You can take high protein diet like all milk and milk products, eggs, pulses, sprouts, nuts etc and if you workout daily then whey protein is good for you.

I am 49 years old and I am extremely industrious. Since last three months I am experiencing slight pain in my left knee. Is this serious and am I need to take some treatment. Please suggest.

This could be due to oa knee &/or obesity. X rays of both knee joints (digital) physiotherapy along with medicines will help. Do knee exercises. It may have to be further investigated rule out diabetes & vit. D deficiency or any other metabolic disorder. Sleep on a hard bed with a soft bedding on it. Any way take multivitamins & other antioxidants along with. Ibuprofen 200mg od & sos x 5days caldikid plus (mankind) 1 tab odx10days you will need other supportive medicines also. Make sure you are not allergic to any of the medicines you are going to take. Do ask for detailed treatment plan. Don't ignore. It could be beginning of a serious problem.

your diet should be rich in proteins and carbohydrates i.e dairy products,non-veg,fruits(banana,dates,mango,anzeer.)go for gym for 1 hour everyday. after this if your weight remain same. it means there is some hormonal imbalance you have to go for some medical test i.e thyroid profile.

Main reason is not being able to digest & assimilate food properly. If you are not putting on weight may be you are not taking proper food. For weight gain proper nutrition is a must. 1) U can start including more milk, cow ghee, fruits & vegetables in your diet. 2) Stop eating junk & processed food. 3) Make a habit of consuming one well ripen banana with a cup of warm milk with a tsp of ghee . 4) Eat soaked dry grapes or dates soaked in warm milk over night. 5) Boost up your apettite by working out daily for atleast 30 mins.6) Massaging whole body with vata balancing herbal oil (ksheerabala oil) is very beneficial 7) Reducing stress level, sleeping comfortably for long hours and afternoon naps are very essential to increase body mass.

Improper food habits and sedentary lifestyle can lead to impairment of digestive fire, formation of ama (toxin) and vitiation of Vata (air). When a person indulges in Vata-aggravating diet and lifestyle, then this aggravated Vata circulates ama in the channels of the body and deposits it in the joints, causing pain in knees. U can try the home remedies below ::: Follow up after 10 days.. 1.. Go for fasting once a week. You can go for absolute fasting or rely on a liquid diet to digest ama (toxin). Fasting should be followed by hot fomentation or by taking a bath with lukewarm water or steam bath. 2.. After fasting and fomentation, mix powdered long pepper, black pepper and dried ginger in equal quantities and take 1 teaspoon of this powdered mix with lukewarm water twice a day. This will help you restore your digestive fire. 3.. Take one tablespoon of castor oil before going to bed, once or twice a week. It helps in cleansing ama (toxin) build up and balancing vata. 4.. Mix equal quantities of powdered fenugreek seeds, turmeric and ginger powder. Take one teaspoon daily in the morning and evening. 5.. For dry fomentation of the affected joints, take a cloth and fold it into four, fill it with hot and sand make a potli (bag) out of it. Use this bundle for the fomentation of different joints. This is very helpful in reducing pain and swelling. 6. Take lakshaadi guggul 2 tab twice daily with maharasnaadi qwath 1 hr after meals.

Your height and weight is in good proportion. There is no need for any supplements or for gaining weight. Aim for fitness and strength. Gradually over a period of 1-3 years you will see appropriate muscles getting into shape. Supplements Do not build muscles. Its just false advertisement. Be fit. Be strong. Do not compare with others. Be confident. Be Happy.

Weakness is a lack of physical or muscle strength and the feeling that extra effort is required to move your arms, legs, or other muscles. Take healthy diet consisting of green leafy vegetables, fruits, high protein diet like pulses etc. And regularity is must but it will hurt. Do underestimate your self and I think you having some issue in back of your mind that you are weak because of masturbation, it has nothing do with this and this only natural activity you are doing, so eat healthy and take proper vitamin and iron and protein supplement regularly you will be fine.

I operated my right knee in 2013 for acl injury now I have pain some time knee locked so cont move leg for some time some Dr. said muscles are week some said do more exercise so can you tell me what's happen is there any other reason.

Follow these best methods to easily gain weight and get a healthy body - 1. To gain weight, your digestion should work properly for proper digestion - take 10 gms powder of carom seeds (ajwain, 10 gm powder of cumin (jeera), 10 gm of rock salt. Mix them well and take 1/2 teaspoon (3-5 gm) of mixture daily after meal. 2. Take a diet rich with proteins and fats. You should take high calorie food that increase your muscle mass and induce growth in bones. Follow the diet chart in your daily life to fastly gain weight * in morning, take a glass of milk added with 2 teaspoons of protein powder with breakfast. * in lunch time, take 1 bowl of curd or 100 gm of cheese, a bowl of vegetable, with chapattis. * in evening, take 1 glass of milk (300 ml) with 2 bananas. * in night, take a bowl of careals (daal, a bowl of salad with chapattis. 3. If eating more fills you up too much, try drinking your calories. Milk, 100-percent fruit juice and homemade smoothies add calories between meals.
