Respected lybrate-user hi burning during micturition occurs due to some semen inside urethra after ejaculation. Burning anal top is self induced as you stopped urine in between. Don't hesitate drink plenty of water & other liquids you will be alright in 24 hours you don't require treatment at present. Just advisable to avoid sex for today only. Thanks regards.

The opposite of high blood pressure, is low blood pressure, or hypotension. This means your blood pressure is lower than what is considered normal, but it may be normal for you. These types of headaches are also called orthostatic and occur when changes in the blood pressure of your head occur dramatically.Generally stress raises blood pressure, so the only likely cause of low blood pressure is poor breathing. But there may be other causes. Often after periods of intense anxiety the body is left very fatigued, and this can cause low blood pressure in people.

I'm 28 year old. My bilirubin is always higher than normal values. Doctor telling Gilbert syndrome. What it is.

PDDM, MHA, MBBS
General Physician, Nashik
I'm 28 year old. My bilirubin is always higher than normal values. Doctor telling Gilbert syndrome. What it is.
Gilbert’s syndrome is a common and harmless condition, where high levels of a substance called bilirubin build up in the blood. Bilirubin is a yellow pigment found naturally in the blood, which forms when red blood cells are broken down. Symptoms of Gilbert's syndrome Most people with Gilbert's syndrome will experience occasional and short-lived episodes of jaundice. This is when the skin and whites of the eyes turn slightly yellow. Some people also report other problems during episodes of jaundice, including: abdominal (tummy) pain feeling very tired (fatigue) loss of appetite feeling sick dizziness irritable bowel syndrome (IBS) – a common condition that causes stomach cramps, bloating, diarrhoea and constipation problems concentrating and thinking clearly (brain fog) a general sense of feeling unwell However, these problems are not thought to be directly related to increased bilirubin levels, and could mean you have another condition other than Gilbert’s syndrome. Around one in three people with Gilbert’s syndrome experience no noticeable symptoms, and you may not realise you have it until tests for an unrelated condition are carried out.

Home remedies for gas and acidity

Here are some instant home remedies to get relief from gas and indigestion. Medicines have only a temporary effect on your problem. But home remedies can take you a long way in solving this problem.

1. Ginger tea

Ginger helps to produce enzymes that facilitate digestion of food. A hot cup of ginger tea helps to relieve gas, cramps, bloating and stomach aches. In fact, chewing a slice of ginger after eating food can help to prevent acidity and gas. Alternately, you can also add a few drops of lemon juice with a little ginger juice and a teaspoon of honey in warm water and drink this after ever meal. This is one of the most common indian home remedies for gas.

2. Buttermilk

This is one of the most refreshing home remedies for gas problem. Although, it is said that milk should be avoided if you’re suffering from indigestion. Buttermilk is a form of lactic acid that is the easiest to digest. It soothes the stomach and gives relief from acidity.

3. Cardamom

Just chewing a seed of cardamom or sipping some cardamom tea can help to get relief from gas and indigestion. Cardamom seeds can also be added to some vegetables. This will prevent indigestion from occurring.

4. Warm water

Keeping your body hydrated can help to prevent and cure acidity and gas. If possible, start your day by drinking lots of water and continue to do so throughout the day. Water helps to eliminate all the toxins from the body and cleans your entire system.

Can stones in gall bladder be treated through medication or it is compulsory to undergo a surgery?

DHMS (Diploma in Homeopathic Medicine and Surgery)
Homeopath, Delhi
No its not compulsory to undergo surgery to remove gall stones, it can be removed naturally with our medicines only. Gall bladder gets diseased due to an unhealthy diet and lifestyle. This leads to an imbalance of the acid-alkali balance in the body which causes the cholesterol to precipitate in the gall bladder leading to stone formation. Over time, these may get infected and lead to an acute inflammation, pain, fever etc. A stone may move ahead into a narrow passage or the duct and get stuck leading to severe agony. One can avoid formation of gall stones by just avoiding fatty food, junk foods and going behind unhealthy diet. To cure it naturally with medicines only one can just take our medicines which are combination of herbal and homeo medicines. Just take our medicines for some time and stones will be expelled also thereafter that stent can also be removed.
