Your diet lacks in fibre. When there is no fibre in your food it can lead to acidity or constipation. Eat lots of fruits and vegetables daily.

o exercise. eat fat burner foods. eat one glass luke warm water with lemon juice with one tsp honey in the early morning. follow a low calorie balanced diet. eat low calorie foods. eat more vegetables n fruits. eat 4 ltrs water. eat flax seed powder with 1 glass of water before go to bed. eat pomegranate /day if u want really lose weight.

Hi lybrate-user this can be done in a few steps: eat less chapatis, less rice, i. E. Less carbohydrates. Take more pulses and pulses products. Eat fresh fruits and vegetables. Avoid taking creamed milk and milk products. Also avoid eating fried foods, junk foods, canned foods, etc. Must take salad with your every main meal. Drink plenty of water. Take green tea instead of normal tea but not more than twice a day. Walk at least for half an hour after dinner at night. Take exercises daily as it helps in better absorption of food.

Go for brisk walk 45 minute daily. Take 3 cup green tea daily (jasmine flavour). Have diet rich in fruits vegetable salads & multigrain aata roti avoid rice, deserts, and fried stuffed. Drink 2-3 liters water in a day.

1. Banana is a healthy nutritious fruit which should be consumed daily. However many people think it adds to weight, so instead of eating a natural healthy fruit they end up eating unhealthy samosas, pakodas, burgers etc. No Banana does. It increase weight. 2. Alcohol has calories. Moderate drinking can mean many things. One peg may not matter but many pegs with fried snacks and binge eating later can add weight. 3. Walking for one hour is good for health. It can aid in weight reduction, if you also control your calorie intake.

hello sir , take high fiber diet. have small and frequent meals. do brisk walk and cycling daily.take luke warm water before and after meals.take luke warm water with aloe Vera juice empty stomach early morning.take good amount of veg and salad.don't skip your meals.avoid sugars ,fried food, junk food,oily food, maida products.

Hi,Thank you for your query. We will be happy to help you. No need to go for any tablets. You need to make lifestyle modifications for weight loss. Try this: Avoid all outside food that includes junk, processed food as well as food items that are oily, sugary, or salty. Instead eat home cooked meals with 4 to 5 servings of fruits and veggies. Have your dinner early and keep it light. Eat a protein rich breakfast every morning. Drink plenty of water throughout the day; especially before meals.
