I pill could mess about with your periods at times. I would advice you to see what happens in the next cycle as usually it should come on time unless you have had further pills this month.

Hello lybrate-user agarwal, as you facing skin problem as like as psoriasis, psoriasis is genetic disorder triggered due to stressful conditions and irregular life style. We are treating psoriasis using ayurvedic medicines. Psoriasis has three stages. First stage is when disease remain on skin and there are scaly patches. Second stage comes when there is pitting on nails and in last stage it enter the joints and there is pain in small joints. Generally patient use steroidal application on patches which give temporary relief and disease reappear after 2/3 days. In severe cases methotrexate is used which is not a safer option and is liver toxic. Ayurveda has got a complete remedy for psoriasis. It is a safer option and can be used for longer duration without any side effects. Ayurvedic external application give very quick results with sun exposure in clearing the scales and internal treatment does not allow the disease to re appear. Psoriasis is a manageable disease and can be managed with ease and effectively using ayurveda. You should use 3 gms of haldi with milk helps in psoriasis patients. For more info you can contact clinic. At present more than 4000 patients suffering from psoriasis are under my treatment and we are getting very good results.

I have fever over four days can it be dengue or my tonsils had grown so it is happening?

C.S.C, D.C.H, M.B.B.S
General Physician,
Just fever cannot be thought to be dengue and the symptoms have to be observed. Tonsil enlargement favours the diagnosis if pharyngo tonsillitis.

Do long breathing pranayams daily for 10 minutes. • Drink 7 -8 glass of water daily. Apply rose water on your face daily for 5 minutes. • Use a face pack of fuller's earth (multani mitti) with rose water one time in a day for seven days. It removes toxins from skin.

I am losing my weight from 68 kg to 62 kg from March 16 to till date. I have diabetes from may 2016. I am 34 years old. My height is 5 foot 9 inch. What is ideal weight for me. Pl give me reason for losing in weight.

BHMS
Homeopath, Raebareli
Please note the following in respect to your queries: Although both type 1 and type 2 diabetes can involve fairly dramatic weight loss over several days at the onset of the disease, it tends to be more common among people with type 1. In both cases, the cause is that your body fails to adequately deal with insulin. The job of insulin is to transport glucose from the foods you eat into your cells to provide energy for all the work that’s required to keep you alive. However, most type 1 diabetics don’t produce insulin. Type 2 diabetics either don’t produce enough insulin or their bodies don’t respond to it properly. Consequently, even if you eat normally, that blood sugar simply builds up and gets excreted in your urine. This causes weight loss, but it could also damage your organs if you don't receive treatment. If you experience an unexplained weight loss, surpassing 5 percent of your body weight within days, see your health care provider as soon as possible.

My wife is having multiple personality disorder, she turns very dangerous if she don't take pills, it's hard to live with her, please guide me well.

Reparenting Technique, BA, BEd
Psychologist, Bangalore
The multiple personality can create multiple problems. It is a very complex disease and without knowing much of her background, I suppose you might be her only hope and solace. Since you are married to her and for several years perhaps too, you are the only person who has reached this level of intimacy with her. That could be the nemesis too but if you undertook to see her through her worst phase, then you could have a reasonable life with her. One thing is very clear and it seems like you have understood that too, is her strict adherence to the medical prescriptions. That is mandatory and that is important for you to personally monitor; and periodically take her for psychiatric reviews. Apart from that she needs intense psychotherapy with a dedicated professional competent in dealing with this condition. There will be a lot of follow-up from this therapy and again I see you taking an active role. If her parents or siblings are around or can come and relieve you periodically, that will give you welcome breaks that will be tremendously good to recharge yourself. The professional is sure to put her on a regimen of exercise, both physical and neurological, a tight time-schedule filled with important and interesting activities, and a socializing program. Consider this a lifetime task and you must dedicate yourself to it completely, if you want to spend a reasonable time with her for the rest of your lives.
