Hi you can also make decoction of cinamom 1/2 tsf+honey1 tsf+ginger juice 1 tsf +tulsi leaves 1-2 in 1 cup of water reduce it to 1/2 and have it twice a day for 10 days. If not controlled see a good physician.

Hello, U exert more,than U in take the calorie. * either, U minimize your exertion or,increase your intake. U need 2000 ,calories to give a favorable shape to your body. * Take plenty of water to hydrate your self during U play football. * Take, soyabeen, rajama, carrots,banana, papaya, apples,milk, cheese,almonds, walnuts regularly. * Take glucose when you are back home. Homoeo-med ( pills, size no 40-) @ Ashawagandha Q- 10 drops,thrice a day with little water. Take care.

Take phytolacca berry tablets (wsi), 2 tablets with warm water, three times a day, half an hour before meals. 2. fatoline drops from Haslab, 15 drops + 1/2 cup of warm water, twice a day. 3. Take 1 glass of luke warm water with lemon juice and honey in the morning for 15 days in a month. 4.Take 1 cup of green tea in the evening daily. 5. Take homoeopathic medicine - Schwabe's Damiaplant/ thrice daily for 4 weeks. Management: Regular exercising keeps you fit and healthy, so don't forget to do it. Practice pranayam regularly for half an hour preferably in a garden early in the morning. Not to do these exercises within 4 hours after meals. One can have meals not within 15 minutes after finishing these exercises. These exercises are good for gaining and maintaining good health. Also, practice Pelvic floor exercise or Kegel exercise, consists of repeatedly contracting and relaxing the muscles that form part of the pelvic floor. It makes the muscles of pelvis toned and strengthened!

Hello To gain weight you should eat more calories than you burn. Plus not only you have to eat calorie dense food but you have to keep in mind that what you are eating is healthy too. In the process of weight gain you do not want to put weight in an uneven manner and look unhealthy rather than looking bright and healthy. 1. Start with changing your lifestly. Start working out if you are not active. The biggest myth that prevails now a days is that thin people do not need to work out. This is wrong. When you challenge your body, it is forced to grow. But this growth can only be possible if you are eating enough food to let the body absorb and grow in size and muscles. 2. Eat Healthy – Stop drinking and smoking too much if you are indulged in it. Limit your intake of junk food, pepsi, sugary stuff etc. Do not at all starve yourself. Make it a habit to eat something healthy every 3 hours. This means you have to eat 6 small meals in a day. Your Daily food intake should ideally consist of – a. Have plenty of nuts, dry fuits and seeds. Almonds, walnuts, sunflower seeds, pumpkin seeds, figs, dates and raisins. They are full of healthy fats needed by a human body. b. Good amount of fruits and vegetables – Bananas, apples, pomegranate, green leafy vegetables. Fruits and vegetables helps in absorption of food in the body and together, completes your daily nutrition need. c. If you are a non- vegetarian - Eat eggs, chicken etc. d. Eat whole grains – Try to have multi grains spread throughout the day. Wheat, brown rice, oats, bajra, daliya etc should be taken in multiple meals in a day. e. Eat Sprouts – Chana and moong which are full of protein and nutrients. f. You can supplement your diet with good quality multi-vitamin capsules. If you are lacking in protein, you can buy a high quality whey protein and have it with banana shake twice a day. g. You can take natural food items like wheat grass which is full of essential nutrients which helps in weight gain. Try to be patient while you are on the process of weight gain. I am 25 years old male. My name is rahul krishna. I have a problem in my reproductive system, sperm jamming in vas deferens pipe as per my knowledge on that system. I can sense it by touching swelled area due to jam over right testis. And getting so much pain. To get rid of that pain I am doing masturbation and making that sperm come out. After that I am getting relief. Some times when that sperm jams, if I had strong inhalation or cough and I am getting pain. I have this problem since feb, 2015. In that month, when I was in a bus journey I sat in the last seat of the bus and I had a child on my lap and that child was about 15 kg weight. Suddenly bus gave a jerk due to speed breaker at high speed. Due to that jerk I almost in the air over the seat along with child. When I fell back into the seat again, that child fell on my reproductive system. You can understand my position. The weight of child crushed my testis. From that day I am getting pain. Recent days that pain some what reduced. So what happened to my reproductive system. Is it okey? or do I have to take any treatment. Please suggest me.

Hello sir swelling on foot are very common and coz are many 1.over weigh 2.vitamin D3 deficiency 3. Urine infection 4. Wearing proper shoes 5. Long standing on single leg 6. Calcium deficiency 7. Ligaments tear 8. Long sitting with hanging leg 9. Lack of exercise and walk Etc. You have to do regular ankle - toe movement and do contrast bath means hot and cold water therapy.
