Weight reduction can be achieved only by reducing the intake of food 1/3 of what you take now. And by appropriate exercise plans for each part like belly, thighs, legs / chest etc. To burn off fat. Some tips 1) drink three or four cups of water whenever you feel hungry and just before eating food 2) take boiled or raw vegetable like cucumber, carrot etc. As half of your diet. Then take 1/2 of your total diet as sprouted pulses / proteinaceous food like roti, cooked pulses and remaining with rice or other carbohydrates. Oil or ghee etc. Should be just bare minimum. And do aerobic exercises, running, jogging or at least walking briskly 3-5 kms and swimming if possible, and in a gym if feasible. The most important is to burn off the energy intake by exercises. There is no short cut or medicines without exercise & dieting to take just as mush food as needed for your activities. The food we eat is utilised for our energy needs and the remaining will be stored as fat which leads to obesity. It is better to do some tests. Drink 3-4 litres of water daily, it will help in long run. If required take tab tell me what is your diagnosis or disease or send me your u/s abd report. meftal spas after eating something and 1 tab pan 40 empty stomach daily for 15 days. Hi lybrate-user, yes of course. Use two times in a week. I would also recommend you for glowing skin use a apple, Apple has alpha hydroxy acid. It improves skin color and elasticity. Soak peeled apple slices in milk for 20 minutes and then blend to form a creamy paste, and then mix a tsp of lemon juice, apply all over your face. Rinse off after 15 minutes with cool water. Or You can also mash a banana and blend it with honey and apply it on your face. Wash it with lukewarm water after 15 minutes. Drink enough water. Citrus fruit juices to make the skin fair and healthy. And also watch your diet, are you taking all the nutrients. If you wants to know more or any medical treatment for that, then contact me again.

Yes bypass surgery is the only solution, it sounds scary but go to a good hospital and mortality rate is less than 1%, one gets a new life after surgery which lasts for years of healthy life provided care is taken. Good luck.

To gain some weight, you need to eat healthy and natural food + daily exercise..>> Take at least two fruits per day and one glass fruit juice..>>  Eat 20 almonds & 5 dates daily. Drink full cream milk, curd, lassi, banana shakes etc..>> If your are Non veg you can have more eggs, chicken, fish.  For Veg - have more dals, rajma, kabuli chana, soya beans etc..>> Avoid junk food and colas. Avoid chips and other namkeen..>> No need for any extra supplements. Natural diet is best. Go for 30 mins walks / exercise / yoga daily.  ..Feel confident about yourself. All the best.

Follow methods by which you can gain your desired height. 1. Follow these exercises regularly and you get the goal of height gain: * first stand straight bare foot on floor, then raise your arms upwards then raise your heels of foot with breathing in, try to stand on heels for 10-12 seconds and slowlylower down your heels back on the floor and breath outthe air. Repeat this exercise 5-8 times in morning. *sit on the floor, stretch you legs together so that both foot touch each other. Now raise your arms upwards together with back straight, now move your hands towardstoes of feet and touch them. Your forehead touching your knees. Slowly revert back the arms and move back arms in normal position. Repeat this exercise 2-4 times daily. 2. Take 300 ml of rich cream milk, 200 gm of cheese and 2-3 eggs regularly. It will definitely give boost to your bone growth. 3. Sit in sun rays for atleast 8-10 minutes in morning of evenings when the sun rays are not so strong. It will help you by getting adequate quantity of vitamin-d. 4. The growth and height iscontrolled by growth hormone whichis secreted by pituitary gland situated in the brain. So take meditation and have a stressfree lifestyle. Take 6-8 hours of sleep daily. Meditation makes your pituitatry gland healthy and working properly. 5. Take 1/2 teaspoon of ashwagandha powder with milk once a day.

U have to improve your food habits do 1. Take 2/ 3 glass of warm water in the morning 2. Take more water in day 3. Take meals at fixed hrs 4. Take small amount of food at a time, take more frequent meals - may be five times a day. 5. No spicy/ fried/ fast/ junk/processed food. 6. No milk for few days, can take curd, no uncooked salad 7. Avoid constipation 8. Use nibu pani (lemon water) 2/ 3 times a day do for 7 days you will feel better

Use Bhringhraj powder 3-4 times a week to make your hair thick and dense. On other days you can use amla juice to provide nutrition to them.

Honey and cinnamon used together helps to fight acne because of its anti-inflammatory, antioxidant and antibacterial properties. Add a couple of drops of tea tree oil to either of the masks above during an active acne breakout. Tea tree oil is considered one of the best home remedies for acne, acne scar.

I suggest you easy method of weight gain just follow it for year you will gain weigh defiantly 1. Start exercise regularly for 3 month and then after 3 month leave it for 3 month at the time of exercise your diet will increase but same diet continue after 3 month when you stop exercise so thats why your weight will increase automatically now we discus about diet 2.take dates with milk in the morning breakfast 3.triphala kadha 4 tsp beore lunch and dinner 4.amala juice 4 tsp + 2tsp sugar + 2tsp honey in the morning empty stomach this take for 1.5 month only your weight gain will take definitely note=avoid over eating. When you are trying to gain weight, you should eat food the rich in vitamins and minerals. 1. Healthy food includes meat, egg, milk, fruit vegetables, fruits, and nuts. Cashews, almonds, dates, walnuts, dry grapes, apricots, peaches are some of the dried fruits and nuts that can be added to breakfast, salads, cereal and desserts. Sesame seeds, ground nuts, and peanuts also contain fats in them and can help in adding that extra pounds you desire. 2. Sometimes loss of appetite may also cause weight loss. Stop using every cosmetic apply fresh aloevera at night after washing face with cold water. Keep for two hrs. Wash again after a week start mixing'varnya' herb combos such as combo of daruhridra, haridra, manjishtha, ramachandna etc for safest and quick effect. If you do not get pure ones, get from us. With the herbal combo use oral'raktashodhak' for which instructions would be provided. After about four weeks of it herbal exfoliants qi be advised to remove scars.

