Hi I will prescribe you some harmless flower remedy available in homoeopathy shops. Buy from a shop who sells original medicines. Mix 5 drops of impatiens + 5 drops of pine. Mix these with 100 ml water and take by mouth before sleeping every day at night.

Hi, last month it was my first experience while I was starting my work in office, my ears started to vibrate like a pulsate, I felt annoying and immediately took leave and consulted ent specialist? he prescribed me vertin tablet 16mg, I was alright taking that tablet. Again from last two week I am feeling the same vibration in my ears and imbalance? I consulted another ent specialist who did septoplast surgery to me on 2010? he did some tests using earphones in my ears and told there is no problem in my ears and I will become perfect in 10 days, he prescribed me with 2 tablets (prothiaden 25mg night time after food and prodex 20mg morning after food) I felt very anxiety and confused and fear like phobia very suddenly when I took prothiaden 25mg for the 2nd day. I called to doctor and he asked me to stop prothiaden as that was side effect? the third day afternoon I felt same and was sweating too? again I called to doctor and he asked me to stop both the tablet and asked me to consult neurologist. Neurologist doctor told me I have panic disorder and I will be alright in few days? he prescribed me nexito 10mg and betacap tr 40? unfortunately the next day I again felt weakness in my body and dry mouth and wheezing? once I phone called to doc he asked me to stop betacap as that is side effect as I have asthma? but even though after taking nexito I am feeling sick, difficulty in breathing? I stopped all the tablets and I was fine little for the next day? I felt weakness anxiety again sometime for half an hour to one hour today afternoon while I was working in office? I still feel shaken worrying if it comes again to me? what should I do if again I feel the same?

Hello your symptoms match those of panic disorder. Nexito takes atleast 1-2 weeks to show effect. You need to wait till it starts working. In the meanwhile, you can take an anti anxiety drug like clonazepam during a panic attack. Also, psychotherapy done along with medicines shows better results.

1. Avoid weight bearing on fracture limb. 2. Take over the counter available anti inflammatory drugs like ibuprofen round the clock for decreasing pain and swelling. 3. Keep limb elevated while sleeping, by keeping it on a pillow. 4. Consult your local orthopaedician for detailed evaluation and management.

Sir how to increase my memory I have forgot all things that are previously I m learn it plzz suggest me.

If you are under stress, which you may not be aware of you will experience some loss of memory. I suggest you meet with a counselor and deal with that. Here are some things you can do to get back your concentration and memory: Daily exercise of at least half an hour is a must. Even if you go to a gym, ask for aerobic and/or callisthenic exercises with whatever else you are doing. A healthy body harbors a healthy mind. With regard to memory, it is very important that your brain and body is ideally rested to be able to recall whatever is required, rather comfortably. Puzzles pose problems to the brain that help it to use new pathways and neurons, which give the brain considerable exercise. It taxes the left brain to use logic to solve the myriad possibilities which other activities do not stimulate. Crosswords are excellent for vocabulary learning and use. Jigsaws and Rubik cube stimulate different permutations to finally settle on the most likely one. Picture completion and anagrams help approach problem solving from several angles. Do Sudoku, and memory co-relation activities and skills. Have a good night’s sleep, have a good breakfast of more proteins, meditate often, remain free of stress, eat a lot of fiber (whole grains, fruits and vegetables), nuts, avocado, eat dark chocolate, consume less of fat and use olive oil instead, do Yoga meditation exercises, etc. You need to check out if you are stronger visual or auditory. The visual is a better mode than the auditory. However, if you combine the two modes, you will get the best concentration. Have a special place of learning, which should be well lit, with soft painted walls, well-ventilated, with no distractions. When you get bored, study by writing. If you repeat learning at least five to seven times, you will apparently remember for a longer time. Sit comfortably but do not slouch. The reading material should be of a fairly large print. Study at small intervals of about 40 minutes and then take a break or change the subject. Short-term memory is a faculty of the left brain, and long-term memory is a feature of the right brain. When people are stressed, they tend to favor the right brain and abandon the left brain, where short-term memory resides. So, it is really very simple: deal with the stress and activate left brain functions. Here are a few suggestions to activate left brain function: shut your left nostril and breathe, move your eyes from right to left and vice versa for at least half a minute at a time, and do callisthenic exercises with some form of counting, regularly. There is a new exercise called Super Brain Yoga, which is done by holding the right earlobe with your left thumb and index finger, and the left earlobe with your right hand’s thumb and index finger. In this position you must squat down and rise up and do this for five minutes every day. There are some memory enhancing techniques and study methods that your teacher will be able to guide you with. If your home life is full of distractions and stress, it is likely to affect your memory, adversely. In that case, I suggest that the family goes for counseling too. The following foods do help too: Blueberries, walnuts, turmeric, Spinach, tomatoes, broccoli, acorn squash, green tea, oily fish, boiled egg, turkey, apples, oatmeal, leafy greens, lentils, pumpkin seeds, avocado, cinnamon, thyme, sunflower seeds, and red wine. Avoid sugar and junk food.

