I have 83 kg and am 23 years old men. As per my age I should be young but people who ever I meet they say that you look like 30+ which is a disappointing factor. Hello lybrate user, thanks for writing, according to your height your weight should be 55 kg, 28 kg weight you have to loss. Only walking and exercise will not help you to lose weight. Once you will lose your weight you will look younger. Tips for weight loss 1. You can take our research oriented homeopathic medicines for assures weight loss. Mix three teaspoons of lemon juice, one teaspoon of honey, and one-half teaspoon of black pepper powder in one cup of water. If you use freshly ground black pepper, then just add one-quarter teaspoon. Drink it in the morning on an empty stomach. Do this daily for at least three months.

You are already overweight and fatty. You will have to change your schedule. This is the perfect age to modify your built. Here are few tips, it can bring wonders in your life: 1. You need to eat a lot of high protein vegetarian foods. These include dairy products (as long as you're not lactose intolerant), eggs (if you eat them), nuts, beans and legumes. Try to add a healthy portion of such foods to every meal. 2. You might want to try taking a couple of protein supplements in order to help you build muscle. Whey protein is the go to supplement. And creatine monohydrate is the next best thing to steroids, when it comes to building muscle. 3. As far as possible, stop eating rice, bread, rotis, and other starchy carbs. Impossible, I know, but try to keep these foods to a bare minimum. If you have a choice between rice and chappati, pick rice (the gluten free option). If you have a choice between polished and unpolished rice, pick unpolished. 4. Stay away from the so called "healthy" breakfast cereals. Don't eat cornflakes or muesli or Kellog's whatevers. Have a scrambled egg or a glass of milk or a fruit salad for breakfast instead. 4. Absolutely stay away from anything that has the ingredient "high fructose corn syrup" Just do not touch this. You'll find this in soft drinks and canned foods mostly. 5. Drink 4 litres of water every day. Not juice. Not milk. Not soda. Four litres of pure water. Keep a bottle of water next to you at all times, and keep sipping from it. Also, I'm assuming you work out. You have to, otherwise no diet can help you. Regarding the question about foods that prevent ageing, you need to eat foods with high antioxidant content. Green tea is one major source of antioxidants. So is red wine, if you drink wine. Citrus fruits have a lot of antioxidants as well. Eat plenty of fresh fruit and vegetables - not the juice, the whole fruit or vegetable.

Mothers can work on weight reduction after 2 months of baby's birth. - Eat balanced, low calorie, nutritious diet - You only need to cater for 400-500 calories extra for baby. It means just 1.25 times normal diet. - Take lot of milk/products, proteins, vegetables, greens. - Take 2-3 fruits daily. - Take meals/snacks every 2 hours - 10-15 almonds daily - Cut down all fried stuff, Puri, Paratha Ghee, etc - Cut down sweets, laddus and similar stuff - No colas or juices - Two glasses salted Nimbu paani daily. + one glass water every hour. - 30 mins brisk walk daily. - Aim for 1 - 2 kg weight loss per month.  - Do meditation for headache. - Stay Healthy Stay Happy, things will get better with time.

The best remedy I can recommend you is as follows 1. Take 6 dried figs 2. Take 30 g raisins 3. Soak both in water overnight 4. Eat in 2 doses through the next day Causes: • Excessive physical activity • Skipping meals • Fasting • Emotional stress • Genetic factors • Hyper-active thyroid leading to frequent bowel movement • Inability to absorb food causing loss of fat This is very helpful.

Hi for reduced weight you should work out as per you consume calories and it will take time just continue work out. Take following remedies for loosing weight 1.arogya vardhini vati 2 tab before lunch and dinner 2. Abhayarishta 4 tsp before lunch nad dinner 3. Morning break fast=mung dal green soup 1 boul and if feel hunger have pomegranate or apple 4.lunch 2 chaati + fruit vegetable + if you like rice 1 bowl and dal + barley soup 5. Evening 4-5 pm have some milk with sunth or any fruit you like 6. Dinner barley soup 2 bowl and one fruit follow this diet you will get reduced weight.

lybrate-user, Thanks for the query. Madam what is the current TSH level? Unless TSH is very well controlled (<3 mU/L), efforts to control weight will not succeed. So please check that. To give a specific dietary plan I need to know your present dietary pattern, extent of daily exercise. General guidelines to be followed are: Stop eating sweets, deep fried foods, pastries, bakery items and foods made from maida. Increase intake of green leafy vegetables, salads and fruits. Avoid soy beans and soy containing food products. Always use whole grain flours for chapati and roti. Plus exercise daily for 1 hour minimum. Thanks.
