You can use rite height by Sbl or heightex by Phl and expect similar results since the three main medicines included are same in both. Only one medicine is different. Take it for 3 months.

There are various reasons for getting hair fall. Nutritional deficiency, stress, acute illness like malaria, typhoid, jaundice, chronic illness like diabetes, thyroid can trigger the hair fall, Smoking, excessive alcohol intake. Hair is made up of minerals, protein and iron. Any deficiency can lead to hair fall. Take Proteins are more in sprouts, beans, nuts, soya. Green, help to nourish the hair roots. Take lots of salads, diced fresh fruit, Green Leafy Vegetables like Spinach, Lettuce, Leafy Greens, Turnip Greens, Broccoli, Beans and Green Peppers, Almonds/4 Walnuts on alternate day’s and 2Dates/2Figs on also alternate day’s and 2 prunes daily. One glass of Milk per day if possible cow’s milk,, 10 – 12 glass of water per day For professional advice please consult privately.

I am getting giddiness while turning my head sides and it pains back of my neck. What should i do? please advise.

Kindly show me a photograph of the affected part--neck. Rule out diabetes & vit. D deficiency or any other metabolic disorder. Sleep on a hard bed with soft bedding on it. Spring beds, folding beds or thick matress are harmful use no pillow under the head. Do hot fomantation. Paracetamol 250mg od & sos x 5days. Caldikind plus 1tab od x10. Do neck, back & general exercises. It may have to be further investigated. You will need other supportive medicines also. Make sure you are not allergic to any of the medicines you are going to take. If it does not give relief in 4-5days, contact me again. Do not ignore. It could be beginning of a serious problem. Get a ent opinion as well.

Hi, take 2 banana with warm milk in the morning and evening. Eat soaked dry grapes or dates soaked in warm milk overnight. Include protein rich food in your diet like soyabean, sattu with milk, eggs, sprouts, milk and milk products, combination of cereals and pulses, take healthy and heavy breakfast. No drink before meals. Take small and frequent meals.

Hi, obesity - can be reduced but by opting - certain natural norms of life. Go for a brisk walk in d morning to restore blood circulation to nourish d whole body. *tk, plenty of water to eliminate toxins and to regulate metabolism to burn fats cell. Go for meditation to reduce your stress and to nourish cell& tissues to curb fats cells. * go for cycling, jogging, swimming, skipping, gardening, playing badminton. * opt staircase, instead of a lift. * tk, oats with green tea in d breakfast. * tk, salad, fruits, sprouts in ample qty in lunch. * consume salad, fruits whenever you feel hungry. For backache - go for ayurveda's panchkarma therapy - we have many option for you - kati basti (specialised panchakarma procedure for backpains), localised massgae with herbal oils, localised medicated steam, pottali massage. Continue these procedures for atleast 15 days. Regular oiling of the joint will improve the lubrication also. These procedures will relax your back muscles and give strength to your nerves and muscles of back. Also start some yogic exercises - tadasana, dhanurasan, halasana along with these therapies. This will greatly help. Please avoid pushing / pulling heavy objects, long sittings, long two-wheeler drives. Although some herbal medicines might also help you but after proper history taking. For knees - gentle massage over knees with lukewarm herbal pain relieving oils daily for about 15-20 minutes and hot fomentation afterwards will greatly help in subsiding the pain. These procedures would give strength to your knee and reduce the pain and stiffness. Regular oiling the joint will improve the lubrication also. Use knee caps over the joints and avoid over exertion of the joint. This will greatly help. For general health - go for a complete detox of your body with the help of ayurveda's panchakarma therapy. It includes abhyangam (massage with medicated oils) n medicated steam bath. This wud rejuvenate your body - improving your work efficiency and bettering your sleep. It will also strengthen your nerves and muscles. These procedures will take out the harmful toxins out of your body - cleansing your body. Also take shirodhara which would completely take the stress out of your body and you will feel light, fresh and full of energy. This wud also help in weight reduction of her body.

5 easy Steps to control diabetes


Tip 1: Get more physical activity

There are many benefits to regular physical activity. Exercise can help you:
• Lose weight
• Lower your blood sugar
• Boost your sensitivity to insulin — which helps keep your blood sugar within a normal range
Research shows that both aerobic exercise and resistance training can help control diabetes, but the greater benefit comes from a fitness program that includes both.


