Increase in weight or abdominal fat accumulation are bad for health, in longer creates problems. Reduction requires, regular yoga practices and reasonable exercises are vitally important but only these two will not lead to weight loss until following weight reducing specific diet and herbal supplements. Potato juice is rich in minerals and vitamins. It promotes restoration and growth of skin cells. Cut thick slices of a medium-sized potato. Take one of the potato slices and rub gently on the stretch marks for a few minutes. When the juice gets dried, wash the affected area with lukewarm water.

Many a times clients tell me that they tried having a cup or two of green tea daily as it's touted to have fat loss benefits, but not seen any result.Now despite all the claims made by advertisements or testimonials given by people who claim to have dropped oodles of weight, where then did you go wrong?

Well, for one you just tried to pick out a single remedy which you felt was convinient but forgot that there are many other factors that need to be set right too.

I strongly believe that no food should be glorified or demonised based on a single nutrient found in it. No food will work in isolation in weight/fat loss. It's a balanced diet that is important to fat loss. Remedies like green tea don't help weight loss directly. They provide antioxidants and act as a detox which definitely will help better digestion and metabolism. And this will surely act as an adjunct in your efforts to lose weight.
But along with any remedy, you have to eat the right foods at the right time. Exercise at least 4 times a week. And lastly be committed. Remember it's a lifestyle change and not a one time thing. It's a balanced intake that will last you longer. So, have the green tea but accompany it with good diet, exercise and sleep to see beneficial results.

Don’t worry. You can lose weight easily if you are patient and determined to shed those extra kilos. You just have to alter your daily routine, watch what you eat and be physically active. This requires you to be on your weight loss commitment for quiet long. As soon as you start seeing the results, you will be surprised as well as motivated to go beyond your weight loss and adopt and a lifelong healthy attitude. For a start please follow: 1.Watch what you eat – Are you eating too much junk, drink excessive alcohol and eating too much white food and sugar? Please cut it down to as low as you can from tomorrow. Cut down tea/coffee if you are too addicted to it. It is creating havoc inside your body. 2.Lifestyle – Are you a late sleeper and late riser? You can’t imagine what this schedule of yours is doing to your metabolism. It is degrading your digestive system from inside and your looks from outside. 3.Physically active – If you are a couch potato who loves to watch tv whole day then throw that couch of yours in the street and get yourself a treadmill tomorrow. Yes it is as simple as that. Who is stopping you? You have to be physically active all day long if you want to burn those extra calories. Do daily brisk walk, Pranayam, atleast 20 surayanamaskar everyday to start seeing the results. Take break between office work to walk a little or rather just climb some stairs to get that food you ate in lunch have space and heat to digest and absorb. What’s the harm in using your washroom to do a little middle of the day squats. Do that – No one is watching you. The key is to stay physically active all day long, no matter what. 4.Eat healthy and eat on time: Not only eating healthy is important but eating at right time is equally imp too. Have an early breakfast and early dinner and have 4 small meals between breakfast and dinner. To guide you a bit, here you go: A.Breakfast (Between 8-10 a. M) – Have oats/porridge or brown bread with milk and nuts. B.At 11 a. M - Cup of Green Tea c.Mid day meal (around 12 p. M) – Have a bowl of fruits. Citrus fruits are best taken during this hour and absorb well in the body. Have oranges, amla, pineapple etc during this hour. D.Lunch (between 2-3 p. M) – Daal, roti, mix veg, buttermilk and salad. You can also take brown rice with daal in lunch. Try to get your food cooked in olive oil. Lace your salad with apple cider vinegar, black pepper and seeds like flaxseeds or chia seeds to make it nutrition packed lunch. E.Between 4 p. M – 5 p. M – Cup of Green Tea F.Evening (4-6 p. M) – Have some nice sprouts with tomatoes and cucumber. G.Dinner (2 hours before sleeping, preferably before 9 p. M) – Paneer & veggies salad with olive oil, Roti or brown rice with Daal. H.Have a glass of warm milk. Weight loss is 80% about what you eat and 20% about exercises. That said, both the things go hand in hand. If you want to lose weight in a more healthy way than be patient and just follow the regimen everyday. Slow and steady wins the race.

Clean eating? check. Regular workouts? you got it. Calorie counting? well, yeah. Yet you can't lose weight? no matter how hard you try, the weighing scale just doesn't seem to reduce those double digits. It's like the fat in your body is refusing to leave, just like a clingy bf/gf. So we came up with a list to debunk the myths about losing weights. Here is a to-do and not-to-do list which will certainly help you achieve your target body weight.

The first step is to control your carb and sugar intake. Don't fall for these zero calorie drinks and 1 g net carb bread. Even multi grain bread is just a fancy way of saying (or not saying- in this case) the bread contains carbs. It's all just a hoax. Be aware of what you're eating, portion size and don't just believe what's written on the label. Anyway after the whole maggi wave that shook up our country and its youth; it's time to be a little more aware about what is actually going inside your body. It's not possible to give up carbs completely, but try to have them in a balanced proportion. Processed foods and supposed diet sodas should be a total no-no. Did you know, if you replace a bottle of soda with water daily, you would easily lose up to 15 kgs in one year.

Now that brings us to the second essential factor. Drink lots of water. Even when you decide to go on a detox or a cleanse, have lots of water and fiber rich foods. Loss of fluid without medical supervision is risky, but combining that with fasting is even worse. Make sure you have around 8-12 glasses of water a day! the reason behind this is that if you stop having water then the kidney slows down which increases the work load of the liver. If the liver is working too hard then it starts to store fat instead of burning it. You get what that leads to right.

