The gap among the teeth can be treated with orthodontic treatment where you have to wear the braces or aligners and the other option you have to do the cosmetic makeover of the front tooth by laminates or veneers. But that depends on the amount of gap you have. If you can share your pics I can advice you in better way.

No its definitely not going to affect your brain or any part of your body. Its totally normal to have discomfort with braces initially. It happens because your teeth are moving slowly inside your jaw as the braces are aligning your teeth with mild force. You can rinse your mouth with lukewarm water to get temporary relief from this discomfort. The discomfort will subside on its own after two days.

Nail biting can be a hard habit to break — but if you don't, your dental health might suffer much more than your manicure. Children or adults who bite their nails could crack, chip or wear down their front teeth from the stress caused by biting.

Here is home remedy for brighter teeth--- mix several teaspoons of baking soda with enough fresh lemon juice (or water) to make a paste. Wipe your teeth and any extra saliva off of them with a paper towel. Put a good amount of paste onto your toothbrush and apply. Leave the paste on for 1 minute, then rinse, so as to avoid the acid effecting enamel. If you are using just water you can leave it on for up to 3 minutes. For faster result you can go for teeth bleaching from dentist.

Almond has nothing to do with it. Do not eat or drink any cold drinks or very sour food. Drink plenty of water.

Gastritis, lung & sinus infection may also be the cause of bad smell in the mouth. 90% of bad breath is due to a dirty tongue. We need more investigations with clinical examination to decide upon treatment. You may need deep cleaning. Rinse your mouth thoroughly with a mouth wash until then. Advance procedures can be done with laser too. Dental tips: - visit a dentist every six months for cleaning and a thorough dental check-up. Limit sugary food to avoid tooth decay. Gargle your mouth thoroughly after every meal. Scrub gently to clean your tongue with a tongue cleaner. Floss all your teeth inter dentally & brush twice daily, morning & night, up & down short vertical strokes, with ultra-soft bristles, indicator brush. Tooth brush to be changed every 2 months.

My son is 22 yrs old. He is suffering from oral ulcer (bayi hunnu / hugulu). Recently when we got his blood checked, we came to know that his hemoglobin value is 17.3 gm/di. He does not smoke / no bad habits. No much stress or strain. My question are: 1) what is the reason for higher hemoglobin value? 2) what is the effect of higher hemoglobin value on body? 3) whether higher hemoglobin lead to oral ulcer? 4) how to bring hemoglobin to normal value? 5) what is the remedy for oral ulcer?

Bleeding of gums can be because of unhealthy gingive. You shd approach a dentist fr. Proper medication and a deep scalling.

The yellow layer is from the staining of oil present in our foods, at the best start doing warm saline rinses every time you take a starchy or oil rich food to prevent that oil to stain your teeth.

Consult a gastroenterologist and get treated for your stomach problems. In the meanwhile, take care of your oral hygiene by proper brushing and flossing. Consult the dentist if there are deposits present and get them cleaned by scaling because this causes infection of gums.

Flossing is as important as brushing on a daily basis. Taking the floss all the way down to the point where the teeth and gums meet is the appropriate way of doing it.

Hi, long standing deeper cavities can render the tooth non-vital and this might be the reason your tooth is not aching currently. Its advisable to consult your dentist as soon as possible and get the tooth treated, if not it might lead to serious infections in the later stages and the tooth might go for extraction.
