Please specify the kind of pain you get i.E pain on biting only or otherwise a continous kind of pain. If it is just on biting then may be just the crown is high just get it adjusted and if it is continous then the root canal is improperly done get an x ray done of the tooth to confirm.

Get her to dentist and get checkup done. If the cavities are just on the outer surfaces they can be restored with tooth fillings. If cavities are passed into inner nerve structure of tooth she might require root canal treatment and capping to restore teeth.

For immediate pain relief take tab. Ketanov 2-3 times a day after food. From your description, sound like you may have chipped or broken a tooth. Consult with a dentist to make sure there is no problem.

For Caviies : Having cavities is not a serious problem at all. Cavities which are not too deep can be excavated and be restored by a dental cement. Cavities that are very deep can be cured by root canal treatment followed by crown ( cap ). For better prevention of cavities , 1- Follow proper brushing technique. 2- Brush twice a day 3-clean your teeth immediately every time after you eat fiid or liquids. 4- Undergo scaling ( cleaning of teeth) at the interval of every 5-6 months. 5- Visit dentist for regular oral cavity check up every 4 months for the early diagnosis and prevention of dental diseases. For Bleeding Gums: Due to food deposit onto tooth surfaces and into the gingiva, gingiva gradually got infection and becomes swollen and inflamed, results in bleeding of gums... First of all undergo scaling (cleaning of teeth) by a dentist - Use proper brushing technique. - Brush twice a day which is most important (at night specifically just before sleep and avoid any food or liquid except water when you finish your brush at night) - After each meal (i. E breakfast, lunch, dinner and any time when you take snacks) rub your finger on all tooth surfaces inside and outside and than do forcefull gargles 2-3 times. Jay Swaminarayan.

Hello Well loosening of jaw is not a bad sign until and unless it harms your jaw alignment or create pain near ears or during opening and closing mouth. Actually it is Normal. It is a relaxing position of mouth when jaw and teeth are not attached to upper teeth and jaw. If you force to join your jaw with upper one then it will affect the muscles. I hope you are satisfied with this answer Regards

You need scaling (professional cleaning) of teeth to be done by a dentist. Dentist will prescribe you mouthwash and an anti-sensitive toothpaste to sensitivity in teeth.

She has pain in her gums since last week, she take healthy diet regularly. What should be done to improve her condition?

She has pain in her gums since last week, she take healthy diet regularly. What should be done to improve her condition?
Please take her to a local dentist. Pain in gums or periodontal problems are generally not very painful. She might be having a carious tooth which is causing her pain. Proper oral and radiographic findings will get a exact diagnosis and hence give her relief. A healthy diet is not detrimental to healthy oral cavity. Brushing twice a day, avoiding sweet foods and soft drinks are few practices that helps in lower caries formation in the long run.

I have my front tooth that is a bit outward from the whole jaw line n looks odd when I smile. Is there any other way out than braces ?

Depends, If the other teeth are well aligned, or nearly so, you could use standard removable appliances, or some of the newer aligner systems, e.g. The Inman Aligner. Whether these will work for you, can be assessed only after evaluation. With mild mal alignment, you could also look at restorative options such as veneers, crown etc, which, however, do involve some preparatory cutting of the tooth structure.

Dental implant can be placed in a patient with diabetes but with utmost care and precautions. The patient must be under medication and the glucose level should not exceed the upper limit. Also post implant placement care such as oral hygiene should be maintained.
