown, so there is no diabetes.

My husband is 30 years. Has diabetes from last one year and high cholesterol. He is a non smoker, have not even tasted any hot drinks. Taking fibre rich healthy diet and a very active person. His bmi is also perfect. He is depressed that why has it happened for him inspite of all these good habbits and activities. What may be the reason? and how can I make him lead a normal life?

You just not worry about his health and he shouldnt be depressed just give a try to alternative therapy. Try eatng lots of garlic. If u cant have it get it homeopathically allium sativum q 5-7 drops thrice a day,(biochemic) nat phos 30x 4 pills 4 times a day, avoid all types of fats and red meat. (biochemic) kali dichrom 12x, bio combination number 7, 4 pills of each 4 times a day (homeo) gymnema sylvestre q, syzygium jambolanum q 8-10 drops of each in little water twice a day. Its for diabetes. I am 100% sure he will be fine try for 1 month and get back for follow up.

Hello, you are a male of 23yrs. So, there are very remote chances of increasing the height. But you can still try homoeopathic medicines which are safe to take without any side-effects - Bakson's Gro-up drops/ 10 drops and Five Phos. - both thrice daily and Thuja 1M/ one dose once a week - take them for 1 month only. Management: Take milk and milk products which contains more calcium. More of protein (for cell multiplication) like pulses, legumes, sprouts, nuts, flaxseeds, non-veg, eggs, etc. Also, don't forget to take green vegetables, yellow veggies and fruits, seasonal fruits, salads, etc. Do skip rope daily, initially 10-20 times later gradually and slowly increase the frequency as per your capacity.
