Hello sir there is no problem. It's the normal mechanism of the body. The lesser water you drink the more your urine will be yellow in colour and less in quantity. Body will only excrete toxins and no water that is why the yellow colour. So it is better to drink plenty of water. Take care.

Sometimes we tend to not rely on simple fundamentals in life, for e.g. If you study hard you will pass, ad if you won't you will not. There is no too ways about it. The first thing you have to do is to develop a positive attitude towards your goal. You need to understand that transforming your physique is going to take a lot of time. These things don't work that easily. It's going to take a lot of hard work and consistency. 1.Start exercising. Start working out if you are not active. Begin with body weight exercises like push up, pull up and squats. Weight training proves to be really helpful if you want to gain good quality weight. Train each body part twice a week. For example: Monday/Thursday: Chest + Triceps Tuesday/Friday: Back + Biceps Wednesday/Saturday: Legs + Shoulders Don't forget to warm up for at least 10 - 15 minutes. Warm up includes jumping, rope skipping, treadmill, cycling, stair climbing, etc. 2.Eat Healthy. Stop drinking and smoking too much if you are indulged in it. Limit your intake of junk food and any form of sugar. Do not at all starve yourself. Make it a habit to eat something healthy every 2 - 3 hours. Some of the recommended food items are boiled chicken and eggs, brown rice, brown bread, peanut butter, olive oil (extra virgin), green tea, dry fruits etc. 3.Consume good amount of fruits and vegetables. Bananas, apples, pomegranate, green leafy vegetables. Fruits and vegetables helps in absorption of food in the body and together, completes your daily nutrition need. 4.Eat whole grains. Try to have multi grains spread throughout the day. Wheat, brown rice, oats are best sources of healthy carbohydrates but do not include these items in your dinner. 5.Increase protein intake. Protein proves to be the most essential nutrient when it comes down to gaining strength or building muscle. Therefore, consume all types of protein from both veg and non veg food items. Hi if your belly is lowering your self-confidence and giving you sleepless nights, here are the tips to give you flatter and fitter tummy. 1. Dear lybrate user, from what you have mentioned, it appears that you are feeling sad and unhappy. Your inactivity appears like mild depression but don't term it as" depression" yourself, because depression has to be assessed by the psychiatrist/psycologist with proper assessment techniques. It seems to me that you are not doing, what you would like to do. Just think, why you are doing what you are doing now. Do something which pleases you and not others. It appears that you are angry and/or frustrated. Try to find out the reasons for this anger/frustration and start working on that. May be you have not had a happy childhood and certain things in your childhood are still bothering you. Please understand that the past is over and you have full life ahead of you. Try to do things which you like to do. Have a hobby. Keep company of friends who care for you and who have positive outlook towards life. Do not hesitate to seek help of a counsellor if you think it would help you.

Tae Belladonna 30C one dose now and then take Cosmos 30C 3 doses daily for 1 week. Repeat the same procedure next week too. Then you bad smell will be gone. And drink more and more water. Still if you have any query, then please ask. :) Take care. :)

Please take rhus tox 200 - thrice daily for next 3-4 days. Also -- soak a washcloth in cool tap water wring out the excess water and then sponge areas like your armpits, feet, hands and groin to reduce the temperature. Also, you can place cold, damp washcloths on your forehead and the back of your neck. The cloth pieces should be changed regularly after a few minutes. This remedy is beneficial when dealing with a high fever as it helps keep temperature under control. You can also take a bath in lukewarm water to relax your body. Taking a shower, however, may not be a good idea. Plus, needless to say, take as much rest as possible as it helps the body fight the illness. Note: do not use very cold water as it may cause the internal body temperature to increase.

Hello, you can take homoeopathic medicines 1. Ruta 30 (4 drops in little water) thrice a day for a week. 2. Rhus tox 30 (4 drops in little water) thrice a day for a week and update. Keep a gap of 15 - 20 minutes in both the medicines. *take rest or move about once in 1-2 hours in case of working in a constant position. *maintain a good posture while reading or working with computers. *take a high fibre content diet like vegetables, fruits, etc.

Health tips for patients of diabetes mellitus. I wont write long list of do's and dont's. Its simple things which you can follow in your everyday life.

1. Avoid eating following food items. Potato, rice, corn, corn flakes, market made cereal, muesli (contains added sugar), oily stuff such as parantha, poori & pakode.

2. Take a brisk walk for at least 30 kin per day preferably in morning. Brisk walking means at a pace when you start getting tired and sweaty.

3. Weight reduction is very important. Of you r overweight join some cardio program or swimming or jogging or walking to reduce weight

4. Take small meals frequently. Instead of having large meals at long intervals.

5. Ideally blood sugar should be checked daily but thats not possible in our scenario so once a week or twice a month is f9.

6. Get your eyes checked regularly for signs of diabetic retinopathy. Visit ophthalmologist as soon as you are diagnosed with type diabetes. You will be shocked to know that a large number of diabetics are diagnosed by their ophthalmologists

7. Diabetes have an effect on kidneys and nerves also so get renal function test every 6 monthly or so.

8. Foot care is very imp in diabetes because even a trivial injury in. Leg can become gangrene. Use silicone sole footwear available at medical shops. Never go outside with bare foot.
