If she is having cough then you can try maxtra syr, but do watch for difficulty in breathing or feeding.
Gripe water shud be avoided please give thickened feeds add some rice powder too food you r preparing for your baby.
All this symptoms are commmon in babies of this age 1.for excessive crying -u need to do burping properly each time after feeds and rub the tummy gentlly with coconut oil if she is trying too much. Sometimes taking the child to fresh air in balcon...
Yeh cough kab jyada hot hai raat ko yah din me, cough ke sath sputum (balgam) bhi aata hai, ki nahi. Aap montair lc kid syears 5 ml at bed time for 2 weeks try kar sakti hai.
