Dear brother, as per your complain pain reduces as you wake up. Might be due to poor posture or bad sitting or lying habits. You should observe which position is painful. Consult physiotherapist as soon as possible. Take physiotherapy electro modalities to decrease pain. For immediate relief take warm water pouring or consult me.

Back pain after prolonged sitting can be due to sacroilitis or disc degeneration or quadratus lumborum muscle ( a muscle in our back) strain. Initially you can try conservative treatment as described below. If problem persists consult again. 1. Sit with straight back and change posture in between. 2. Take breaks in between work and walk. 3. Do back strengthening and stretching exercises daily. 4. Take simple painkillers like paracetamol if pain is persistent. 5. Apply analgesic cream or gel over back followed by warm fomentation. 6.Do not bend and lift weights. 7. Keep pillow behind knees at night. 8. If back pain is accompanied with radiating leg pain or tingling , numbness or weakness, consult your doctor immediately

It may be due weakness of muscles or nerves causing difficulty in blood flow to your legs. Or it may be due to slip disc of back at lumbar reagion resulting in sciatic nerve compression causing numbness & weakness of legs. Apply pranacharya restopain oil or prasarini oil on your affected part then give hot fomentation. Take maha rasnadi kwath 2-2 tsf twice a day. And agni tundi vati and maha yograj guggul 1-1 tab twice a day. Avoid junk food. Spicy food. Fermented food. Tea. Alcohol. Avoid alcohol consumption. Do pranayama early morning.

I was stung or bit near my elbow by an insect I could not see the insect but that area has swollen up and slowly the pain has started to spread toward my wrist. Can you please suggest what should I do about it and if I should visit a specialist what type.

I have sever pain in the calfs and back of the thighs especially when bending to pick up anything. Some say it could it be lack of vitamin d or spinal problem. Please help.

This is quite a common condition rule out diabetes & vit. D deficiency or any other metabolic disorder. Sleep on a hard bed with soft bedding on it. Use no pillow under the head. Any way take caldikind plus (mankind)1tab odx 10days paracetamol 250 mg od & sos x 5 days do back (spine) exercises contact me again if need be. Make sure you are not allergic to any of the medicines you are going to take.

Dear Sir/Maam My friend is 25 years old and he is having back pain. He feels pain in the center portion of the back regularly and sometimes the pain spreads in the right side if he works bending forward in the right side, like when he cleans his room. X ray of his spine was done and no anomalies were found. He did some weight exercise before and when consulted with an orthopedist he was asked to stop doing weight exercises. Being unsatisfied he later on went to consult a homeopathic practitioner and he suggested that my friend was suffering from spondylitis. So he wants to know what he should do and also if it is actually spondylitis then can he do weight exercises? PS- He rides a heavy motor bike regularly.

I don't want to comment what your doctor said, but according to my finding, it's a case of nerve root compression. It would be too early to decide if it's a case of disc herniation or not. That needs proper investigation. As for now he must stop all the gym activities. Because symptoms are pretty much controlled it seems big damage is not being done. Proper rest and simple spine exercises plus postural correction exercises are recommended. regards

Do hot water with salt in it fomentation tab brufen two times a day for 2 days. Keep your legs raised surface. Wear soft base shoes avoid heal shoes.

Yes the lumps cannot hurt and it is your anxiety that makes you feel pain and be relaxed that these lumps cannot be and are NOT cancer

Hello start physiotherapy treatment and learn posture care/ spine exercise. Meanwhile take few precautions. 1) take hot water fomentation for 20 min. At every 3hrs. Your problem could be because of anxiety and stress. Avoid stress, anxiety and severe physical and mental exertion. Go for regular exercise, drink plenty of water, take bland diet, avoid spicy food. Practice yoga, meditation, deep breathing exercise to relieve you from stress and calm your mind. Check your Bp and eyesight. Take crocin 500mg sos after food during headache. Consult for further advice

Hello Mrs. low levels of vitamin d can cause bone and joint pains. You can either take arachitol injections or arachitol oral suspension (if available), once a week for 4 weeks. Along with it, you will have to take d 3 up granules-one sachet mixed in one glass of water and drink it once a week for 6 weeks. After the sachets are over, you will have to take tab d3 up 1000 iu daily one capsule for a month. This entire course will solve your problem of deficiency and of leg pain too.

Extension Exercises x 15 times x twice daily - lying on tummy, take left arm up for 3 seconds, then bring it down, right arm up for 3 seconds, bring down. Bring right leg up, hold for 3 seconds, bring it down. Then right leg up and hold for 3 seconds and bring it down. Repeat twice a day- 10 times. Bhujang Asana -- Lie flat on your stomach, keeping the palms out, bend the neck backward, take a deep breath and while holding it for 6 seconds, raise the chest up. Release breath and relax your body. Repeat the exercise 15 times twice daily.
