. First of all you should follow some basic thing 1. Avoid=hot and cold at time 2. Less the sugar as much as possible if you want to eat sweet take juggery which is black 3. Do not drink water after meal drink at the time of meal sip by sip up to 150 ml 4. Avoid late night sleep 5. Yograj guggul 1 tab before lunch and dinner 2. Rasna-erandadi kashay 2 tsp before lunch and dinner.

I am 21 year old. Actually I have leg pain due to which I am always restless and my sleep is increased to 10-12 hrs a day. What can I do. Hi, I am 30. I feel pain in heel bone while walk. Suppose I am sitting or sleeping that means no use of foot, when I get up and start walking feel pain in both heel bone. After a little slow walk pain reduces. Its very uncomfortable. .pls suggest what to do.

You seem to be suffering from plantar fascitis. This condition is characterised by inflammation of plantar fascia which is a fascia extending from heel bone to toes. Most cases can be managed by appropriate lifestyle modifications and medication with exercises. 1. Reduce body weight as obesity will aggravate the stress on heel. 2. Avoid exercises like running / walking on hard surfaces. Stop such activities when you start developing pain. 3. Roll your feet on bottle of cold water for 20 mins 4 times a day or can apply ice pack. 4. Use shoes with silicone sole inserts. 5. Do calf muscle and heel stretches daily. 6. Avoid prolonged standing or sitting. 7. Use night splint to keep foot flexed at night. Stop using it once pain is relieved. 8. Use analgesics like ibuprofen for decreasing pain and inflammation. With proper lifestyle changes as above 90 % patients have relief and functionality. Only 10% patients would require surgical intervention like plantar fascia release or gastrocnemius recession.

I am 23 of age, male. Height 5.8. Weight 50. I have skinny body for almost last 4-5 years. I have normal diet but I hardly feel hungry all the day now I don't even have the diet that I used to have in my school time, 5 years back. I din't even smoke or drink ever. What should I do to improve my health. I'm also suffering with backache, specially on neck, for 4-5 months as I study in sitting posture almost 7 hours a day. Some times it is unbearable. Due to this backache I don't feel freshness in body when I wake up at morning. Please give me advice how to get rid of this backache.?

Kindly show me a photograph of the affected part. Rule out diabetes & vit. D deficiency or any other metabolic disorder. Sleep on a hard bed with soft bedding on it. Spring beds, folding beds or thick matress are harmful Do hot fomantation. Paracetamol 250mg od & sos x 5days. Caldikind plus 1tab od x10. Do neck, back & general exercises. It may have to be further investigated. You will need other supportive medicines also. Make sure you are not allergic to any of the medicines you are going to take. If it does not give relief in 4-5days, contact me again. Do not ignore. It could be beginning of a serious problem.

I have lower back pain issue since 10 years. I am 26 now. The pain feels acute sometimes. Other times it feels subdued. I feel strain when I arch my back forwards. Nothing has been detected on x ray. I feel the pain coming from muscles. I do not do heavy lifting. But I had not so active childhood as I did not took part in any form of sports or swimming. Now I work on computer full time. Please advice.

Your problem is only muscle weakness so if x-ray is normal and according your do strength exercise in gradually process and do yoga or avoid toward bending avoid long sitting tk break between work do walk tk a soft pillow for back support.

First of all check your posture when you are lifting any material like heavy bucket. And try to lift the heavy bucket without bending your back. You may lift the bucket after bending your knees only. This will definitely help you. * gentle massage with lukewarm mustard oil of your waist area will also give you relief. * surya namaskar is only exercise which you need to do. * in diet vegetable protein of cereal, b complex supplements and half teaspoon of haldi in a cup of milk for seven days will give you enough relief.

There is no spine block injection. There is an injection called epidural steriod injection given for the disc problems of the back and neck if there is radicular pain due to disc bulge and which is known in the mri. The results are variable from individual to individual and some experience long term results even with single injection and some require 2 to 3 injections in a gap of few months. But it is mostly without side effects.

Goodmorning sir you should do a session of 10 days of physio ultrasound therapy. You should get your pain to come down first. Please do not do any exercises till your pain comes down. Also please do hot and cold fermentation for your shoulder. Twice a day morning and evening.

I got a ligament tear in my ankle around a year back. But it healed on its own. Now whenever I extend my ankle beyond a certain distance while playing it tears again. It had healed 3-4 times but it is not happening this time? What should I do?

if the ligament injury had been a complete tear then it wouldnt heal spontaneously and that would give rise to recurrent instability symptoms. if you have pain and a sense of giving way in the ankle then you would need a proper orthopaedic examination. you may be advised a course of physio or surgery depending on the examination findings and imaging results
