Do some stretch exercises daily at least for 15 minutes a day. Do walking at least 30 minutes daily. Everyday try to take one to two servings of fruit. Try to take vegetable salad with your meals everyday. Sweets should be avoided.

I'm 50 kgs in weight. I feel heavy and I wish to lose weight. Can you suggest me the desirable diet and exercises that make me lose weight.

Losing Weight

First try jogging for lesser duration. If it is resolving, continue to do that. If you are still feeling like, you are having some pain in your leg, it is better to see for yoga or aerobics.

Two years back I used to be overweight, I used to weigh around 75 kgs. I developed a practice of drinking hot water early in the morning. I used to drink excess amount of water that helped me to clear my stomach. Then I used to go for a morning jogging for 5 kms. It helped me to loose around 15 kgs.
These days i'm feeling little bit pain in my leg patella. I'm felling like I have no strong support from my patella. Even i'm feeling this practice worsened the condition of my legs.
Is this practice really impacting my legs. I prefer to go for jogging over gym. Do you suggest me going to gym instead of regular jogging. Please advise.
