Hye, Thanks for the query. Firstly understand that weight gain is very dependent on genetics and metabolism. It is important to know that just eating just two heavy meals a day will not help. Eating the right foods at the right time is very important. There is no single food that miraculously causes weight gain. Eat meals at frequent intervals. Try to manage at least 4 calorie dense meals in breakfast lunch evening snack and dinner. Eat a mid meal between each main meal. Avoid junk foods. Include dairy, eggs, nuts, fruits in your meals. This is possible to manage even if you are stressed with time. Avoid alcohol and smoking. Exercise at least thrice a week. If you do not take meals properly you will just land up breaking muscle mass and lose even more weight. Even if you were to take medicines or supplements they will be of no use if your diet is not fixed. You need to have a calorie and nutrient dense meal before you even go for a supplement.

Hi if your belly is lowering your self-confidence and giving you sleepless nights, here are the tips to give you flatter and fitter tummy. 1. Add fiber to your diet constipation distends your belly, add veggies and fruits to your daily diet to relieve you of constipation, reduce intakes of refined cereals like maida, noodles, pasta and whole grains instead add dalia and oats. This would relieve you of constipation and bloat to give you a flat tummy. 2. Decrease sodium intake sodium retains water in the body and hence your belly swells up, reduce intake of junk food as it contains a lot of sodium. Stop adding extra salt to dishes, also packaged and processed food contains a lot of salts so better avoid it. 3. Increase potassium foods rich in potassium help you get rid of balancing sodium, fruits are very good source of potassium, adding them to their daily diet not only provides this nutrient but also increase the fiber content of your daily intake 4. To gain weight you should eat more calories than you burn. Plus not only you have to eat calorie dense food but you have to keep in mind that what you are eating is healthy too. In the process of weight gain you do not want to put weight in an uneven manner and look unhealthy rather than looking bright and healthy. 1. Start with changing your lifestly. Start working out if you are not active. The biggest myth that prevails now a days is that thin people do not need to work out. This is wrong. When you challenge your body, it is forced to grow. But this growth can only be possible if you are eating enough food to let the body absorb and grow in size and muscles. 2. Eat Healthy – Stop drinking and smoking too much if you are indulged in it. Limit your intake of junk food, pepsi, sugary stuff etc. Do not at all starve yourself. Make it a habit to eat something healthy every 3 hours. This means you have to eat 6 small meals in a day. Your Daily food intake should ideally consist of – a. Have plenty of nuts, dry fuits and seeds. Almonds, walnuts, sunflower seeds, pumpkin seeds, figs, dates and raisins. They are full of healthy fats needed by a human body. B. Good amount of fruits and vegetables – Bananas, apples, pomegranate, green leafy vegetables. Fruits and vegetables helps in absorption of food in the body and together, completes your daily nutrition need. C. If you are a non- vegetarian - Eat eggs, chicken etc. D. Eat whole grains – Try to have multi grains spread throughout the day. Wheat, brown rice, oats, bajra, daliya etc should be taken in multiple meals in a day. E. Eat Sprouts – Chana and moong which are full of protein and nutrients. F. You can supplement your diet with good quality multi-vitamin capsules. If you are lacking in protein, you can buy a high quality whey protein and have it with banana shake twice a day. G. You can take natural food items like wheat grass which is full of essential nutrients which helps in weight gain. Try to be patient while you are on the process of weight gain. For a healthy and long lifestyle Few diet tips - Not to eat fried food items and Can eat All green vegetables, moong , chana , Dal , rice etc And to apply ghee over chappati and don't apply oil over chappati And to drink milk mixed with turmeric powder twice a day And If possible eat eggs on alternate days And If possible in breakfast eat atleast one bajra ka rotla And Eat seasonal fruit

Change food habites. Avoid too oily, ghee prepretions, rich proteins, eggs, nonveg, cold drinks, sweets. You take simpal veg food home made with salad. Take sleep 6 to 8 hours. Do your excersices, do yoga pachimotanasan, servsngasan, will help to you (aasan learn from guru for perfaction)

