1200 Calorie Vegetarian Indian Diet Plan Menu To Lose Weight By following this menu guide, you will be able to restrict your food consumption to just 1200 calories to 1300 calories a day and thereby you will feel lighter after a couple of weeks of following this weight loss diet menu. The vegetarian diet menu is as follows: Early Morning (7 Am): o A glass of lukewarm water with lemon (0 calories). O A cup of tea with skim milk, no sugar and 2 biscuits (90 calories) Breakfast (8 am): o 2 Wheat Rotis or chapattis + ½ cup of Paneer gravy (tofu is better) (330 calories). Or o A plate of brown bread upma and a cup of skim milk (300 calories). Mid Morning Snack: (10: 30 am): o A banana or 20 Grapes or ½ cup melon (50 calories). Lunch (1 pm): o 1 cup of brown rice (200 grams) + ½ cup mixed vegetables + one small bowl of Raitha + 1 bowl vegetable salad (345 calories). Evening (4 pm): o Butter Milk 1 glass or 1 cup (35 calories) Dinner (8 pm): 2 Chappatis or Rotis + 1 bowl of Vegetable Soup + 1 bowl of salad (370 calories) The total calories you will consume in this vegetarian diet is about 1220 calories. 1200 Calorie Non Vegetarian Indian Diet Plan Menu For Weight Loss If you are a non vegetarian and do not like to eat a lot of vegetables to lose weight, then there is no need to worry. You can also lose a considerable amount of weight by including non vegetarian dishes in your daily menu. The following is the non vegetarian Indian diet plan for weight loss. Early Morning (7 Am): o A glass of lukewarm water with lemon (0 calories). O A cup of tea with skim milk, no sugar and 2 biscuits (90 calories) Breakfast (8 am): o 2 Slices of brown bread + 2 hard boiled eggs (290 calories). Lunch (1 pm): o 1 cup of brown rice (200 grams) + ½ cup mixed vegetables + 100 grams of chicken (boiled or stir fried in olive oil) + 1 bowl vegetable salad (360 calories). Evening (4 pm): o Butter Milk 1 glass or 1 cup (35 calories). Dinner (8 pm): 1 Chappati or Roti + ½ cup of Lentils dal + 50 grams of fish (rich in omega 3 fatty acids) + 1 bowl of raitha (380 calories). The total calorie that you will be consuming a day by following this non-vegetarian diet menu is around 1225 calories. By following this diet plan, you will be able to lose weight by eating all your favorite foods. You do not need to do rigorous workouts and just need to do mild exercises to enjoy weight loss with this diet. If you are looking to lose weight within a short span of time, then the 1200 calorie diet plan will help you to shed extra kilos by making a little bit of adjustment to your lifestyle and diet.

I wana diet plan which can reduce my weight up to 15 kgs in quick time. I am now 85 kg.
A. Breakfast (Between 8-10 a. M) – Have oats/porridge or brown bread with milk and nuts. B. At 11 a. M - Cup of Green Tea c. Mid day meal (around 12 p. M) – Have a bowl of fruits. Citrus fruits are best taken during this hour and absorb well in the body. Have oranges, amla, pineapple etc during this hour. D. Lunch (between 2-3 p. M) – Daal, roti, mix veg, buttermilk and salad. You can also take brown rice with daal in lunch. Try to get your food cooked in olive oil. Lace your salad with apple cider vinegar, black pepper and seeds like flaxseeds or chia seeds to make it nutrition packed lunch. E. Between 4 p. M – 5 p. M – Cup of Green Tea F. Evening (4-6 p. M) – Have some nice sprouts with tomatoes and cucumber. G. Dinner (2 hours before sleeping, preferably before 9 p. M) – Paneer & veggies salad with olive oil, Roti or brown rice with Daal. H. Have a glass of warm milk. Weight loss is 80% about what you eat and 20% about exercises. That said, both the things go hand in hand. If you want to lose weight in a more healthy way than be patient and just follow the regimen everyday. Slow and steady wins the race.

1) Take 10 ml of fresh lemon juice and ginger juice along with 1 tsf of jaggery along with 60 ml of water early in morning on empty stomach and after meals, 2) do regularly BHUJANGASANA, UTTANPADASANA and PAVANMUKTASAN regularly early in the morning on empty stomach for 15 minutes…. Do this for 30 days…it gives you good result…THANKS.

Hello, fat loss is the result of a holistic approach that includes- 1. Balanced diet rich in proteins and fibre like- egg, chicken, fish, milk, curd, paneer, sprouts, oats, wholegrain cereals and pulses, fruits and vegetables (fibre) 2. Exercise- doing 40-50 minutes of moderate to high intensity activity for 4-5 days/ week will help (walking/jogging/swimming etc) 3. Adding good quality fat like nuts and oilseeds-almonds, walnuts, flaxseeds (alsi) will help. 4. Rest for 7-8 hours to rejuvenate your system so it can work efficiently.

It can be due to hypothyroidism. Please do go for thyroid test. Bipolar depression is one of the other cause, but let's exclude it a you seems to be ok. If your thyroid test comes out to be normal then you need three things-: 1. Diet- diet should be very normal. Cut off fats and carbohydrates from your diet. Avoid rice, oily food, tea, coffee, excess sugar. 2. Exercise-: do exercise daily. It shall include skipping, jogging, ab crunches (if possible) too. 3. Medication-: you may take homoeopathic treatment for your excessive weight.

Hello According to your height as you mentioned here 155cm, your normal weight should be 58kg. but now 61kg. So you have to start workout according to your nature of work along with scheduled diet plan.

Go for brisk walk 45 minute daily. Take 3 cup green tea daily (jasmine flavour). Have diet rich in fruits vegetable salads & multigrain aata roti avoid rice, deserts, and fried stuffed. Drink 2-3 liters water in a day.

Other tools, such as pharmacotherapy for BMI of 27 kg/m 2 or higher with comorbidity or BMI over 30 kg/m2 and bariatric surgery for BMI of 35 kg/m2 with comorbidity or BMI over 40 kg/m 2, should be used as adjuncts to behavioral modification to reduce food intake and increase physical activity when this is possible. Avoid spicy food in your diet and Also avoid peanuts and potatoes in your diet and eat only curd rice or khichdi for few days and drink only boiled water and do exercise regularly

Currently my weight is 85 mgs and my height is 5 feet 6 inches approx. I have gained weight around 20 kgs in last three years and from last three years I am suffering from improper latrine problems. I take lactifiber every night to clear my potty next morning and if I don't take for few days then I suffer from unclear potty with blood in it. Respected hi first of all you have to be determined in your mind that you want to reduce weight & have proper digestion without medicines. Unless you r not firm & you don't loss your temptation to eat junk you can't gain anything understand very well even though best of the doctors will give you best advise. Avoid all oily spicy stuffs nonveg at all. Drink more liquids have more green leafy veg fiber content fruits curd for better digestion mor walk for 30 min yoga for 20 min early mor light exercises for 30 min. Avoid smoking if doing keep weight chart for every 15 days. Consult after 1 month if still firm in doing all things & not getting results dear thanks regards.

take fruit first thing in the morning when u get up.Take small frequent meals.take your dinner by 7:30 pm.Pls do 45 mts physical activity daily.take only 1 tsp sugar daily. avoid sugar free.avoid carbohydrates at night for atleast 2 days a week.Go for a proper diet schedule
