Increase in weight or abdominal fat accumulation are bad for health, in longer creates problems. Reduction requires, regular yoga practices and reasonable exercises are vitally important but only these two will not lead to weight loss until following weight reducing specific diet and herbal supplements.

Hi greetings if you had intercourse on the expected day of your periods and periods started after intercourse you will never be pregnant, if no more intercourse after that. You can confirm by doing urine pregnancy test. Cards are available in medical shops. Hope my answer helps you. Regards.

Requires detailed examination and investigation. Preliminary investigations suggested: hb, tlc, dlc, esr, blood sugar fasting & pp, uric acid vit d urine r/e x-ray of the affected part. Anyway it may be tried sleep on a hard bed with soft bedding on it. Spring beds, folding beds or thick mattress are harmful use no pillow under the head. Do hot fomantation paracetamol 250mg od & sos x 5days. Caldikind plus 1tab od x10. Do neck, back, knee & general exercises. It may have to be further investigated. Do not ignore it. Let it not become beginning of a bigger problem. Make sure that patient is not allergic to any of the medicines that he/she is going to take. If it does not give relief in 4-5days, inform.

Anger management: 10 tips to tame your temper anger: there is a saying" frustration begets anger and anger begets aggression. Direct anger, is expressed toward the object perceived as the cause of the frustration. If a machine does not work, you might hit it or kick it. If someone gets in your way, you could verbally threaten them or push them aside. If the source of the frustration is too powerful or threatening for direct aggression, displaced aggression is often used. The aggression is redirected toward a less threatening and more available object. An angry person often acts without thinking. The person has given in to the frustration and they have given up restraint. Anger can be a healthy response if it motivates us to positive action but all too often the actions we engage in when angry are destructive. Indeed, if we could see a videotape of ourselves getting angry, the humiliation might well help cure us of anger. When you feel frustration building, you have to practice learned responses that lead to healthy actions instead of destructive ones. Giving up: giving up on a goal can be productive if the goal is truly out of reach. However, more often giving up (quitting or being apathetic) is another form of giving in to frustration. When repeatedly frustrated, people can drop out of school, quit jobs, or move away. Apathy is giving up all of your goals, so you cannot be frustrated by trying to reach them. We live in difficult time and we have to be persistent in order to accomplish. Consider how many projects you began, and then gave up, because you became frustrated and lost patience. Make a list of things you started and quit because they seemed too difficult. Now calculate the disappointment and loss you suffered by not dealing with the frustration in a more healthy way. Try to remember that quitters never win, and winners never quit. Losing your temper means you're a quitter. Loss of confidence: is a terrible frequent side effect of giving up and not fulfilling your goal. A loss of self-confidence and self-esteem, means that if we quit once, then the next time we plan a goal, we may not be able to accurately assess our ability to carry it out and we stop trusting ourselves and our own abilities. This became a self-fulfilling and self-destructive attitude. You need to be able to learn that when the going gets tough, you say to yourself" it is worth it! and by following through, it not only gets the job done, but it builds self-confidence. Stress: is the" wear and tear" our body and mind experiences as we adjust to the frustrations our continually changing environment. Too frequently, extreme, or prolonged frustration and stress strains us and generates distress signals. Our body experiences distress signals in a variety of ways, often in the form of: irritability, anger, fatigue anxiety, headache, depression, stomach aches, hypertension, migraines, ulcers, heart attacks, or colitis. Depression: depression can affect almost every aspect of your life. It affects people of all ages, income, race, and cultures. Depression can affect the way you eat and sleep the way you feel about yourself, the way one think about things, and the way you interact with others. While we all feel depression at various appropriate times in our lives, excess or inappropriate depression cannot be easily dismissed or wished away. Other reactions: abuse of drugs & alcohol is self-destructive and usually futile attempt at dealing with frustration, as are many eating and weight problems and addictions whenever the immediate effects of the addictive behaviour wear off, users find themselves back in the same, or even worse, frustrating situation. Anger is among the gamut of emotions we exhibit as a reaction to a situation, and it is a'normal' emotion too as long as it is kept under control. Some people have the propensity to explode when pushed to the extreme. They keep swallowing their emotions until they can finally do it no more, and erupt like a volcano. Others dealing with extreme anger are like a ticking time bomb. You'll never know what you unwittingly say or do can trigger an explosion. In either case, anger that cannot be controlled comes with a physical reaction. Your heart beats faster preparing you for both action and reaction. Your breathing quickens. You may clench your fist, tighten your shoulders and go into a defensive position. The problem arises out of the fact that it is almost impossible to feel anger and empathy at the same time. An angry person is seldom sensitive to the wellbeing of his victim, and hence may lash out verbally and sometimes physically. Such things done in the heat of the moment mostly leaves us with regrets. So here are a few ways to deal with extreme anger. 1. Approve it / acknowledge it: the first step in solving a problem is recognizing that you have one. The fundamental problem here is that people believe they are on the right track and refuse to budge from their views. It is essential to realize that this step is not about deciding whether you are right or wrong, but acknowledging the fact that your reaction to the situation can be channelled in a better way. When getting someone to acknowledge their anger problem, be careful as to not use negative words like wrong, false and shouldn't. Instead, influence with positive words like can and should. Instead of saying'you are wrong to react like this' you can say'i understand what you are feeling. Is there a way we can resolve this situation? 2. Understand / recognize the signs: once you know that your problems exist, you can try devising ways that will work for you in dealing with the situation. You can count to 100 to calm yourself or simply decide to not speak until you can calm yourself. Knowing that you may enter into an argument in a situation, you can list down the points that you feel strongly about and discuss each of them one by one. Working your way through a finite list gives a better opportunity to reach closure at the end. 3. Free the mind/find ways to let it go: not all arguments end in closure. A lot of unsaid justifications cloud our mind repeatedly leaving us seething from the inside. Research has shown that the normal or neurological anger response lasts less than two seconds. Beyond that it takes a strong will to stay angry. Once you realize how much your anger is consuming your mind, decide to free your mind with meditation and other calming exercises. Tell yourself that some people and issues simply don't deserve your anger, emotion, reaction or time. If you or someone you know is suffering from anger management issues, consult a doctor today.

