Any medication shud b taken under a consultant advice. As there are many contraindications in some patients of a particular medication. For a contraceptive to work in first cycle it should b started on day 1 of menstrual cycle. It shud b taken regularly wid out any gap otherwise may cause breakthrough bleeding or ovulation which may lead to pregnancy. The contraceptive pill is not a indication of abortion you may continue pregnancy. The risks of abnormality are same as a normal woman.

What happens if I take ipill without any reason? Like in my case I took it because I got worried that if my partner ejaculated inside me by chance. But as per my knowledge he didn't still I took an ipill. I didn't face much side effect and even. Its my 11th day after sex and I haven't faced my withdrawal bleeding. My periods date is on 18th march 2019. What effects or consequences will I face?

Cu -T or oral contraceptive pills can be used for spacing pregnancy. Copper-T is usually safe & suitable for most of pts. But has side effects like heavy periods ,infection etc. Condoms are good option.