3 meals per day and healthy snacks twice daily to achieve the best possible result within a short period. Here is a guideline for creating the best vegetarian diet for weight loss. Based on this, you can create your own diet plan as the food choices of each person may vary and the items available to you may be different from what mentioned here. Early Morning You can have any of the following items to start your day. ? 1 glass of lukewarm water with lemon juice added to it. This drink will have zero calories in it. Breakfast 2 Idlis and half a cup of sambar and � cup of low fat milk Mid Morning Snack You can use boiled pulses, green salads, low- calorie fruits or nuts as a snack Lunch cup brown rice (not to exceed 200 grams cooked rice) and � cup mixed vegetable gravy along with one bowl mixed vegetable salad and 1 small bowl raitha or low fat curd. Ensure that the vegetables are cooked using low fat oil and without adding coconut. Evening Green tea Dinner Start your dinner with any thin soup. You can eat 2 rotis or one quarter plate upma or 3 slices of brown bread or one bowl of oats at night along with � cup vegetable and 1 bowl of salad. for treatment and dietchart for weight loose consult privetly.. I am 29 years old female, im suffering from severe neck and head pain. MRI scan report shows I have nodes in neck and L4 AND L5 discs, recently biopsy is done to rule out what exactly the node is, but this report is negative and shows an infection only, what kind of infection is not observed. I have used antibiotics and pain killers, but it is not cured completely, I don't understand whom to consult and what to do for this pain kindly suggest me.

urine r/e x ray of the affected part. Anyway you may try- sleep on a hard bed with soft bedding on it. Spring beds, folding beds or thick matress are harmful use no pillow under the head. Do hot fomantation. Paracetamol 250mg od & sos x 5days. Caldikind plus 1tab od x10. Do neck back knee & general exercises. It may have to be further investigated. Make sure you are not allergic to any of the medicines you are going to take. For emergency treatment contact your nearest hospital or family doctor. If it does not give relief in 4-5days, Please inform

The treatment for oily skin and acne is very simple and should be done to prevent scars and pigmentation. The very 1st step should be to see a good local dermatologist who should assess you in detail, since every individual patient is unique and treatment will need to be very specific for each different patient. After a detailed history and examination, your dermatologist may recommend a few blood tests. Treatment normally consists of topical cream/s and sometimes oral medications of different kinds. With proper management, your acne should be come under control within a few months. For scars that have already developed, your dermatologist may recommend certain cosmetic procedures using peels, lights or electrical machines. Check the qualifications of your dermatologist to ensure that he/ she has adequate qualifications to perform these procedures. Meanwhile, do not use cosmetics or creams and keep your skin clean using any ordinary soap or face wash. Most advertised cosmetic products in the media are of no use.

Your weight is controlled by 4 major factors (1) Refined sugar consumption (2) Exercise and Hydration (3) Posture and sitting (4) How many times do you indulge yourself - alcohol, binge eating at parties, overeating etc. Step 01: Refined Sugar 1. Avoid all snacks and commercial products with sugar in them - biscuits, cakes, bournvita, horlicks, coke, pepsi, energy drinks, sweetened yogurt etc. 2. Cut down on your daily intake of tea/coffee and maintain it at 3-4 cups a day. 3. Try to add little sugar to any beverage (coffee, tea, milk, lemon water etc.) that you have and ideally you should refrain from adding any sugar altogether. Step 02: Get exercise and proper hydration 1. Try to work out for 20 minutes each day. You do not necessarily have to go to the gym. You can incorporate some pretty powerful exercises in your daily routine like - squats, skipping, surya namaskar and core exercises. 2. Drink 8-10 glasses of water everyday but remember that tea/coffee are not substitutes for pure water. Step 03: Improve posture and sitting habits If you have a sitting job then ensure that you do not sit for more than 30 minutes at one stretch. Get up and move a little after every 30 minutes. Step 04: Stop indulging and eat more of raw natural stuff 1. No more than 60 ML of hard Liqour or 2 glasses of beer per day. 2. Try to eliminate the urge to overeat but if you do overeat try to limit the incidents to two times per week. 3. Eat 4 servings of fruits per day. 4. Each of your meal should contain 50% of raw vegetables. Once you incorporate the above points in your routine you will see a dramatic difference in your weight, physical shape and energy levels. You will find that there are a lot of companies out there that are trying to sell expensive products to naive consumers in the name of weight loss. These products may not necessarily be good for you. Losing and maintaining weight is something which is totally in your hands, it is easy and it is free of cost if you follow the above mentioned points.

You are 76 kg at the age of 25 years weight reduction shall give you much needed relief. But concentrate on Knee exercises.

Hello,take homoeopathic medicines 1.Lycopodium 30 (4 drops in little water) twice a day for 15 days. 2.Berberis Vulgaris Q (10 drops in little water) thrice a day for 15 days and revert. Increase fluid intake, especially water. Recommended intake of water is 12-15 glasses per day
