Core Strengthening Exercises- Straight Leg Raised With Toes Turned Outward, repeat 10 times, twice a day. Back Stretching- lie flat, pull one of the knee forward to chest, hold for 3 seconds, then bring the other knee forward to the chest and again hold for 3 seconds. Then pull both knees towards the chest and hold for 3 seconds. Repeat 10 times each exercise twice a day.

Focus on your breathing. 2.Place your thumbs in your ears, your index fingers above your eyebrows, and your remaining along the sides of your nose. Keep each pinky finger near a nostril. 3.Breath in deeply through the nose. First, feel the diaphragm move down, allowing the lungs to expand and forcing the abdomen out; then feel your chest expand with your collar bones rising last. .4.Use your pinkies to partially close each nostril. Keep your lungs filled. .5.Breathe out through the nose while humming. Pain in stomach could be due to indigestion, infection, gastric problem and can be managed easily. The picture given by you about back pain calls for immediate attention and needs x -ray of lumbo sacral spine to look for any pivd or spondylosis like problems. For the time being pl roast pure hing in ghee, make powder, mix turmeric, ajwain and black salt and take with warm water. On getting x ray reports further advise will be given.

Dear user. The pain on your shoulder muscles could be due to wrong position of your throwing arm and your wrist. You should try changing the position of the arm and practice new position. You can talk to your coach or physiotherapist. Take care.

Hello , you can try mckenzie assessment to find the root cause of the problem. As the shoulder prob can be because of the shoulder itself. Or secondary to d cervical spine. By directional specific exs she can b absolutely cured.

take proper nutrition - do hot fermentation followed by little stretching for 30 sec - d0nt run after long gap rather start with brisk walking first. - drink lot of fluids as it could lead to low sodium level in body dont do overactivity of calf muscles like long standing, climbing stairs

I went to an orthopedist for knee pain and difficulty while getting up when sitting on the floor. He asked me to get a bunch of tests one of was TSH. Everything was normal except TSH. First report conducted by Thyrocare TSH Level was: 12.78 After 3 months I got the test done again. Now the results were TSH: 15.602 T3, FREE: 2.76 T4, FREE: 0.9 The surprising fact is there no symptoms. I have read a hundred symptoms but I feel nothing different. Infact my weight has reduced in a period of 3 months from 51.9 to 51 kg. My weight has remained in the range of 50-53 for the past 4 years. I don't feel lethargic, I recently went for a track and climb 4 flight of stairs daily without any hassle. Eyes are not popping out, no scaly skin. I just have pain in my knees.
