Hello Lybrate user Pimples or acne caused when the body is unable to remove toxins through excretion leading to contamination of the bloodstream. This can be due to constipation irregular bowel movement irregular meal timings excess starch, sugar, oil and fat consumption acc to ayurveda it is caused by vitiated pitta and kapha by above said food habits. Try to rule out the cause as the first line of treatment. Rx Surakta 10 ml twice a day after food. Puritin cap 1 twice a day after food. Triphala churna 1 tsp with warm water only at bedtime for a week.

Hello lybrate user. Coughing is a natural body reflex It keeps the lungs, throat and airway clear of foreign material But constant coughing causes discomfort and caused by infection like common cold. Rx Steam inhalation with halin drops or mint leaves. Dashamoola katutrayadi kwatha 10ml diluting with warm water twice a day before food. Sudarshan vati 2 twice a day after food. Avoid cold heavy fermented oily food stuffs. Avoid exposure to direct wind and sunlight.

Rx Pushkaramrita 10ml twice a day diluting with warm water after food. sanjeevani vati 2 twice a day with warm water. Avipattikara churna 1tsp with warm water after dinner only in night bedtime.

Hello Lybrate user Pimples medically termed as Acne Vulgaris. It is caused when the body is unable to remove toxins through excretion leading to contamination of the bloodstream. This can be due to constipation irregular bowel movement irregular meal timings excess starch, sugar, oil and fat consumption acc to ayurveda it is caused by vitiated pitta and kapha by above said food habits. Try to rule out the cause as the first line of treatment. Symptoms whiteheads blackheads pimples pores scar marks red and itchy rashes do's and don'ts avoid sugar and sweets don't have foods containing white flour, such as bread, biscuits, cakes, pastries and pasta. Avoid canned, preserved or processed foods. Don't have fried foods. Boil, steam, bake or lightly grill them instead. Avoid fatty foods like butter, cream and ice cream. Don't have processed foods as most of them contain trans-fats. Avoid smoking rx surakta 3tsp_0_3tsp a/f puritin cap 1_0_1a/f skinelle oint e/a every night for 3 weeks. Roasted cinnamon powder with honey application for 20 mins weekly thrice. Use Siddhartaka soap Evefresh cream regular application.

Natural Tips for glowing skin

Dark and dull skin can be caused by overexposure to the sun, environmental pollution, a medical condition, dry skin, stress, poor lifestyle choices, and prolonged use of chemical-based cosmetic products. The market is flooded with skin-lightening creams and lotions. But such products have harmful chemicals that can ultimately damage your skin. Often times the products are expensive. Lets take a look at some natural tips for glowing skin to keep your skin in a healthy state.
 
Tips to manage
 
1. Mix some gram flour with a small amount of water or rose water to make a thick paste.
 
2. Gently rub plain yogurt onto your skin. Leave it on for a few minutes and then wash it off with lukewarm water.
 
3. Grind dried orange peels into powder. Mix one tablespoon of the powdered peels with one tablespoon of plain yogurt to make a paste. Apply the paste on your skin and leave it on for 15 to 20 minutes. Rinse it off with water.
 
4. Mix three teaspoons of lemon juice and one teaspoon of turmeric powder. Apply this mixture on the skin and leave it on for half an hour. Wash it off with water. Do this once daily.
 
5. Rub the inner part of the skin of a papaya on your face. Allow it to dry. Then wash your face with cold water and pat it dry.
 
6. Grate a cucumber and mix it with honey to make a skin lightening mask. Apply the mask on your face and neck. Leave it on for 15 to 20 minutes and then rinse it off with cold water.
 
