Hello- Progressive age decreases the number of ovum in a female and might reduces the chances of pregnancy, more over first pregnancy after the age of thirty might arise complications for both mother and the child, this is why girls marry early. However with Garbhasansakar and panchakarma treatment of ayurveda your friend can marry and can get pregnant easily. Consult if interested.

Natural Alternatives That Work Better Than Vitamin Supplements

Natural Alternatives That Work Better Than Vitamin Supplements

Here’s a list of foods that are better than taking vitamin supplements:

1. Trouts

Fatty fish such as trout are great sources of vitamin d and omega-3 fatty acids, which promote brain function and fight inflammation.

2. Mushrooms

Include mushrooms them in your diet four times a week and see your vitamin levels shoot up. They can be cooked, baked or pan-fried and turned into a tasty and healthy delight. In order to reap more benefits, you can sun dry them before consumption. Mushrooms can naturally produce vitamin d when exposed to sunlight.

3. Green veggies

Fresh green veggies are loaded with essential nutrients and the key point to remember is that the lesser you cook them (keeping the crunch and texture intact) the more beneficial they can be. So load up on spinach, methi leaves, lettuce, mustard greens and kale.

4. Crabs

Not only do clams have the highest concentration of vitamin b12 of any food, they’re also filled with potassium. Three ounces of either canned or fresh clam contains 534 mg of potassium, 15% of your daily requirement.

5. Sardines

You may be surprised to learn that these little fish are packed with calcium—3 ounces has the same amount as 8 ounces of milk. Sardines also contain vitamin d and omega-3 fatty acids. If you buy them canned in oil, be sure to rinse before cooking to get rid of excess salt.

The i-pill is only safe for women between the ages of 25 and 45. It is not the best contraceptive method for teenagers. With the rate of teenage pregnancy growing in India, it is essential that schools and colleges start a sex education campaign where they educate the youth about the harmful side effects of the i-pill on a developing reproductive system. The i-pill is a hormonal pill and its long time usage can lead to severe menstrual problems or even ovarian damage. I suggest you to talk to your gynecologist. Take care.

When you take ipill, withdrawl bleeding is expected withing 5 to 6 days. So this is going to be withdrawl bleeding. And pain can happen when cervix is tightly closed and which is during middle of the cycle. So that is why you experiencing pain. You may have delayed menses this time and also may have irregular cycle for 1 or 2 months. You can take routine painkillers which are available like paracetamol to decrease the pain but it will subside automatically with bleeding in 1 or 2 days. So basically it is not very serious thing but the imbalance happened in your body due to tablets.
