My age is 18 but my weight is 75kilo is it Good to have these much weight at this eight. How can we easily reduce weight?

Hi lybrate-user. Weight is not according to age but it is related to height, as per your your height weight should be 55-60 kg so reduce it. A) take 10 ml of fresh lemon juice and ginger juice along with 1 tsf of jaggery along with 60 ml of water early in morning on empty stomach and after meals, b) do regularly bhujangasana, uttanpadasana and pavanmuktasan regularly early in the morning on empty stomach for 15 minutes. Do this for 30 days it gives you good result thanks.

I find lots of queries in lybrate on the subject, mostly from men, few from women. Earlier notion of women being passive partner does not hold good any more. With women emancipation, they are equally demanding, physically. And emotionally.
I will restrict myself to heterosexual functioning e. G impotence and frigidity.
Sexual disability in men may take various forms-1) absence of sexual desire for the sexual partner or absence of libido in general;
2) inability to procure erection
3) inability to sustain erection
4 inability to ejaculate in spite of well sustained erection;
5) premature ejaculation.
Common causes-
1) mostly psychogenic, anxiety for performance failure and haste;
2) uncontrolled diabetes;
3) some blood pressure lowering drugs
4) psychiatric treatment
Anxiety due any cause, masturbation anxiety is possibly quite a common factor, but any form of anxiety or depression can cause impotence.
Some men subconsciously identify their sexual partner with their mother or sister and incest taboo asserts itself and they are impotent with their wives but may be potent with other sexual partners.
Other men associate the sex act with aggression and violence.
Ejaculatory impotence is much rarer.
Another type is the professional man" s impotence. They simply burn out due to their work load and odd working hours.
Disturbances in women may be-
1) frigidity
2) vaginismus (involuntary spasm of vaginal muscles, always psychogenic)
3) dyspareunia.
Frigidity is lack of sexual feeling in women and may vary from
An intense feeling of revulsion to any sexual advance to varying sexual arousal without orgasm.
Causes-
1) anatomical defects;
2) physiological deficiency in endocrine glands;
3) lacked sexual instructions from parents
4) husband" s ignorance of sex technique
5) painful intercourse (dyspareunia)
6) physiological during lactation
7) psychological-fears of pregnancy, inadequate stimulation, premature ejaculation, depression and anxiety.
Treatment-
Both drug and non drug therapies are available, strictly under
Medical supervision.
Suitable age group 20 to 60 yrs.
Contraindications-heart, liver, kidney disorders

Hello, if you are a known epileptic and pregnant as of now, it is important to learn if the anti epileptic drugs are still being continued and if yes which ones and also how many months or years have you been on theses medications and when was your last epileptic episode. The concern is only few anti epileptics are safe in pregnancy.

Dear, Whatever you are eating now, you should probably double it.  If you eat three meals a day, instead eat six.  You need to be eating every 2-3 hours, and each meal needs to be the size of a normal meal.  This is going to be difficult for a few weeks, because you’ll often have to force yourself to eat even when you’re not hungry.  500 extra calories a day = 1 extra half kg gained per week.  Whatever you’re eating now, add an additional 1000 calories (spread throughout the day), and you’ll put on 1 kg a week.  Not just any calories though…Eat a lot of good things – You need to eat a ridiculous amount of calories (probably 3500+ per day) if you want to gain weight, but you want to make sure most of those calories are GOOD calories.  If you want to build muscle, you want to eat healthy calories that are loaded with good protein, good carbs, and healthy fats…which brings me to my next point:Protein = building block for your muscles. Chicken, fish, meat, eggs, milk, almonds, peanuts.  Eat lots of this stuff, all the time. Hello. Darker urine is usually a sign that you're not drinking enough fluid. (drink 12-14 glasses of water in a day daily). Certain medications can turn the urine fluorescent green or blue, vitamins can give it a yellow hue. Yellow urine may also there in jaundice. Certain food also turns the colour of urine yellow like beetroot. Blood in the urine, also known as haematuria, can cause darker urine. Haemolytic anemia can cause dark yellow urine color. Hepatitis (inflammation of liver) can cause a darker urine color. So, get your urine tested and blood tested for cbc & lft done.

Hi. I was taking tramadol for back pain. Now I am addicted and taking high doses (up to 800mg daily). I feel very restless, depressed and have totally no energy when stop taking. What is the best way to stop taking it? Maybe skin patches with some opioids to relieve symptoms of withdrawal or taper the doses? What I can do with horrible restless leg and body syndrome? Protein - hair is made up mostly of protein so a protein rich diet is necessary. But not if your main source of protein is a large steak. In fact, eating large quantities of meat as americans do can be counterproductive. A steak will increase testosterone levels, and this has been linked to hair loss. Eggs are an excellent source of protein (see link below on how to boil the perfect egg). Also add nuts, seeds, beans and fish. Other good choices are organic soy foods, and hemp foods. I can add too that the korean diet has little or no meat on a daily basis.
