There are so many causes of mouth ulcers like- -stress or tissue injury is thought to be the cause of simple mouth ulcers. -certain foods, including citrus or acidic fruits and vegetables (such as lemons, oranges, pineapples, apples, figs, tomatoes and strawberries), can trigger a mouth ulcer. -sometimes a sharp tooth surface also trigger mouth ulcers. -some cases of complex mouth ulcers are caused by an underlying health condition, such as an impaired immune system; nutritional problems, such as vitamin b-12, zinc, folic acid, or iron deficiency and gastrointestinal tract disease, such as coeliac disease and crohn's disease. -when you first quit smoking, you may develop more mouth ulcers than normal, but this is temporary. Usually ulcer heals by itself only within 1 week. You can take becosule capsule' once in a day for 1 week for faster recovery. Temporarily you can apply mucopain gel over ulcer for relief.

Dear, black gums are due to hormonal changes that are going on in the body. Some prefer to wait for some time as it disappears or becomes less. If you want something urgent, then gingival stripping is done and allowed to heal. It becomes lighter for few months before again making a comeback in some cases.

Sensitivity is a big problem, if you are facing this problem try to use a sensitive paste for a week and if sensitivity persists then you must visit a dentist. Sensitivity can be due to many reasons like:
a) cervical abrasion which happens due to incorrect brushing technique
b) fractured filling
c) chipped tooth
d) dental caries/cavity
e) using a very hard brush
f) gum recession
g) capping a vital tooth
h) improperly done RCT etc
Try to visit a dentist as soon as possible to rule out the etiology behind sensitivity.

Start using a mouthwash after any meal, cause brush only clean 50% area of oral cavity rest 50% require mouthwash. So add mouthwash along with brush in your daily oral health regime, make sure to choose a mouthwash that can be use on long term basis cause many mouthwash on long term use may cause side effect. And I also advice you to visit a dentist for professional cleaning.

Halitosis or foul breath can be because of many dental and medical reasons. Please consult a doctor for accurate diagnosis. It can be because of gum problems and tartar collection that is the most common reason.

Rinse your mouth thoroughly with a mouth wash after every meals. Use pepsodent tooth paste & gum paint for 2 to 3 weeks. Advance procedures can be done with laser. You may consult me in person. Dental tips: - visit a dentist every six months for cleaning and a thorough dental check-up. Limit sugary food to avoid tooth decay. Gargle your mouth thoroughly after every meal. Scrub gently to clean your tongue with a tongue cleaner.