Third essential factor is sleep. A minimum of 7-8 hours a night is needed. Sleep deprivation cause's the release of cortisol i. E a fat storing hormone. The maximum amount of fat burning hormone is released during deep sleep! speaking of good habits, while you try to inculcate these it's time to let go of the bad habits. And that means alcohol, smoking and other such habits. Nicotine might be a weight suppressant substance but the withdrawal symptoms include major hunger binges. Alcohol is basically the refined juice of natural foods which basically makes it pure concentrated sugar. That will without doubt make you gain fat easily.

It's a proven fact that breakfast skippers weigh more than those who eat breakfast. The worst thing to do while attempting to lose weight is to skip any meal. Those who skip a meal usually end up consuming more calories than those who eat all three meals. Breakfast is the most essential meal of the day and should never be missed! a good breakfast contains equal amounts of protein and fiber.

Apart from this, don't over exercise but don't forget to have your daily dose of physical activity. Work on your will power skills to give up the dessert lover life and move towards healthy eating. Good eating habits and regular exercise are a lifestyle; not only to lose weight but also to remain fit and healthy!

It should be between 51-65 kgs. Bmi is 25.31 and you are pre obese. 1. Whole-grain bread. Low-fat milk and yogurt. Scientists have found that the more calcium in fat cells, the more fat those cells will burn. In one study, two groups of overweight mice were put on a restricted-calorie diet, but one also got calcium supplements. The no-calcium mice lost 8 percent of their body fat, compared to 42 percent among the mice that did get calcium. 3. Lean protein. Good sources of protein, such as lean meats, eggs, and beans, help keep your blood sugar stable. The result you will feel full longer and get a boost in energy and that will help you burn more belly fat. Lot many causative factors are there for consistent acne and pimples. Psoriasis, atopic dermatitis, idiopathic urticaria, and acne are known to be exacerbated by psychological stress and are also associated with sleep disorders such as insomnia, obstructive sleep try using berberis aquifolium cream (homeo), maintain strict diet regimen avoid oily, spicy, sour foods bathe with neem soap. Eat healthy,don't skip meals,avoid all forms of sugar(cola/juices/cold drinks/sweets/chocolates etc) have more of fiber rich food(whole grains instead of refined) have 2-3 fruits a day,avoid eating too much at one meal,and stop sitting or lying down immediately after having food,keep atleast 1 hour gap.Above all combine this with exercises atleast 4-5 times a week.

Non surgical lipo suction and cool sculpting, will reduce your tummy by only 1 to 2 inches in 3 months that too with a strict diet. As a bariatric physician (who deals with over weight) I will not recommend non surgical liposuction or cool sculpting for weight loss. It's waste of money. Let her lose weight under doctor's treatment and after she has lost good amount of weight and she is weighing about 5 to 6 kilos more than she should be, then is the time to to think about non surgical lipo suction or cool sculpting. Lots of people have opted for them, thinking that it will reduce their tummy/ weight, only got disappointed.

Go for brisk walk 45 minute daily. Take 3 cup green tea daily (jasmine flavour). Have diet rich in fruits vegetable salads & multigrain aata roti avoid rice, deserts, and fried stuffed. Drink 2-3 liters water in a day.

Not when you are feeding. It is a very strict plan. You need to eat and not starve yourself. Wait for some time and then start. You may start yoga or any work out instead.

According to ayurveda, for treatmnet of obesity, you firstly stop causative factors from your life style. Like drinking too much cold water, eat too much sweets, day sleep, water after meal, lack of exercise, curd, menda etc. I will need your detail history. Till you can follow this * start drinking hot water * stop day sleep * start any exercise in morning, like suryanamaskar, walking, joging, sports * drink juice of turmeric n ginger with honey * take jau barley, instead of ghenhu wheat. * use cow ghee n milk only * boild rise in open pot, don't use cocker. Withdraw water if rice.

First you should follow low calories food for weight loss. * in morning, take 1-2 chapattis with a bowl of cooked green vegetables. You can take a glass of lemon water with it *in lunch you can take a bowl of raw vegetables like carrot, radish, tomatoes, turnip or beetroot. *in evening, you can take a cup of green tea only with some pieces of friuts like apple, pineapple, pear. Avoid taking banana or mango. *in dinner, you can take vegetable soup or a bowl of cooked vegetables. But do not take potato, sweet potatoes. * you can take a cup skimmed milk 4 times a week only during day time. * work out for atleast 1 hour in morning, you can try skipping for 15minutes with a walk of 30 minutes and 5-10 minutes running. Follow these exercises in the morning - * lie down on flat surface, raise your legs without bending your knees, do it for 3-5 times daily * do not eat fastfoods and soft drinks, as they have high calories and the calories deposit in body in the form of weight if not utilised. * you can take medohar guggalu 1 tablet daily for quick weight loss but only under the guidance of ayurveda expert.

I am 26 and I work in night shifts. I want to reduce my fat from body n most important stomach. Green tea is good in that it contains antioxidants and is nourishing. But drinking it alone will not help you lose weight. Sedentary life and overeating are the leading cause of obesity. You have to reduce by half what you eat now and exercise for at least one hour every day. Please read my article on obesity in health tips column in this site. You have to check your thyroid profile and let me know. Also tell me what is your job? weight reduction can be achieved by only exercising to burn your fat and cutting down your food to half of what you are taking now.
