I run 2 kms daily and do some other general exercise for fitness. I do not have any health issues other than leg pain, I did a BMD test and came to know that my T score is -3.5 which is moderate osteoporosis, please suggest what to do now, which doctor to refer etc;

Use good sport shoe and rum outside like adidas or nike and swim is better for you and gym do only press you both foot increase your muscle strength.

Anaemia always leads to the symptoms of being tired and also having leg pain though there are no issues with the knee joint and ankle pain. Anaemia always leads to the symptoms of being tired that can also be reason to have frequent sprains in the leg once the oxygen levels in the blood comes down it automatically leads to improper functioning of the joints and muscles. You can take good Iron supplement, calcium and vitamin D which will help you to have good energy and also which will help you to boost the iron in the blood and also it will slowly reduce your joint pain. Which joints you have pain? If your proximal joints (ie. Shoulder, hip & knee has pain) then you can pour hot (warm) water in that area to reduce the inflammation. If you have pain in the distal joints ie. Wrist, fingers, ankle, toes then you can wear either elbow brace or wrist brace which will help you to feel warm and very protective. And also immerse the distal joints in the hot water tub which will help you to reduce the pain.

Hello lybrate user, - might it is because of your improper posture of sleep or using hard pillows - do some neck exercises daily for 15 min to keep your muscles and joints flexible - apply some medicated oil like ksheerabala taila and give hot fomentation for 15-20 min daily once to relive the stiffness and to get the strength. I'm a Male 60, diagnosed with early stage Rheumatoid Arthritis. Suffer stiff fingers. More in the morning. But the stiffness lingers to a lesser extent during the whole day. Should I take a steroid injection (recommended by a rheumatologist at a city hospital)?
