Sound coming from knee is not always a serious problem. Unless you have swelling of knee or joint pain, just ignore and keep on doing your routine activities.

It will take some effort for you to flatten your tummy. I am outlining a 21 day plan for you. If you follow this plan sincerely then you will see a noticeable difference in just 21 days. There are 5 things that you need to do: 1. Eliminate all refined sugars from your diet. This means no sugar in your tea/coffee/milk, no consumption of sugary beverages like coke, pepsi and total elimination of all snacks like biscuits, cakes, sweet dishes. I know it is difficult but remember that you just have to adhere to this for 21 days. If you wish to snack you can have unsalted peanuts, dry fruits, seeds or yogurt. 2. When you get up in the morning, put your pillow aside and lie with your back straight. Put both your legs together and lift them so your legs are at a 30 degree angle with the bed. Maintain this pose of 5 minutes. Keep breathing while your legs are in the air. 3. Eliminate dinner altogether. In place of dinner have a bowl of papaya. You can have a small bowl of yogurt with black salt if you are not able to control your urge. 4. Keep hydrated through out the day. You need to drink at least 10 glasses of water every day. Tea/coffee are not substitutes of water. Minimize consumption of milk. Add raw vegetables to each meal. 5. One 500 mg tablet of calcium d-glucarate and one tablet of b-complex every day. If you miss even one of the steps mentioned above during your 21 day regime then you have to start all over again from day 1. Please bear in mind that it takes 21 consecutive days of performing all the above mentioned steps for the stomach muscles to start toning up.

I'm 21 years old. My ECG always shows first degree av block and left ventricular hypertrophy. But Echo cardiograph and TMT are normal. But many time heartbeats missing and I feel hard beats. This problem does two aur three time in a week. I'm also feeling weakness , vibrate feeling in hands many time. So kya ye gastric problem se bhi ho sakta hai. And kya ye serious hai.

Yes you are right, this can be gastric problem too. Good to know about normal reports of echo & tmt. Get your blood sugar tested. Eat less oily food with minimal salt which you must be aware about prevention of heart disease-diet is very important. Avoid bad fats like burgers and street food. Take good fats like a spoon of pure ghee/butter+ a katori of assorted nuts to give you good fats and proteins. Eat salads, seasonal vegetables and fruits but no juices. The fiber absorbs acid. No medicines to reduce acidity take home cooked food with ginger, garlic, ajwain, jeera, heeng. Every 2 hours take a warm beverage like green tea, warm water with honey and lemon juice or apple cider vinegar, clear soups, diluted toned warm milk with anything added to it of your choice. Warm liquids wash away accumulated acid in stomach. Make eating right food at 21 a habit for life.

Hello, Faddy, first of all you have to be very patient and determined to gain your weight in such a way that your body will allow the changes and it will be easy to maintain. So, it will take your time to gain weight in a healthy way so that one hand you gain your weight and other you also become fit along with it. To achieve this you have to follow following instructions - 1. Eat a balanced diet that include high calorie nutrient dense and easily digestible foods and liberal amount of fluid. 2. Avoid high calorie foods which are empty in nutrient like junk foods, fast foods, alcohol etc. 3. Do regular physical exercise. 4. eat small amount frequent feed. 5. get 8 hrs. sound sleep.

I suggest you easy method of weight gain just follow it for year you will gain weigh defiantly 1. Start exercise regularly for 3 month and then after 3 month leave it for 3 month at the time of exercise your diet will increase but same diet continue after 3 month when you stop exercise so thats why your weight will increase automatically now we discus about diet 2. Take dates with milk in the morning breakfast 3. Triphala kadha 4 tsp beore lunch and dinner 4. Amala juice 4 tsp + 2tsp sugar + 2tsp honey in the morning empty stomach this take for 1.5 month only your weight gain will take definitely note=avoid over eating.

Do regular exercise, take 2 glass water in the morning. Take 2 banana with warm milk in the morning. Take dates with milk in the morning. Include protein rich food in your diet like soyabean, sattu with milk, eggs, sprouts, milk and milk products, combination of cereals and pulses, take healthy and heavy breakfast. No drink before meals. Take small and frequent meals.

Hello, Milk is loaded with nutrients and ensure that if combine with some cereals can improve the nutritional qualities of the final product. Whereas, water if taken with meals can hinder the absorption in the stomach, by diluting important acids in the stomach.

Eating bakery products after sunset puts up an extra load on digestive system wich results in Gastric Reflux Disease (Hyper Acidity).

So, avoid consuming Bakery products (Bread, Pizza, Burger, Cake, Toast) after sunset. Have lighter things in dinner and eat curds and or buttermilk in good quantity.

Hello weight loss without any effort and activity should be checked by your family physician. As this could be due to thyroid hormonal imbalance. Weight gain can be due to balanced diet, physical activity for 30-45 minutes atleast 2-3 days/ week. Include pulpy fruits like banana, mango, sitaphal, chickoo. Nuts and oilseeds. Honey, jaggery to be included in your diet. Take 8-10 hours sleep.

Ice therapy would definitely help to reduce the inflammation. We also advise you to use knee cap which would help to prevent the knee from damaging further and also to maintain the quadriceps muscle tone. Simple Knee Exercises would help to strengthen the quadriceps muscles which is the key muscle. Specific knee exercises will also help ie. Keeping ball underneath the knee and keep pressing it. That's the simple exercise which will help you to strengthen the knee.
