hi Sargun, in pregnancy their are hormonal changes which can cause mood swings don't worry it is due to hormones. Regards to your thyroid problem you should keep strict watch on thyroid and dose adjustment is required as per level. Thyroid has critical role in brain and spine development in the baby. please don't neglect as uncontrolled thyroid levels can lead to abortion also. wish you good luck!!

See, the concept of hymen rupture and bleeding during first intercourse is not a rule of thumb to prove a girl a virgin. So do not focus on virginity issue, focus on good married life.

Hello sir. Sir please tell me if any lump is in brest so whats the reason for that. I concern many doctors she says its a febudunoma disese.

MD - Radiation Oncology, MBBS, DNB (Radiotherapy)
Oncologist, Howrah
Fibroadenoma is a common occurrence in young females. The treatment of fibroadenoma is surgery. However if it is not producing any symptoms or size of the lump is not too lage to cause cosmetic problems, surgery is not required. However if you are not going for surgery, it is better to confirm your diagnosis by an fnac.

Can we have sex during periods time? If not how many days we have to stay away after periods?

DHMS (Diploma in Homeopathic Medicine and Surgery)

Can we have sex during periods time? If not how many days we have to stay away after periods?
It is absolutely safe to have sex during periods. There is only religious belief not to have sex during pregnancy as woman is Dirty or UNCLEAN during this time.Although sex is safe from pregnancy point of view but your risks of sexually transmitted diseases and infections are higher than normal during this time because the cervix opens to allow blood to pass through. Unfortunately, this creates the perfect pathway for bacteria to travel deep inside the pelvic cavity. You are also more likely to pass on blood-borne diseases like HIV and hepatitis to a partner during your period and more likely to develop yeast or bacterial infections because the vagina's pH during menstruation is less acidic. You can have safe unprotected sex during Mensturation and 3 days after completion of menses if menses lasts for 4-5 days.

Hello- 10 home remedies to beat pain during your periods Suffering from cramps during those days of the month? Ditch those painkiller, try something natural instead. Why do periods hurt so much? Menstrual cramps are caused due to the shedding of the inner lining of the uterine wall. This shedding is assisted by a host of hormones, the master being ‘prostaglandins’. Where there is pain there are prostaglandins! This hormone is also prominent during delivery. It is responsible for pushing the lining of the uterus out. Apart from all the hormonal action, the poor uterus is devoid of blood, therefore the muscle spasms. In severe cases this condition is called Dysmenorrhea. Now that we know why we suffer from menstrual cramps, here are some tips to help relieve the discomfort: Keep up the exercise: It is important that you continue with gentle exercise during your periods. It helps by releasing beta-endorphins, which are internal Opioids — your own ‘human morphine’. It is natural to feel bloated before your periods, if you reduce your salt intake a few days before your periods it will help your kidneys flush out excess water. You can also try these 4 yoga poses to beat pain during periods. Remedy #1: A great pain reliever is the wild yam (Ratalu), its antispasmodic qualities help make the pain that much more bearable. Remedy #2: Raspberry leaf or jasmine flavored green tea work wonders in calming the body and mind. Remedy #3: Include a glass of milk in your breakfast. Calcium is a good cure for cramps. If you are not such a ‘milk’ person or are lactose intolerant about 600mg (2-4 tablets) of calcium chewables should do the trick. Remedy #4: Have generous helpings of papaya during and before your periods. Papaya contains ‘papain’ an enzyme that helps to regulate and helps to ease the flow during menstruation. Remedy #5: Carrots are not only good for your eyes; they also assist in regulating menstruation. A tall glass of carrot juice can go a long way in making you feel much better. Remedy #6: Aloe vera juice with honey is also well known to ease the flow and reducing the pain. Remedy#7: Avoid red meat and caffeine. They have properties that exacerbate the pain. Remedy #8: Have a hot shower. Concentrate the flow of water on your back and abdomen. A hot water bag also helps to relieve discomfort. Remedy #9: Applying lavender oil around your stomach is known to help relieving cramps in just 10 to 15 mins. Remedy #10: Just remember to be kind to yourself – relax, read a book, listen to some soft music or chat up with friends. If you feel happy and rejuvenated, your mind will help you fight physical pain.

Tenure is lifetime if not treated once both partners are infected it is difficult to know unless it was proven that one partner was clear.

Very less flowing periods.
Hello, Is this happening for the first time? Nutritional deficiencies and excessive stress/ tension can also lead to missed menses. Take more of green vegetables, nuts, salads, seasonal fruits, yellow coloured veggies, milk & milk products, plenty of water and enough of sleep & rest. Take homoeopathic medication – Schwabe's Five Phos. And Alfaalfa Tonic – both thrice daily for 1 month.

Munching foods like apples, pears, carrots or celery after brushing can help in preventing discoloration as they trigger tooth-bathing saliva which helps in keeping the teeth whiter.

Me and my girlfriend have sex without condoms and have it in a very calm way. We both do not have any std's so is there any risk of having one? If we have sex without protection?

MBBS, DIiploma in Yoga and Ayurveda, Diploma In Dermatology And Venerology And Leprosy (DDVL), PGDPC

HIV and other STd are never known or seen outside clearly so easily so you will know only after getting HIV or syphilis or hepatitis B all very deadly.

Lifetime risk of genital infections and sexually transmitted diseases with one or two male partners is extremely small. The more the number of partners you have the higher is the risk of disease. Safety precautions and personal hygiene are also essential for prevention of infections.
