1. Eat every two hours mini meals. Don't eat big meals. Take more green vegetables/salads. 2. Eat whole grain food/grains like ragi, wheat, jowar instead of refined grains like maida/ sooji/ white bread etc. 3. Reduce foods with high GI Index like potato, white rice, banana, mango. 4. Avoid all forms of simple sugars like Colas, juices, sweets, cakes, biscuits, pizzas, noodles etc. 5. Eat daily fruits with low/medium GI index like apple, guava, mosambi, orange. 6. Eat lot of proteins like dals, sprouts, egg, chicken etc with every minimeal. 7. Take chapatis made of multigrain atta. 8. Drink lot of water. One glass every hour. 9. Daily intake of these helps- fenugreek seeds, tulsi, cinnamon, flax seeds, almonds. 10. Do at least 30-45 mins of exercise everyday.

I do not have any details about your age, weight and height. So I am giving you a brief on how to increase your weight and height. Weight gain is muscle gain. In your condition, your energy requirement is very high so whatever you eat is used as a source of energy and you do not make muscle. To gain muscles you will have to eat at least 6 meals in a day at a regular interval with a proper ratio of proteins and carbohydrates. Proteins will help you gain body mass while carbohydrates will help you give energy. Protein foods are eggs, fish, chicken, milk and milk. Products, meat and dals. Carbohydrate foods are roti and rice, potatoes, sweet potatoes. You have to eat vegetables and fuits and use healthy and good fats for cooking. Always combine a protein and a carbohydrate source for each meal. You will also have to do good weight training exercise to help you build mass into the body. Also drink enough water to keep you hydrated.

These are the methods to treat fastly pimples: • Imbalance in hormone level causes excessive sebum production and causes acne. So do not take stress and do exercise daily such as running, jogging and long breathing exercises. • Do YOGASANA daily. Especially do SINHASANA & SARVANGASANA daily. • Use oil free face wash and drink 7 -8 glass of water daily. • Do not touch your pimple because your finger transfer bacteria to it and make it worse. You could be suffering from some hormonal disorder. Please get yourself checked by a physician. Or an endocrinologist. As for your teeth brush your teeth regularly, with fluoride toothpaste, use mouthwashes, consult your local dentist for cleaning and check out for cavities. And get them filled. I Have very nervous nature I think a lot. Due to this I lack my confidence. I'm very confident guy but due to my nervous nature it affect my work & study mostly exams. Keep your stress levels low and stay relaxed and focused. You may take a glass of warm milk with a pinch of fresh turmeric powder and a tsp of honey mixed to the same, at bed time. No no relation of masturbation with renal failure. Don't be shameful of it as it is a natural and harmless process without ant bad effect on your health or future sexual life. Rather it is beneficial to your health by providing pleasure and satisfaction but only if there is no guilt. So if you have guilt, don't do it or get rid of your guilt, as there is nothing bad in masturbation.

Is your hair loss accompanied with greying of hair and have they become very thin? your hair needs a very high protein well-rounded diet. Hair and nails are the last organs to get nutrition in the body, hence only if all the organs get sufficient nutrition and proteins, only then the remaining nutrition would be used for hairs. A strand of hair is composed of mostly protein, which means your hair needs protein to grow. Hence a therapeutic diet prescribed by a registered dietitian can help a lot in hair growth. Besides diet excessive stress, current/past dandruff and some medication are conclusively known to retard hair growth and promote hair loss. - cut down on the use of hair spray, hair gels, and styling creams that contain harsh chemical ingredients, which can dry out the scalp and cause the formation of flakes. 1.Apply fresh lemon juice with a cotton ball on the affected area ,leave it for 15-20 minutes wash it off with water. Repeat the process twice daily for few months 2.Massage vitamin E oil into affected area for 10 minutes twice daily for few week 3.Mix one tsf of turmeric powder and one tsf of lemon juice. Apply it on affected area, leave it for 20 minutes, rinse it off with water. Continue it daily for few weeks. 4.apply fresh Aloevera gel on affected area before going to bed, leave it over night, rinse it off in the morning. Repeat it daily for few week 5.Consult skin specialist for further advice.