You are entertaining a false notion in your head and this can begin look realy after some indulgence. You are also living too much on the 'edge'. This will ruin your ability to handle stress if you keep increasing yoru levels of self doubt and doubting your BF too. Something can happen to your father if he lives an unhealthy life, otherwise you should expect him to live well. Your levels of anxiety are pretty high and they are making you dysfunctional. If you keep suggesting to your BF that you are suspicious of him, he may actually become like that. YOu must learn to trust the person and if he fails you like your last BF did, then you could dump him or whatever. I believe that you should meet with a counselor and explain your problems to get regular and continuous guidance. For yoru anxiety please take some of these measures: You must immediately seek help from a counselor. In the meantime you must do certain things to build your constitution physically, spiritually, emotionally, and mentally. Mental stability can be achieved by learning a few skills in handling emotions in an appropriate manner. Stress management skills, which have a lot to do with expressing emotions, will need to be a major part of your recovery program. Emotionally you need the help of a counselor and that will help you tremendously to move from anxiety to normal fear. Please persevere and cooperate through all the support you need and you will come through successfully. Develop your body’s health by physical fitness through exercise, good rest (sleep), and a proper diet. Any way what you need to focus on is to do vigorous exercise of the aerobic kind for the heart’s fitness; meditation for the brain’s fitness; sleep for a well rested mind and body; a sound spiritual well being for good confidence and stability; and a diet with lots of vegetables, fruits, and whole grains. Vigorous exercise, especially of the callisthenic kind, will make your heart, which is a muscle, grow larger; and then your heart will need to beat less often and you will respond to the anxiety with a calmer disposition. If your mind, constitution, and your emotions are in check and fit, you will never be disturbed again. You need to attend personality development courses, personal grooming courses, conversational skills courses, and definitely a good education will empower you to boost self-confidence and by default self-image.

Myths Related To Psychiatry And Psychiatric Medicines

The mental health of a person can be regulated with the help of self-awareness and a conscious attitude in many cases. Yet, in most cases, one will have to resort to the use of psychiatric help which may include the use of therapy and medication. There are many kinds of conditions that may go out of hand and affect our day to day functioning. These include conditions like depression, bipolar disorder, schizophrenia and many more. Yet, there is a certain amount of stigma and many myths attached to the field of psychiatry and its medication. Here are a few myths that we have tackled.

  1. Psychiatric Medicines can be Addictive: This is a major myth that may people have. It is not true that once you start taking psychiatric medication, you will have to take them for life. In fact, for medicines like anti depressants, most clinicians make it a rule to administer the drugs for only a limited period of time, so that the person does not get dependent on the medication in order to run his or her life in a normal manner. Like there is a time defined period for treatment like ATT ( for tuberculosis) likewise there is a time duration of treatment with antidepressants which a patient should discuss with their psychiatrist. Further, the prescription of such medication is more often than not, backed with proper therapy which happens before and after the medication is taken. This helps in ensuring that the patient is weaned off accordingly with the help of positive discussions and evaluations.
  2. Antidepressants can make us Happy: This is another major myth that many people have. The fact is that the antidepressants do not have any euphoria creating properties which recreations drugs may have. These are medicines that have an affect on the production of the specific hormones that may be creating problems in the life of the patient. Therefore, one should not expect to feel happy as soon as the antidepressant is taken with some water. A happier self can only come from within and with outside help like therapy in case the patient is in a constant state of despair. The medication will simply help in suppressing and increasing the production of the necessary hormones in the brain, which will restore the correct chemical balance. A person who takes these kinds of medicines without actually suffering from depression may face side effects like feeling off balance and sick.
  3. Psyhiatric drugs will change your personality: Any medication out there can cause negative effects for a patient if taken too long or given the wrong dosage. You have to discuss any treatment related side effects with your doctor and he will have a solution for it. The way we see it, is this; if someone with depression overcomes it through their medication, their personality will be changed, yes – they will be free from negative thoughts, anti-social behavior, and feelings of defeat, which is a definite change in personality – a positive change. The same can be said for an illness like Schizophrenia, with the right treatment plan, their minds will become less consumed by hallucinations, delusions, and irrational anxieties – another healthy and positive personality change. If you wish to discuss about any specific problem, you can consult a Psychiatrist.