Additional precautions
 
1. Avoid over exposure to sun dust cold.
 
2. Drink sufficient quantity of water.
 
3. Have balanced diet.

4. Avoid spicy, dry, oily, heavy foods maida related foods.
 
5. Regularly massage with olive oil before bath increases the complexion by improving blood circulation.

Hello Lybrate user Dark discolouration of the skin under the eye is mainly referred to as dark circles. It is also known as dark rings or shadows. Causes of dark circles are heredity, aging, dry skin, prolonged crying, working for long hours in front of a computer, mental or physical stress, lack of sleep and an unhealthy diet. Both men and women of different age groups can have dark circles. Remedies 1. Before going to bed, apply a little almond oil over the dark circles and gently massage it into the skin. 2. Apply gram flour with tomato juice. 3. Apply raw potato juice alternately. 4. Start a few eye excercises. 5. Make it a habit of drinking tomato juice with some pudina /indian-herbs or mint leaves, lemon juice and salt. 6. Always use sunglasses when going out in sun to protect the eyes from the harmful rays. 7. Make a paste of turmeric powder and pineapple juice. Apply it on the dark circles. 8. Apply Cucumber gel at bedtime Additional Precautions 1. Get adequate sleep and rest. 2. Avoid rubbing your eyes too much or too often, as it causes the blood vessels to dilate, thus making the under eye appear darker. 3. Drink plenty of water throughout the day to get rid of water retention that could be a cause of the problem. 4. Eat foods rich in vitamins A, C and E.

अनार के छिलकों में होता है जादू सा असर, खाने से ठीक हो जाते हैं ये रोग -


अनार का हर एक छोटा दाना कई गुणों से भरपूर होता है। अनार सौ बीमारियों की एक दवा है। इसका रस अगर कपड़ों पर लग जाएं तो यह असानी नही छूटता। मगर अनार खाकर आप अपनी कई बिमारियों को दूर कर सकते हैं।अनार कई रोगों में गुणकारी है।

अनार पित्तनाशक, कृमि का नाश करने वाला, पेट रोगों के लिए हितकारी तथा घबराहट को दूर करने वाला होता है।- अनार स्वरतंत्र, फेफड़े, यकृत, दिल, आमाशय तथा आंतों के रोगों पर काफी लाभकारी है। अनार में एंटीऑक्सिडेंट, एंटीवायरल और एंटी-ट्यूमर जैसे तत्व पाये जाते हैं। अनार विटामिन्स का एक अच्छा स्रोत है। इसमें विटामिन ए, सी और ई भरपूर मात्रा में पाया जाता है।

अनार दिल के रोगों से लेकर पेट की गड़बड़ी और मधुमेह जैसे रोगों में फायदेमंद होता है। अनार का छिलका, छाल और पत्तियों को लेने से पेट दर्द में राहत मिलती है। पाचन तंत्र के सभी समस्याओं के निदान में अनार कारगर है।अनार में लोहा की भरपूर मात्रा होती है, जो रक्त में आयरन की कमी को पूरा करता है। सूखे अनार के छिलकों का चूर्ण दिन में 2-3 बार एक-एक चम्मच ताजा पानी के साथ लेने से बार-बार पेशाब आने की समस्या ठीक हो जाती है।

अनार की पत्तियों की चाय बनाकर पीने से पाचन संबंधी समस्याओं में भी बहुत आराम मिलता है। दस्त और कॉलरा जैसी बीमारियों में अनार का जूस पीने से राहत मिलती है। मधुमेह के रोगियों को अनार खाने की सलाह दी जाती है इससे कॉरोनरी रोगों का खतरा कम होता है।

That includes: physical or emotional stress inadequate protein intake genetics anemia aging hormonal changes prolonged illness deficiency of vitamin b6 and folic acid overstyling thyroid diseases try to rule out above if any just go on with the following medicines trichup cap 1_0_1 a/f karakuntal taila e/a alternate night amla bringaraj shampoo amla+ methi powder hair pack e/a with fresh buttermilk weekly twice for 30 mins for 8 weeks.

Hello lybrate user Regular application of glycerine may diminish your skin glow. you can replace glycerine with kumkumadi lepa. It can be applied regularly overnight. It also aids to increase glow, remove dark spots and maintains the skin texture.
