Dear u have to apply neem pack on face at night daily. Take 20ml shahi johar ushaba syrup twice a day empty stomach.with water . do CTdaily i. e cleansing and tonning daily before going to bed with vlcc cleanser and toner. drink plenty of fluids and water. avoid oily and spicy food.

increase your intake of green leafy vegetables, salad, fruits and sprouts. Include yeast, wheatgerm, soybean, whole grains and nuts in your meals. Massage the scalp gently with coconut or almond oil daily for 10 to 15 minutes.

These are the methods to treat fastly pimples: • Imbalance in hormone level causes excessive sebum production and causes acne. So do not take stress and do exercise daily such as running, jogging and long breathing exercises. • Do YOGASANA daily. Especially do SINHASANA & SARVANGASANA daily. • Use oil free face wash and drink 7 -8 glass of water daily. • Do not touch your pimple because your finger transfer bacteria to it and make it worse. If you touch it then clean your face with water. • Take cucumber and papaya pulp. Mix it well and add 1 tablespoon Turmeric. Make a paste and apply it on face and leave it for 15 minutes. • Steam your face to open the pores, which in turn clear the skin. Steam your face for a couple of minutes. • Take 2 teaspoon of RAKTASHODAK SYRUP of BAIDYANATH company once a day.

You should apply listerin on your face when you feel spot at night for five days for one hour and after that wash your face. Drink plenty of liquids. Avoid non veg oily and spicy and junk food. There are so many causes of pimple it will be better.

Hello, Lybrate user, it depends upon the climatic condition with atmospheric need. In a cold atmosphere shampooing will be restricted whereas in summer shampooing be needed thrice a wk. You as per your atmospheric condition can use shampooing. Tk care.

Hi. It's normal to lose up to 100 hair per day, and in most people, those hairs grow back. But many men -- and some women -- lose hair as they grow older. You can also lose your hair if you have certain diseases, such as thyroid problems, diabetes, or lupus. If you take certain medicines or have chemotherapy for cancer, you may also lose your hair. Other causes are stress, a low protein diet, a family history, use of bore water, or nutritional deficiencies. Need to rule out any causative factor or underlying medical condition. Management: Take diet rich in protein like non-veg, eggs (it's loaded with essential nutrients such as proteins, vitamin b12, iron, zinc and omega 6 fatty acids in large amounts and biotin), different pulses & legumes, sprouts, nuts (sp. Walnuts and almonds); iron-rich food like green vegetables, dates, carrots, prunes, green peas; also oats, shrimp, take flaxseeds, sunflower seeds, sesame seeds, green tea, soyabean, fruits, salads, etc. Take low-fat dairy products (they also contain whey and casein, two high-quality protein sources) take proper 6-9hrs of sound sleep. Give up the habit of smoking and excessive alcohol intake. Avoid junk food and any kind of beverages (tea, coffee, aerated drinks, cold drinks, etc.) avoid canned/ tinned food or food that contains preservatives (eat fresh ones). Avoid use of hard water to wash the head rather use boiled water for head wash. Avoid use of harsh hair colour, hair treatment like rebonding, straightening, perming, etc. Avoid vigorous exercises or any supplements provided by the gym! cover your head with scarf or cap while stepping outside. Use rose wood/ any wooden hair comb to brush your hair. Regularly massage head and hair with coconut oil, almond oil (depending upon your scalp type) 1 to 3 times a week. Regular exercising is also one of the important point, but should be done under some good, qualified yoga teacher or instructor for proper guidance; it also releases the stress/ tension in the mind and the body and keeps you fit and young! Medication: Take homoeopathic medicines - Schwabe's Wiesbaden 200 & Alfalfa tonic twice a day for 1 month and revert. Use Schwabe's Arnica shampoo and Hair Growth oil regularly as per the condition of your scalp (minimum 3 times a week). After shampooing, use Bakson's Arnica hair conditioner as well after every head wash.

For prevention from hair fall follow these instructions: • Do not take stress and take proper sleep of 6 - 7 hours. Do meditation or long breathing pranayams for 10 minutes daily to destress yourself. • You can apply amla powder, Make the paste of amla powder with water and apply it for 15 minutes once in week in afternoon and rinse it. * Apply the Trichep hair oil 3 times in a week and massage your hair regularly for 10 minutes daily. It increase blood circulation towards scalp and enhance hair growth. • Avoid use of excess hair products such as hair colours and try to use mild shampoo. It contains chemicals which increase hair fall. • Add protein containing items in your foods such as take a bowl of cereal daily, and a glass of milk also. It give nutrition to your body and enhances hair growth. • Eat healthy fruits and green leafy vegetables daily. Drink a glass of carrot juice daily.