For some women, whenever their sex lives become dull or a bit less exciting, they come up with a mental catalogue of all the ways their partner isn’t quite measuring up. While men tend to get a bad rap when it comes to understanding women’s bodies and what turns us on, making them easy targets in the blame game when sexual satisfaction starts to wane.

Little do they know that they also make their fair share of bedroom errors because it takes two to tango. Top sex and relationship experts are of the belief that women make plenty of sex mistakes of their own, only that they do not realise this neither do they admit it.

we highlight the six most common mistakes women make in the bedroom and what they can do to get the satisfaction back in their sex lives.

1: Not initiating sex with your partner

In the olden days, our parents pumped into our brains that it is unladylike for a woman to come out openly and initiate sex with her man. They felt that if a woman does that, she is seen as being pushy and aggressive but those times are long gone and men see women who allow them to do all the work as being prude.

Generally, men want to be pursued by their partners just as much as women do. Most guys feel like they are always the initiator and that sets up disequilibrium on the passion scale in the relationship.

Holding onto outdated ideas about sex roles also inhibits sexual satisfaction. Women are as much interested in sex as men, so why hold back when you want it?

Show your interest by taking the first step from time to time. Your partner will likely appreciate it, and you may find a new level of satisfaction in taking responsibility for your sexual experience.

2: Worrying about your looks during sex

Many women lose sleep thinking what they look like during sex and this stops them from enjoying sex as much as they would want. This could even ruin their chances of achieving an orgasm.
If you spend the whole time thinking how fat you are, or how big your tummy is, you will not only inhibit your pleasure but that of your man as well.

Instead, concentrate on the pleasure of the act and give yourself permission to have an orgasm.

