Hi lybrate-user There is very simple and easy to follow diet plan with which you can lose 2-5 kg in just 15 days. Follow this diet plan exactly as said; you will surely lose few kilos immediately. For Breakfast you take 150g curd, 30g Lipolyzer powder, 10g milk cream, 25g roasted flax seed, 100g any fruit, mix them all together in a bowl. Lunch 2 Chapatti made with Nutroactive Brown Atta, 150g, cooked vegetables, 150 gm green salads like cucumber and tomato. Dinner - 200g any cooked vegetable or vegetable soup only. Hello lybrate-user working 10 hours a day can be quiet stressing indeed. But, do try to spend a minimum of 30 minutes doing at least brisk walking. It can lower the cause of heart related illnesses later on in life. Maybe you will have to wake up 30 minutes early or sleep 30 minutes late. Also, it is very very important to eat right. Snack on fruits and sprouts instead of processed, packaged and junk food. Consume organic india's tulsi tea instead of coffee or tea during work hours. Avoid at all costs foods form fast food outlets, as majority people gain weight because of that.

Hi lybrate-userfirstly, start doing surya namaskar in morning and start eating triphla chooran (natural medicine) in morning empty stomach with luke warm water. Start a fruit dieting every alternative day, means you have to eat fruits every alternative days & normal fruit every other alternative days. Avoid late night dinners and try to eat nothing after sunset. Sit in vajrasana after every meal you eat for 10 minutes. Walk atleast 30 min in morning.

First you should follow low calories food for weight loss. * in morning, take 1-2 chapattis with a bowl of cooked green vegetables. You can take a glass of lemon water with it *in lunch you can take a bowl of raw vegetables like carrot, radish, tomatoes, turnip or beetroot. *in evening, you can take a cup of green tea only with some pieces of friuts like apple, pineapple, pear. Avoid taking banana or mango. *in dinner, you can take vegetable soup or a bowl of cooked vegetables. But do not take potato, sweet potatoes. * you can take a cup skimmed milk 4 times a week only during day time. * work out for atleast 1 hour in morning, you can try skipping for 15minutes with a walk of 30 minutes and 5-10 minutes running. Follow these exercises in the morning - * lie down on flat surface, raise your legs without bending your knees, do it for 3-5 times daily. * do not eat fastfoods and soft drinks, as they have high calories and the calories deposit in body in the form of weight if not utilised.

The best way to avoid these health problems is to maintain a healthy weight. And the keys to healthy weight are regular exercise and good eating habits. To stay active, try to exercise 30 to 60 minutes every day. Your exercise doesn’t have to be hard. Walking, swimming, and stretching are all good ways to burn calories and can help you stay fit. Try these activities to get moving: Go outside for a walk. Take the stairs instead of the elevator. Walk or bike to places (such as school or a friend’s house) instead of driving. If you have to drive somewhere, park farther away than you need to and walk the extra distance. Tackle those household chores, such as vacuuming, washing the car, or cleaning the bathroom – they all burn calories. Alternate activities so you don’t get bored: Try running, biking, skating. Hi, you should go for 45 minutes brisk walk in the morning. Do regular exercise atleast 20 minutes daily. Take lukewarm water with lemon in the morning. Take salad before meals. Drink more water in a day. Don't take rice at night and don't skip breakfast. Avoid junk food and oily food. Timely and balanced diet is as important. Avoid heavy dinner and late night meals. Being a mother is a tough job, specially in initial stages. But Do not worry. Your weight will come down slowly. Feeding mothers can work on weight reduction after 2 months of baby's birth. - Eat balanced, low calorie, nutritious diet - You only need to cater for 400-500 calories extra for baby. It means just 1.25 times normal diet. - Take lot of toned milk/products, proteins, vegetables, greens. - Take 2-3 fruits daily. - Take meals/snacks every 2 hours - 10-15 almonds daily - Cut down all fried stuff, Puri, Paratha etc - Cut down sweets, laddus and similar stuff - No colas or juices - Two glasses salted Nimbu paani daily. + one glass water every hour. - 30 mins brisk walk daily. - Aim for 1 - 2 kg weight loss per month.
