I was suffering from prostatic and uti 8 month ago. I took doxcef, plurofloxacin, ciprofloxacin, levofloxacin, offloading within 5 month as a result I feel pain throughout my legs. I find difficult to walk. I lost strength in my legs. Is it because of antibiotics I took. Please reply. What should I do.

I do not think antibiotics has anything to do with your symptoms of fatigue, weakness, etc. Although the disease itself may cause such symptoms. Pls maintain a proper diet and if needed you may take multivitamins.

Apply hot fomentation twice daily. Avoid bending in front. Postural correction- sit tall, walk tall. Extension exercises x 15 times x twice daily. Bhujang asana. Core strengthening exercises. Back stretching. Do the cat/cow stretch.

I am a heavy drinker. Now I want to get rid of this and want my health back. Dear, alcohol dependence syndrome (addiction) is a serious condition which can cause harm to various organs of the body including brain and nervous system. The symptoms like tingling and numbness and shaky hands are due to peripheral neuropathy and weakness of the nervous system. Whereas loss of apetite and wt loss are due to liver and git dysfunction. Lot of time people believe addictions are just bad habits which can be left at anytime with some wiilpower. And only later they realise that its not as easy as it sounds plus it becomes alarmingly dangerous in later stages of addiction. Kindly consult a psychiatrist as soon as possible for complete evaluation and treatment. You may also have to consult a liver specialist if your suffering from jaundice or liver dysfunction. Dear, low back pain are often referred for physical therapy for four weeks as an initial conservative (nonsurgical) treatment option before considering other more aggressive treatments, including back surgery. The goals of physical therapy are to decrease back pain, increase function, and teach the patient a maintenance program to prevent future back problems. Common forms of physical therapy include: 1.Passive physical therapy (modalities), which includes things done to the patient, such as heat application, ice packs and electrical stimulation. For example, a heating pad may be applied to warm up the muscles prior to doing exercising and stretching, and an ice pack may be used afterward to sooth the muscles and soft tissues. OSee Physical Therapy: Passive PT (Modalities) for Back Pain 2.Active physical therapy, which focuses on specific exercises and stretching. For most low back pain treatments, active exercise is the focus of the physical therapy program. This article focuses on active physical therapy and exercise as a means to help recover from back problems and prevent or minimize future flare-ups of low back pain Low back pain has lasted between two and six weeks, or if there are frequent recurrences of low back pain, physical therapy is often recommended. Hello Mostly the causes of pain and restricted movement in shoulder are due to cervical disc disease, diabetes, shoulder traum or injury. So slow exercises and controlling sugar level is very effective. You can apply warm Rasna leave paste.

Pl keep your stomach clean and light. Take erand tel dabur 20 ml in warm milk twice in a week. Do light massage of Panchguna oil over intercostal muscles. Do stretching exercises. Try to learn soorya namaskara daily. Fir few days bath with warm water. Light diet.

Dear user with the information provided it appears that you are suffering from viral upper respiratory infection. It is advisable if you can start doing gargles with luke warm water on a regular basis at least twice daily till your problem resolves. For the relief of your pain you can take tab paracetamol 500 mg twice or thrice daily. Hope this solves your query.

hai sakthivel! to reduce stress and pain do exercise regularly in a peaceful environment. nothing to worry about the past. concentrate on diet. psychological workout for your stress: note what are the situations, reasons, events and who are the persons making your stress build. try to avoid first if not possible separate most important unavoidable above said factors and face it - accept positive or negative results from it. once you face definitely you get a relief irrespective of the result. do try! all the best.

Hi. I have a few suggestions for you regarding the usage of computers. Follow the rule of" 20" this means that every 20 minutes, take a gap of 20 seconds, blink your eyes actively 20 times and focus at an object which is minimum 20 feet away. This will help in relieving your eyes from the continuous strain that is caused due to staring. Staring at the computer continuously causes us to subconsciously blink less than normal. This causes the tear film on the surface of the eye to dry up. The result of this is pain, discomfort, etc. Another suggestions regarding the usage of computers is to maintain a proper posture. The computer must be positioned at the same height as your eye level. The neck should not be inadvertently flexed or extended. Roughly, an angle of 90 degrees should be maintained between your upper body and thighs. Likewise, a similar angle (90 degrees) should be maintained between your lower legs and thighs. Also the angle between your hands and arms should be roughly 90 degrees. This is the healthy ergonomic way of sitting while using a computer. Maintenance of proper posture would help in further relieving the symptoms of eye discomfort and pain. All these suggestions may take a while to sink in and imbibe in your routine. Once followed, they are sure to work wonders for you. Also, you could consider using a preservative free lubricant eye drop (use it 3-4 times daily). This would help in keeping your eyes lubricated and fresh. Hope my suggestions help you. Take care. Cheers.