Men want their wives to abandon themselves in sex play, and that’s not likely if she is anxious about her physical concerns.
It is amazing what men don’t notice if you’re enthusiastic, energetic, interested in them, and flexible minded.

3: Assuming sex is casual for a man

Some women still hold to the old belief that sex is just sex for men while women are not sexual at all but modern research has shown that sex is a very important act for men and should not be minimized in any way.

Some researches even supports the idea that both men and women find sexual intimacy in the context of a committed relationship to be more satisfying and it is very clear that the people who have the best quality and most frequent sex are married couples.

Never assume that a man is not romantic. Two huge mistakes in this culture are that women are not sexual and that men are not as romantic as women, and this is a very wrong assumption held by many.

4: Believing he’s always up for sex

Another big mistake women make with sex is believing that men are always ready for it at anytime. Sure, most teenage boys are ready and willing just about any time you ask, but this is not true for men. The pressures of everyday life, - family, work, bills - can zap a man’s libido. This comes as a big surprise to many women, and often his lack of interest in sex is something they take personal.

They know themselves that they are not always interested in sex but they still love the man. But when they discover he doesn’t want to have sex, they think, ‘he doesn’t love me.’ This is not true. He just doesn’t want to have sex at that time and that does not mean he loves you less.

5: Not giving him guidance

Talking very directly about sex, what we like and don’t like can make us feel uncomfortable, even with a partner we’ve been with for a long time and otherwise feel close to. But it’s the only way to achieve a satisfying sexual relationship.

A woman must take responsibility for her sexual encounter. No man can bring a woman to orgasm if she doesn’t take responsibility for her sexual experience. Even the best lover can’t know what she needs without her letting him know. Do not assume that your man knows every part of your body and thus, knows what to do at every point in time.

If you can tell him in a way that doesn’t kill his ego, he will appreciate it.

6: Getting upset when he suggests something new

After a couple has been together for a while, it’s natural to want to spice things up with a little variety. Just because your man wants to try something new doesn’t mean he’s unhappy with you or your sex life. In short: Don’t take it personally, though it is important that you tune into your comfort zone.

Nobody should ever feel obligated to do something they don’t want to do in the personal and intimate area of sexuality, so if your man asks you about trying something that’s outside of your morals, make it clear that it’s off limits for you and explain why.
Of course, do this in a loving way as best you can. If it is something that is not really a moral issue for you but you still don’t want to, again explain why. If it is a simply a startling request and you’re initially uneasy about it, try not to overreact.

Instead, let him know you need some time to think about it.

u should require bleaching for this teeth .........your teeth is become yellow may be due to flourosis ( more than 1ppm flouride in a drinking water)

Hello, I can understand your pain at losing one very important person in life. You probably had hopes of spending long time with her and had plans for the future and now nothing is going to happen. While it's important to be an important part of someone else's life, yet it's also important to know when to call it off if it's not working anymore. 1. At this age it is common for boys and girls to get attracted to each other and spent some time together. But equally common is breakups when one or both see that their needs are too different now and the other person will not fit the requirements any more. While this process is very heart breaking, but it is also important so that you can meet different people and see who is your kind of person and who will help you in the next phase of life ie. Job, marriage children. 2. By going through different relationships you will also understand yourself better and discover many hidden qualities and weaknesses in you. It's your growing edge to work through your weaknesses and sharpen your qualities. You will also discover your passion, dreams and hobbies and interests. 3. I suggest that you look at this breakup as a learning lesson and an opportunity to improve on any thing that was your mistake and assess your life choices again. What was meant to go will go. Let it go and you carry on with your journey. 4. Being flexible and independant in relationships is important. There will be times when you might not have any body's support or company. That is the time to learn to be your own friend and give yourself that love which you want from a close friend. This is healthy self love and very important for self confidence and high self esteem. 5. Indulge yourself with meeting new people, going places, discovering your passion, hobbies etc. Spend time alone with yourself to nurture the person within you.
