I am 21 year old male suffering from mouth ulcer problem and indigestion my liver do not support any spicy stuff and causes loose motion when I eat something spicy.

Everyone's system works differently. Its ok if you can't digest spicy food. As such with in digestion n mouth ulcers, you should avoid spicy n oilly foods. Increase your intake of raw fruit and vegetables. Also drink more water. If necessary, start taking vitamin supplements.

Hi Doctors, Since last 3-4 years I see some time black and white spot in my skin. Some time it's automatically cleared some time its always be there. Currently I have three place on my boy. I have problem of digestion and I stomach heats. Please advice me what to do.

The exact dosage may vary depending on age, medical condition, and response to treatment, however. Eat a well-balanced diet with plenty of fiber. Good sources of fiber are fruits, vegetables, legumes, and whole-grain bread and cereal (especially bran). Drink 1 1/2 to 2 quarts of water and other fluids a day (unless your doctor has you on a fluid-restricted diet). Fiber and water work together to keep you regular. Avoid caffeine. It can be dehydrating. Check on milk. Some people may need to avoid it because dairy products may be constipating for them. Exercise regularly. Go to the bathroom when you feel the urge. Avoid taking unnecessary stress. Medication: Take Schwabe’s Biocombination-4/ thrice daily for 4 weeks.

Gall bladder has nothing to with conception. Irregular period must be treated first before pregnancy. At the same time, fertility factors of husband and wife should be reviewed.

In order to get relief from gas problems you should follow healthy dietary habits. Like eating a balanced diet, avoiding junk foods, spicy and fried foods. Having proper intake of water. And proper chewing of food. Dinner should be early so that you have 2 hrs before you sleep.

Muje kai dino se pet ke left side me nabhi ke pas halka dard rahta hai. Muje lag raha hai ki ye dard gas ki vajah se hai Please help me.

Hello lybrate-user, your guess is right, nabhi ke paas halka dard most commonly, gas ki wajah se hota hai. Aap khana khane ke baad ek chamach, syp gelusil pijuye. Khana khane ke turant baad letiye mat aur sirf baithe mat rahe. Ho sake toh 10-15 minute dheere walk karein. Dard jyada hone par, garam paani ka sek karein. Garam paani mein thodi hing aur namak daal ke ek glass pee bhi sakte hai. 3-4 din mein bataye ki aapko kaisa lag raha hai.

To increase digestion power you can follow these methods : • Take one teaspoon of ajwain seeds ( carom )and 1/2 teaspoon of jeera grind it and make powder of it add 1/3 rd of teaspoon of this in your food you eat . • Take pudina ( mint) and coriander leaves grind it and eat one teaspoon of it daily 2 times in a day . You can make chutney of it . Mint and corriander has enzymes that increase your digestion . • Eat one fruit before one hour of taking meal . Eat an apple daily . • Do running and jogging exercise daily . I am working in night shift from last 13 years. I am suffering from acute gas, acidity and constipation. I have irregular bowel syndrome. Due to this I always have bloated stomach. Please advise.

Maintain proper hygiene, take filtered water only. No smoking, no alcohol if any. Avoid outside spicy and fried food. Walk about 3-5 kms daily. There should be gap of 2 hrs after dinner and sleep. Small and frequent meals is of help chew your food properly at time of lunch and dinner. Keep your blood sugar controlled. Raise your bed about 4" from headend side. Get your gastroendoscopy done. Tab nexpro-l 1 tab empty stomach.

It is noticed that after the surgery, the patients develop an improved posture due to the tightened muscles supporting the spine. This helps in relieving a variety of back pains.

3. Correction of ventral hernia: Ventral Hernia is the bulging out of tissues through a defect, opening or past incisions within the wall muscles of the abdomen.
