watering of eyes can be due to many reasons and the main reasons are 1.Eye Allergy due to dust,Pollution,infection 2.Weak Eyesight 3.Continuous watching TV,Mobile,computor in dim light 4.Any eye injury 5.Lack of sleep 6.Continuous headache 7.Hypertension. So,my suggestion for you is visit a local doctor for an eye check up as a final examination can only be made after physical examination.

* don't drive constantly. Change posture or do spinal exercises in between * if possible go for a ct scan or mri spine. Cervical nerve root compression may also cause headache.

I have this problem for the past few years. There are thoughts that I feel has happened and ask the people involved they don't remember, this has happens many a times. There are even some words in English I think this is the meaning I have studies from my childhood, but see in dictionary no its not. My memory is also going down. I have stopped studies so my capacity of studying and remembering think have become quiet hard. Yes I can remember for some time that too just for the exam and that's the time brain also works a bit in studying else I can't even go beyond a page when it comes to studies any solution to all of this please. I need to start my studies back please help.

Research-based strategies to boost your memory and keep it strong 7 Strategies for Remembering 1.Become interested in what you're learning. We're all better remembering what interests us. Few people, for example, have a difficult time remembering the names of people they find attractive. If you're not intrinsically interested in what you're learning or trying to remember, you must find a way to become so. 2.Find a way to leverage your visual memory. You'll be surprised by how much more this will enable you to remember. For example, imagine you're at a party and are introduced to five people in quick succession. How can you quickly memorize their names? Pick out a single defining visual characteristic of each person and connect it to a visual representation of their name, preferably through an action of some kind. Remember: Memory is predominantly visual. 3.Create a mental memory tree. If you're trying to memorize a large number of facts, find a way to relate them in your mind visually with a memory tree. Construct big branches first, then leaves. Branches and leaves should carry labels that are personally meaningful to you in some way, and the organization of the facts (" leaves") should be logical. 4.Associate what you're trying to learn with what you already know. It seems the more mental connections we have to a piece of information, the more successful we'll be in remembering it. This is why using mnemonics. Write out the items to be memorized over and over and over. 5.When reading for retention, summarize each paragraph in the margin. Try to locate yourself so you are facing potential distractions such as doors, phones or windows. This way you can take a glance to assess sounds that would otherwise break your focus. 3) Clarify Objectives Know what your goal is clearly before you start. If you aren’t sure what the end result is, the confusion will make it impossible to focus. 4) Divide Blobs. If you have a large project that needs work, clearly identify a path that you will use to get started working on it. If the sequence of actions isn’t obvious, it will be difficult to concentrate. Taking a few minutes to plan not only your end result, but the order you will complete any steps, can save hours in wasted thinking. 5) Know the Rules Get clear on what the guidelines are for the task ahead. What level of quality do you need? What standards do you need to follow? What constraints are there? If the rules aren’t clear from the outset, you will slip out of concentration as you ponder them later. 6) Set a Deadline Deadlines have both advantages and disadvantages when trying to force concentration. A deadline can make it easier to forget the non-essential and speed up your working time. If you give yourself only an hour to design a logo, you will keep it simple and avoid fiddling with extravagant designs. Time limits have disadvantages when they cause you to worry about the time you have left instead of the task itself. 7) Break down Roadblocks Roadblocks occur whenever you hit a tricky problem in your work. This can happen when you run out of ideas or your focus wavers. Break down roadblocks by brainstorming or planning on a piece of paper. Writing out your thought processes can keep you focused even if you might become frustrated. 8) Isolate Yourself Become a hermit and stay away from other people if you want to get work done. Unless your work is based on other people they will only break your focus. Create a private space and refuse to talk to anyone until your work is finished. Put a sign on your door to steer away drop-ins and don’t answer your phone. 9) Healthy Body, Sharper Mind What you put into your body affects the way you concentrate. Nobody would expect peak performance if they showed up drunk to work. But if you allow yourself to get chronic sleep deprivation, overuse stimulants like caffeine or eat dense, fatty foods your concentration will suffer. Try to cut out one of your unhealthy habits for just thirty days to see if there is a difference in your energy levels. I’ve found even small steps can create dramatic changes in my ability to focus. 10) Be Patient Before I write an article, I often sit at my desk for a fifteen or twenty minutes before I put finger on the keyboard. During this time I feel a strong urge to leave or do something else. But I know that if I am patient, I’ll stumble upon an idea to write about and enter a state of flow. Without a little patience, you can’t take advantage of flow when it rushed through you. If you need strong concentration I recommend periods of 90-120 minutes. Any less than that and you will waste too much time getting started before the flow can continue. More than this is possible to sustain focus, but you will probably benefit from a quick break. These are the general guidelines for concentration, studying well or doing your job. Regards.

