Take lot of fluids. Avoid soft drinks red meat and alcohol. If it is in kidney no big issue but if in ureter you should consult urologist.

Lactifiber powder twice a day for 3 months, reduce beef and chicken, take green leafy vegetables and sitz bath thrice a day and smooth ointment twice a day.
