First you should follow low calories food for weight loss. * in morning, take 1-2 chapattis with a bowl of cooked green vegetables. You can take a glass of lemon water with it. *in lunch you can take a bowl of raw vegetables like carrot, radish, tomatoes, turnip or beetroot. *in evening, you can take a cup of green tea only with some pieces of friuts like apple, pineapple, pear. Avoid taking banana or mango. *in dinner, you can take vegetable soup or a bowl of cooked vegetables. But do not take potato, sweet potatoes. * you can take a cup skimmed milk 4 times a week only during day time. * work out for atleast 1 hour in morning, you can try skipping for 15minutes with a walk of 30 minutes and 5-10 minutes running. Follow these exercises in the morning - * lie down on flat surface, raise your legs without bending your knees, do it for 3-5 times daily. * do not eat fastfoods and soft drinks, as they have high calories and the calories deposit in body in the form of weight if not utilised.

No, it has no side effect. But to stay fit you should never leave exercising. You can go for a brisk walk in the park instead of going to the gym.

Dear excessive weight gain occurs only when calories intake are more than calories burnt, It can put a person at risk of thyroid disease, diabetes , kidney problems, arthritis etc... Dear to decrease weight fast you have follow the tips below they can help u. 1. Mix three teaspoons of lemon juice, one teaspoon of honey in one glass of water. 2. Drink it in the morning on an empty stomach daily. 3. Drink mint tea or make a paste of green mint with some simple spices and eat during meals. 4. Eat vegetables such as bitter gourd and drumsticks to control obesity. 5. Do brisk walk early morning. 6. Avoid oily and fried foods, processed foods, fatty foods like butter, purified butter, cheese, whole-milk yogurt, cream, chocolate, etc. 7. Replace refined flour with whole-wheat flour and rice with brown rice or parboiled rice. 8. Drink three litres of water daily. 9. Take 2 tab medohar guggul and 2 tab triphala guggul twice a day with luke warm water 30 min after meals./1 month. 10. Revert me back after 15 days.

Side effects of Levetiracetam : Dizziness, Vertigo, Headache, Drowsiness, Ataxia, Anorexia, Nervousness, Rashes, Depression, Tremor, Asthenia, Aggression. Weight gain can be related to overeating and lack of exercise

Your weight is marginally higher about 2-3 kg. To reduce weight you have to avoid oily & sugary food. Say no to bakery, processed & packed food. Do exercise for 30-40 mins daily. Take home made low calorie food.

Hi, you should check thyroid test. I advice you, you should go for 45 minutes brisk walk in the morning. Do regular exercise atleast 15 minutes daily. Take lukewarm water with lemon in the morning. Take salad before meals. Drink more water in a day. Don't take rice at night and don't skip breakfast. Avoid junk food and oily food. Take small and frequent meals.

Hi for reduced weight you should work out as per you consume calories and it will take time just continue work out. Take following remedies for loosing weight 1.arogya vardhini vati 2 tab before lunch and dinner 2. Abhayarishta 4 tsp before lunch nad dinner 3. Morning break fast=mung dal green soup 1 boul and if feel hunger have pomegranate or apple 4.lunch 2 chaati + fruit vegetable + if you like rice 1 bowl and dal + barley soup 5. Evening 4-5 pm have some milk with sunth or any fruit you like 6. Dinner barley soup 2 bowl and one fruit follow this diet you will get reduced weight.

Sabse phle tho aap oily spicy junk fatty & heavy food avoid kare. Daily morning walk per day 3-4km. Pranayaam kafalbhati in the morning. 6-8hour ki puri neend le. Din me nhi soye. 1glass warm water with 1/2 lemon juice with 2tea spoon honey before meal in the morning. Saath me ayurvedic treatment le.

To maintain proper body weight you must follow balanced diet and regular workout.So do exercise to reduce weight.Eat small amount of food.Avoid sugar,sweetened juice.No fast foods,junk foods processed foods.Drink lots of water specially before meals.Use lukewarm water after meals.More protein foods will help to reduce extra weight. Dinner should be light.

Hello, Doing exercises regularly will not only cut down your belly fat, but also you will get a body in good shape and you will be get rid of many diseases related to it! Following exercises will help you to achieve this if you don’t have any other medical condition: 1.The Plank - Lie down on your tummy and then come on your palms and toes.Lift the knees off the floor. Draw your tummy muscles up and breathe deeply into the side and back of the rib cage. Aim to hold the pose for 30 seconds. 2.Static Tiger pose - Place your hands and knees on the floor. This is the starting position. Now lift up one leg and extend the opposite arm. Hold this Static Tiger Pose for 3 deep breaths. Come back to the starting position and swap sides, extending arm and opposite leg. You can look down towards the mat to keep the spine in line. This exercise will build core strength. 3.Sitting Spinal Twist - Sit on the floor and cross your legs. Place one hand next to your hip and the other on the knee. Rotate the spine and look over one shoulder into a Sitting Spinal Twist. Inhale. Exhale back to centre. Swap sides, rotating and looking over the shoulder. Inhale. Exhale back to centre. 4.Stomach Crunches - Lie on your back, knees bent and feet flat on the floor, hip-width apart. Place your hands on your thighs, across your chest or behind your ears. Slowly curl up towards your knees until your shoulders are about three inches off the floor. Hold the position for a few seconds and lower down slowly. Perform 12 stomach crunches. 5.Oblique Crunch - Lie on your back, knees bent and feet flat on the floor, hip-width apart. Roll your knees to one side down to the floor. Place your hands across your chest or behind your ears. Slowly curl up towards your hips until your shoulders are about three inches off the floor. Hold the position for a few seconds and lower down slowly. Perform 12 oblique crunches and repeat on the opposite side. Medication: Start taking Schwabe's Phytolacca Berry tablets/ thrice daily 1/2 an hr before meals for 1 month. Thereafter revert me back for further guidance. All the best!

Hi firstly, start doing surya namaskar in morning and start eating triphla chooran (natural medicine) in morning empty stomach with luke warm water. Start a fruit dieting every alternative day, means you have to eat fruits every alternative days & normal fruit every other alternative days. Avoid late night dinners and try to eat nothing after sunset. Sit in vajrasana after every meal you eat for 10 minutes. Walk atleast 30 min in morning.

Hi, you can try banana diet for 1 day. Take 8 banana with 300 ml milk in whole day, you will lose 1 kg immediately.

To reduce weight you have to change food habites. Avoid too oily, ghee prepretions, fast, spacy, junck foods. Take simpal veg home made food with salad. Do arobic excersices, yoga, fast walking will help. Take green tea 30minuties before lunch end dinner test thyroid.

I have read in one of the post/question on Lybrate that use of Lemon Honey daily on an empty stomach is useful for losing weight and many others. I Want to know that how much warm water I use for it. Light warm is enough or I may use boiled water for it. For one glass one lemon and one Teaspoon of Honey is enough. Please guide me in this regard.

Hi Lemon Honey formula for weight loss - is just a myth... just like weight reduction pills and weight reduction belts. Such myths continue to spread because it gives a 'magical' solution to a complex problem. It seems like a nice convenient short cut which reduces all the efforts involved in running or gymming or diet etc. However it is not true. You have to realise that there is no instant solution available to this problem of weight. Actually weight is not the problem. Weight is the net result of overeating and under exercising. So we have to find solutions for over eating and under exercising. Once we aim for fitness and healthly eating, the weight will dissapear. You will feel lighter better, fitter, more confident.
