Avoid bending in front. Postural correction- sit tall, walk tall. Extension exercises x 15 times x twice daily. Bhujang asana. Core strengthening exercises. Back stretching.

Kindly show me photograph of the affected part. Rule out diabetes & vit. D deficiency or any other metabolic disorder. Sleep on a hard bed with soft bedding on it. Use no pillow under the head. Kindly take biod3 max 1 tab dailyx10 paracetamol 250mg od & sos x5days do back (spine)/shoulder/knee exercises make sure you are not allergic to any of the medicines you are going to take do not ignore it. It could be beginning of a serious problem. If no relief in 4_5 days, then contact me again.

Hello, You haven't mentioned the values noted. Take mushrooms, eggs,fortified grains, finger millets. Sesame seeds, dark green vegetables in the diet. If the values are too low, consult a physician regarding the supplements.

Quadriceps exercises- lie straight, make a towel role and put it under the knee, press the keen against the role, hold it for 20 secs. Repeat 20 times twice a day. This will help relieve some pain. Core strengthening exercise- straight leg raised with toes turned outward, repeat 10 times, twice a day. Hams stretching- lie straight, take the leg up, pull the feet towards yourself, with a elastic tube or normal belt. Repeat 10 times, twice a day.

Hi I can understand your problem. Relax and stay positive. Take hot water foementation at back. Do extension exercise. Do not sit for very long. Do reply for detail treatment plan.

Hi, I go through a lot of upper back pain. I used to walk like I had hunch. I have been gyming and fixed my shoulders alot but still mu upper back pains alot when I am in the same straight posture for long. I feel relaxed after bending it back.

I suggest you follow the below for your condition: take mag phos 6x - thrice daily for next 2 weeks and update. Also do x-ray of the affected area. Heat and ice packs. Heat and/or cold therapy helps relieve most types of back pain by reducing inflammation. Often patients use ice, but some prefer heat. Both may be used alternately.

Advice. Avoid sitting cross legged. Avoid squatting- quadriceps exercises- lie straight, make a towel role and put it under the knee, press the keen against the role, hold it for 20 secs. Keep your legs elevated and use a pillow under tour legs. Reduce salt in your diet. Increase protein intake. Rule out anaemia. Last, speak to your gynecologist.

Avoid prolong sitting and standing. Posture care is important. Avoid heavy lifting and forward bending. Take hot fermentation. Take rest properly.

Hello , Use CMD2 eye drop , 2 drop in each eye twice daily. Take Ruta 30 , 3 drops twice daily. Also get your eyes tested by an eye specialist. Take Gelsemium 30 ch , 3 drops twice daily and Apply Topi MP gel on the painful area.

Hi thanks for your query and welcome to lybrate. I am Dr. Akshay from fortis hospital, new delhi. As a general rule, first step is to rule out a bony injury and for that x ray of the affected shoulder is required. If there is no bony injury, I would advise to start with conservative management in form of ice packs, gentle anti inflammatory medication, arm sling and local analgesic spray for application for 5-7 days. If your pain, swelling and other associated symptoms do not subside after 5-7 days time, then we need to evaluate you and look for what soft tissue injury is there exactly? do not hesitate to contact me if you need any further assistance. You may be having bad posture always sit straight, avoid forward bending learn back strengthening exercises from physiotherapist and do it regularly take more milk and cured in your diet and more protein in your diet.