Continuous usage of system will efect eyes aswell back also. So tha you need to take few precautions toavoid bad effects. Take gap b/w work, for every 1-2 hrs, sit in erect position, keep system at particular distance, sit comfortable with right position of system. Use anti glare glasses ether you wear r put on screen. Wash your eyes with cold water whenever you feel strained. Keep keera{raw cucumber slices]over eyes, which will help to redce the strain aswell blackening around eyes, take proper rest/sleep, practice pranayama, yoga. Eat few soaked peeled off almonds daily. Take 3-4 litres of water daily irrespective of your thirst. Eat right food at right timngs, eat carrot, beet root, more green leafy veg, curry leaves, fruits.

For pain take tablet paracetamol 650 mg and take Tablet folvite 5mg once a day for six months and tablet vitamin D3 60000iu once a week for six months to increase your immunity and check your eye sight for refractive error

Hello, You may be over-using mobile, so avoid using mobile for long hours, get your eyesight tested and take more of green vegetables, carrots, fruits, salads, etc. Medication: Use Euphrasia Eye drops/ twice daily.

Hi, split in eye doesn't affect the vision per se. Include the following for getting better vision: vitamins a, c, e, and minerals like copper and zinc are essential to eyesight. Get the antioxidants from dark leafy greens, egg yolks, yellow peppers, pumpkin, sweet potatoes, and carrots. Include garlic and onions. Blueberries, grapes as they have antioxidant and anti-inflammatory properties that can help improve your vision. Dha is a fatty acid found in coldwater fish like salmon, sardines and mackerel. Exercises for your child for strengthening eye muscles: -begin by partially closing your eyes; the lids should only be halfway shut. After holding for 10-15 seconds, close your eyes very slowly. Take a few deep breaths to increase oxygen in the blood. -warm your eyes. Rub your palms together to create heat, and then place them against your eyes for five seconds. Repeat this three times. -hold a pen at arm's length. Focus your gaze on the tip of the pen. Bring the pen closer to your nose at a slow and steady pace. Repeat this exercise 5-10 times. -concentrate your vision on the tip of your nose. Then shift your gaze to an object further away, either at arm's length or 20 feet away. Then shift your eyes back to the tip of your nose. Repeat this exercise 10 times. -sit in a relaxed but upright position. Begin by look to the left-most position (without moving your head) and hold to stretch your eye muscles. Hold for 5 counts. Blink and return your gaze back to look straight in front of you. Then look to the right-most position with your gaze and hold for 5 counts. Repeat 3 times, blinking between each hold. Then, repeat this exercise looking up and then down. Do not forget about blinking. -sit in a relaxed but upright position. Look up and to your right for 5 seconds. Return your gaze to center. Look up to and to your left for 5 seconds. Return your gaze to center. Look down and to your right for 5 seconds. Return your gaze to center. Look down and to your left for 5 seconds. Insufficient sleep may weaken your vision, so shoot for 8 hours of sound sleep a night. Medication: take homoeopathic medicine which will help you in preventing first and then reducing the power of your eyes (if the eye power is less). Take physostigma 6/ thrice daily for 1 month and instill euphrasia eye drops twice a day. Thereafter, revert back for further guidance.

Hello 1. Size of two eyes are different in many people and thats a normal phenomenon. 2. Eye sight has no connection with size of your eye 3. There is no need for any intervention for minimal difference in eye size.

U can use contact lens. At present. If your refraction is stable for an yr and your corneal conditions satisfy the eligibility criterion, then you can go for refractive surgery.

Do contrast bath therapy Take hot water in one tub & cold water in another. First dip your hands upto wrist in hot water for 3 min then immediately in cold water for 1 min, keep repeating for 20 min, twice daily Take rest breaks of 5-10 min in between work Do hand stretches If pain still persists apply pain relieving gel & wrap crepe bandage.
