Hi, the yellow stains can be superficial stains or might be the natural hue of your teeth. If they are superficial stains they can not be removed by brushing but only by getting a complete scaling done. Further deeper stains and dthe yellowish hue of your teeth can be removed by bleaching to a certain extent.

I Have bleeding in my teeth after sleeping y what the reason for that give me any suggestions about this problem.

I Have bleeding in my teeth after sleeping y what the reason for that give me any suggestions about this problem.
1. The most common reason for spontaneous nocturnal gum bleeding is periodontitis, or inflammatory gum disease. This is due to the gum's physiologic response to bacterial irritants (dental plaque), which induce all the classical signs of inflammation (redness, swelling, pain, loss of function). Most relevant of the effects of gum inflammation is the phenomenon where the tiny blood vessels that course through the gum tissues become engorged, more fragile, and more easily ruptured, causing bleeding. 2. Spontaneous bleeding can also arise due to some impairment in the clotting mechanism-- either unintentional (due to disease) or intentional (administration of blood-thinning drugs). 3. Gums can also bleed due to physical injury in the mouth, or some tissue lesion or disease state that manifests in the mouth. In cases of gum bleeding, I generally recommend that the patient schedule a diagnostic visit with their dentist. Depending on the presence and severity of gum disease, it may be necessary to implement various different types of treatments to control the progressive damage that may result to the supporting tissues of the teeth.

First you have to quit that tobacco manual like things because it contains tobacco which is dangerous for oral health. It can cause stains, wakening of tooth structure and cancer also. Brush regularly two times. Bleaching will help you in this regard.