A peron having a Single kidney since birth can lead a healthy, normal life. The kidneys perform a number of different functions in the body like 1. Primary function is to remove toxins and waste products. The kidneys are the body's natural detoxification system, responsible for removing waste products and excess water and salt from the blood. Their workload is quite heavy and they filter close to 200 liters of blood, on a daily basis. 2.The kidneys also maintain the blood's correct volume and concentration.They also regulate blood pressure and the body's pH balance, process vitamin D and produce certain hormones. Remarkably, one kidney can adequately perform all these important tasks. Detoxing is a process that helps to rid the body of toxins that may have built up over time. Toxins are typically caused by polluted air and water and processed food chemicals. If these toxins are allowed to accumulate, they can cause serious health problems. A proper detox lasts about a week and involves eating a nutritious, well-balanced diet that's high in essential vitamins, minerals, fiber, and antioxidants, drinking plenty of water and clear fruit juices, and getting enough rest. There are also some good natural detox products that assist the body to eliminate toxins, which may have built up in the body. A naturopathic doctor can recommend a product, appropriate to your particular needs. 6.Finally, anyone living with one kidney should consider using supplements regularly, to compensate for any nutritional deficiencies in their diets. Hello Doctor, my father is suffering from diabetes. Day before yesterday he made a test for which results are Fasting -347 & PP- 589. Doctor recommended Gemer Ds2. But by taking that particular medicine, suddenly the sugar level dropped down to 238 & my father was feeling very uneasy. Today again he made a fasting test for which results are 243. Doctor has now recommended Metsmall 500. But again my father is feeling uneasy. I wanna know is there any solution to this? Should we change the doctor? Waiting for your valuable feedback. Thank you

Hello there, Thank you for your question. The blood sugars your father is currently having are very high. The best remedy for him would be to start insulin. Although his sugars are not low they have come down from the beginning levels of 500 and so your father is feeling uneasy. Having a fasting of 243 warrants insulin to be started. Request your doctor to start insulin, I am sure your doctor will guide you for the same. Also give him enough water and keep him well hydrated in the meanwhile. Thanks and Regards Dr Shreya Kunder

You will have to work exhaustingly to cut down on your weight it is too much for your age basic formula to cut down weight is to consume lesser calories than you spend during the day make a sincere effort to select low calorie food and exercise atleast for one hour every day cut down on sweets bakery products and areated drinks totally drink plenty of water join som outdoor game.

Why do chapsticks make your lips drier?

Dear lybrateuser, - take light foods like khichdi, toast, banana, marie biscuit -don't lie down immediately after eating, sit for half to one hour -drink fluids -have tab vominorm if vomiting persists.

Hye, Wajan kam hona poshtikta ki kami ka asar hota hai.  Aap theek see waqt waqt pe khaye.  Ek waqt pe poshtik khana khaye. Thoda Thoda samay samay pe khana le. Din mein 6 se 7 baar acche se pet bhar khaye.  Bahar ki khane ki cheze kam le. Inse sirf charbi badhegi maas nahi.  Khane mein fal sabji ghee dal dahi roti chawal doodh shengdaana khajoor lassi batata le. Chai coffee soda kam le, isse poshtikta nahi milti balke pet jaldi bhar jaata hai.  Sahi samay pe Sahi matra mein khaoge tho wajan acche se  badhega. Wyayam hafte mein 3 din zaroor kare. Wyaayam se maas aur wajan badhega aur bhook bhi lagegi. Sirf 2 ya 3 baar khane se kamjori hogi.  Meetha khaana ho tho ghar pe banaaya kheer sheera lassi basundi le. Sirf dawa ya protein powder ya tonic lene se wajan nahi badhega. Uske liye acche se khaana aur Wyaayam bahut zaroori hai. Nahi tho powder ka bhi asar nahi hota. Apne aap ko waqt de, wajan badhne mein waqt lag sakta hai.
