To remove those irky coffee and wine stains from your teeth, brush baking soda on your teeth twice a month and get that shine back.

I have tooth decay. Recently I have got with temporary feeling. Sir how to deal with this?
Is there any problem you r facing after you have got this temporary filling done? if so, just step in for a complete tooth check up. If required I will perform an xray for you to see why is it causing trouble and after doing temporary filling if you r not facing any problem then just get the permanant filling done within a month and hopefully everything will be alright. Now to deal with dental problems you just got to get a complete tooth check up done by a dentist once in every 6 months which is very important so that other teeth does not get decayed n if so at least can be diagnosed. Not all the time when a tooth is decayed, a filling is required. No. Even just a simple dental varnish application over the decayed part of the tooth can also at many times save the tooth from further decay or losing its strength. Hope this helps

Whenever I clean my teeth with toothbrush. Bleeding occurs at the front part of mouth through gums below front teeth's.

Whenever I clean my teeth with toothbrush. Bleeding occurs at the front part of mouth through gums below front teeth's.
- use a soft toothbrush -- and brush properly! brush your teeth for at least two minutes twice a day and after meals. Hard brushing can further damage the soft tissues of your mouth. - floss at least once a day and be sure to floss beyond the gum line to remove more plaque. - control bleeding by applying pressure to the area with a cold compress. - rinse with salt water or hydrogen peroxide to keep the area clean. Avoid mouthwashes that contain alcohol, which can dry out your mouth. - stay away from smoking and other tobacco products, which can aggravate bleeding gums. - eat a balanced diet and limit snacking between meals. Carbohydrates and sugars feed dental plaque. - try an oral irrigation device, commonly known as a" water pick, to clear debris from around the gum line. - you may need deep cleaning along with surgical curettage or gum strengthening procedure. Use pepsodent tooth paste & gum paint for 2 to 3 weeks. Advance procedures can be done with laser.

Kindly consult a dentist in person for further suggestion. We need more investigations to decide upon treatment. You may need deep cleaning along with surgical, gum strengthening whitening procedures or artificial enamel filling or root canal treatment. You may consult me in person too. Dental tips: - visit a dentist every six months. Gargle your mouth thoroughly after every meal. Scrub gently to clean your tongue with a tongue cleaner. Floss all your teeth inter dentally & brush twice daily, morning & night, up & down short vertical strokes, with ultra-soft bristles, indicator brush.

wisdom tooth If the wisdom tooth has erupted fully and in a proper position then we can save it by dental cement filling. If the cavity is deep and near or into the pulp then we can save it by root canal treatment. Ideally we should save natural tooth structure if its fits in above criterias. If the wisdom teeth has erupted in a such way that it's disturbing other tooth structures and we don't have any option left for saving it then only you should go for removal. The wisdom tooth usually causes pain because of its uneven position distrubing adjacent teeth and some times swelling of the tissues around the tooth causing pericoronitis ( i.e inflamation of the surrounding soft tissues ) causing pain. Wisdom tooth which is usually considered as an extra tooth having no role in mastication (i.e chewing of food) On other hand removal of wisdom tooth have much advantages rather than any disadvantage.. Retaining wisdom tooth some times results in food lodgement within and between adjacent tooth ,results in caries ( decay ) of the adjacent tooth. So for improper erupted wisdom tooth, removal is the only and best available option to the date. Which in turn also helps in preserving other tooth structures. Jay Swaminarayan.

See your dentist every six months. Your teeth may not look dirty from the outside, but bacteria and plaque lurks in places you cannot see in the mirror.

This is sensitive teeth, you should use sensodyne toothpaste and sensodyne toothbrush also, also you need to brush at night with baking soda and rinse your mouth with lemon water, if it continues you need to consult with your dentist.