Tip 2: Get plenty of fibre

It's rough, it's tough — and it may help you:
• Reduce your risk of diabetes by improving your blood sugar control
• Lower your risk of heart disease
• Promote weight loss by helping you feel full
Foods high in fiber include fruits, vegetables, beans, whole grains, nuts and seeds.

Tip 3: Go for whole grains

Although it's not clear why, whole grains may reduce your risk of diabetes and help maintain blood sugar levels. Try to make at least half your grains whole grains. Many foods made from whole grains come ready to eat, including various breads, pasta products and many cereals. Look for the word "whole" on the package and among the first few items in the ingredient list.

Tip 4: Lose extra weight

If you're overweight, diabetes prevention may hinge on weight loss. Every pound you lose can improve your health, and you may be surprised by how much. Participants in one large study who lost a modest amount of weight — around 7 percent of initial body weight — and exercised regularly reduced the risk of developing diabetes by almost 60 percent.

Tip 5: Skip fad diets and just make healthier choices

Low-carb diets, the glycemic index diet or other fad diets may help you lose weight at first, but their effectiveness at preventing diabetes isn't known nor are their long-term effects. And by excluding or strictly limiting a particular food group, you may be giving up essential nutrients. Instead, think variety and portion control as part of an overall healthy-eating plan

Mr. lybrate-user, A person with diabetes has to take a balanced diet, which includes carbohydrates, fats and proteins. Rice is one of the carbs, it can be taken by a diabetic person. In south India, where rice is the staple diet (Kerala, TN, & AP, South Karnataka), it is consumed by every one. Foods to be avoided are sweets, deep fried foods, junk foods, pastries, bakery items, other maida items, sweetened aerated drinks, sweet corn containing products, highly processed food products and high fat milk products. Total caloric intake has to be based on ideal body weight, extent of daily physical activity and blood glucose levels. Fruits like papaya, water melon, pomegranate, orange, sweet lime, apple, pear and guava can be eaten. Thanks.

Hello, there are few yoga poses which helps in calming your mind and relieves stress, but first learn these under a qualified yoga-teacher as many poses are prohibited in certain diseases or medical conditions! exercises: practice shavasana or corpse pose as it looks like a dead body. If practiced correctly and with full efforts, can relax every body part, relaxing not only the body but also the mind: spread the legs one to two feet apart, the toes are turned outwards, the heels facing each other, a comfortable distance apart. Bring the arms a little away from the body, palms turned upward. Relax the neck and allow it to turn to the side if it is more comfortable. Close the eyes and focus the attention on the body, breathing normally. Begin focusing each body part and relaxing it, then moving on. Keep the mind focused on relaxation, the breath should be normal. Relax the whole body. (the mind and body are deeply connected. If the mind is occupied by thoughts and worries then the shavasana will be unsuccessful. Therefore one has to acquire the stability of the mind along with the stability of the body.) anuloma involves inhaling through both nostrils together and exhaling each breath alternately between the left and right nostrils. The thumb of the right hand is used to manipulate the right nostril, while the pinky and ring finger are used to control the left nostril. There are many other poses of yoga like balasan, setu bandha sarvangasan, uttanasan, garudasan, savasana, triconasana, viprita karani, marjaryasana, dhyana, bhujangasana, anulom-vilum, pranayam, etc. Another stress-buster can be getting involved in any of your hobbies (may be a childhood hobby which you used to enjoy a lot!) - dancing, singing, painting, listening to soothing music, playing musical instruments, etc. (believe me, you would really enjoy doing this alone as well or may be with your friends, kids). Medication: take homoeopathic medication - schwabe's bacopa monierri 1x/ thrice daily and kali phos. 6x/ once at night - take them for 4 weeks.

Dear, These are Causes of lack of sleep : • stress • Anxiety • Depression • Pain • irregular schedule of sleep such as sleeping during day time & working during nights. • Excess intake of alcohol , caffeine (tea, coffee) • Due to drugs , Due to high blood pressure . • Aging So these are some instructions & methods for good sleep : • Frequent oil massage of head with oil relax your mind and enhances sleep .You can also do foot massage daily it destress you . • Do meditation and long breathing pranayams to relax the mind. • Do not take caffeine, tea & alcohol in excess and these are stimulant ,(activate) your brain result in lack of sleep. • Avoid sleep during day time as it makes it harder to fall asleep at night. Do exercise and long walk daily . • Avoid to take sleeping pills because these are habit forming drugs and these drugs disturb your normal sleep pattern. • Take a bowl of curd daily in afternoon and one glass of milk at night daily .
