Dear check for you gums condition and deposit over tooth surface if they seems to be fine then it could be related to systemic as you have written when you sneeze it increases it may be due to throat or other systemic get an ent opinion apart from dentist consultation.

Probably it may be a normal condition while you have sweet or spicy food, after food; gargle with plain water and clean you mouth as well as teeth. Hope this may solve you problems.

I do not have genuine smile with teeth I have round circle face I have deep bite. I want "V" Shape face with good smile my friends smile are cute and me look hairfall at pics I can not even smile properly it looks weird and ugly with that round face so I need "V" Shape face cut my question is can I use braces for this though my some teeth are ups and down Can I use for that purpose also.

Hi, First of all every person has his or her own personality. So instead of trying to be like others cherrish your own. U might never know that the others would be wanting to be like u. Now, coming to your ques about your malalligned teeth. Yes you can get the treated through an orthotreatment where your doctor would corrwct the relation between your teeth. U woul deffinately find a change within your face profice after some time bt it would take some. At last as per your "v" shape face requirement you might have to undergo orthogonathic surgery or some cosmetic surgery abt whic you can be told abt only when you visit a dwntist who woukd take various radioghraphs of your profile and then plan the treatment accordi g to your needs. My last advice to you would be jst to go for the ortho treatment and then if you r not satisffied with the results then go for your "v" shape face wish. Regards.

1. Drink two glasses of warm water on waking up. 2. Have a glass of water every hour throughout the day till 8 pm. 3. Have 3 dry dates and 6 Kishmish daily 4. Eat One banana, one cucumber and one apple per day between meals. 5. Evening have a glass of milk with a spoon of honey. 6. Avoid pickles papad puris parathas pakodas...namkeen ..Samosa..kachodis etc. 7. One glass Nimbupani with breakfast and evening tea. 7. Eat your normal meals slowly and chew properly 8. Follow this for two weeks and your problem will be solved.

Me muh ke chale se bohat zyada tension me hu month me 2 se tin bar mujhe ye problem fase krna padti he, or jab bhi chale hote he ek sath bohat zyada hote he or jaldi thik bhi nai hote medicine lene par thik hote he lekin fir dobara same issue. Last 8 month se ye problem he.

u may take a cap of bnc every day , suck on tab bifilac twice daily, apply locally metrogyl gel , add fibres to ur diet ,banana could b good, take two table spoons of isabagol husk at night , hurry ,worry n tensions increase thus prob ,try to avoid, take balanced diet ,drink plenty of water

Stopping the habit is the top priority. Apart from this you can do some mouth opening exercises where you try and open your mouth a little wider everyday. You can use ice cream sticks for this purpose by putting them horizontally between your jaws and increasing the number by one stick each day.