Dear, These are the causes of pimples: • excessive sebum production (sebum is oily secretion from the gland ) . • Due to hormonal imbalance. These are the methods & instructions to avoid pimples- • To control the sebum secretion you should maintain your hormonal level. Because imbalance in hormone level causes excessive sebum production and causes acne. So do not take stress and do exercise daily such as running, jogging and long breathing exercises. • Use oil free face wash and drink 7 -8 glass of water daily. • Do not touch your pimple because your finger transfer bacteria to it and make it worse. If you touch it then clean your face with water. * Take cucumber and papaya pulp .Mix it well and add 1 tablespoon Turmeric. Make a paste and apply it on face and leave it for 15 minutes. • Use a face pack of fuller 's earth (multani mitti ) with rose water one time in a day for seven days. It removes toxins from skin. * Eat a fruit daily such as apple, banana , melon ,cucumber , avoid to eat mango , garlic , papaya and drink 7 -8 glass of water daily * Take 2 teaspoon of RAKTASHODAK SYRUP of BAIDYANATH company once a day. • Steam your face to open the pores ,which in turn clear the skin .steam your face for a couple of minutes.

* Eat healthy diet daily. * Eat 20 gm of soyabean cereal daily it contains protein which help in regeneration ( making of new skin ) of skin on the holes. * Eat an apple daily . It has vitamins that provide sufficient nutrition to the skin. you can drink a glass of carrot juice daily . * Drink 1/2 lime juice daily . How to remove stretch marks or overcome? Is there any natural way to remove stretch marks?

Cocoa butter is famous for its anti-wrinkling and anti-aging properties. It helps in enhancing the blood circulation, which reduces stretch marks. Massage the affected area with cocoa butter at least two times a day. Repeat the process for two months and notice the reduced scars. Else, mix half cup of cocoa butter with one tablespoon of wheat germ oil, one teaspoon of tea kernel oil, two teaspoons of grated beeswax, and vitamin E oil. Heat the mix until the beeswax melts. Apply it on the stretch marks twice or thrice a day. The mixture can be stored in a sealed box in the refrigerator.------------------------------. Physical Exercise One must regularly do physical exercises, like abdominal crunches, sit-ups, swimming, etc. Which tone the underlying muscles and remove the ugly stretch marks. Here are some exercises, which are beneficial to remove stretch marks: •For Stretch Marks on Stomach: You are required to lie down flat on your back. Now, bend your knees keeping the feet flat on the floor. Keep your hands on the sides of your head. Now, lift your upper body somewhat off the floor, contracting your abs. •For Stretch Marks on Thighs: Sit straight on the chair. Now, put your hands down to your sides, holding the chair. Now, swing your legs in up and down motion. This will help to firm your thighs. •For Stretch Marks on Hips and Buttocks: Lie down flat on your back. Relax for a few minutes. Then, lift one leg creating a 90 degree angle. Lift it until you feel a pull on your buttocks. Try the same on the other leg. Slowly, increase your pace and strain on the hips, buttocks, and thighs. •For Stretch Marks on Bottom: You are required to lie down facing the floor. Put your arms on the side. Lift your right leg up and then down. Repeat the same with left leg. Raise your leg at least 3-6 inches off the floor. Note- For best results, practise 20 lifts for each exercise thrice a week.---------------------------------- Useful Tips •Consume protein, zinc and Vitamin C rich foods in abundance. Green salad, milk, fish, nuts and citrus fruits help a lot in diminishing stretch marks. •Do yoga and other physical exercises on the regular basis. •Pregnant women should not use creams and solutions, prepared from chemicals. Instead of fading away stretch marks, they may result in skin damaging rashes. •Don’t scratch the affected area. •Keep your skin moisturized.---------------------- HOMOEOPATHIC MEDICINE--------------------- SILICEA 6X (Wilmar Schwabe India) Chew 4 tab 3 times daily for 3 months------------- COCOA BUTTER CREAM (BAKSON)

1. Do not wash your hair daily. 2. Give you head hot oil massage - mix of olive, almond, coconut and sesame oil. 3. Eat food rich in proteins 4. Apply some natural herbs like bringraj, amla and shikakai 5. You can apply raw amla juice daily 6. Use apple cider vinegar to maintain ph levels of scalp 7. More than creams, scrubs will help you get rid of black spots. Use this home made scrub on alternate days. Rice powder 1 tsp+ tulsi powder 1 tsp+ methi powder 1 tsp+ lemon peel/orange peel powder 1 tsp - mix and make a paste with water. Add 4 drops of honey to it. Apply the paste on your face massage lightly with fingertips for five minutes and then wash it off with cold water. Apply aloe vera based moisturizer after that. Do this continuously for two to three months to get a clear glowing face.

Sufficient sleep and worry free life is advisable, if possible do shirshasana for 5-7 minutes, morning walk for 20 minutes. Consume fruits, juices like grape, anar, carrot, water melon, cane sugar, coconut water, mango, amrood etc. Continue for three months, inform progress 1-triphala powder 100 gm + kasis bhasma 5 gm mix properly, take 5-7 gm prepare a paste in water and apply over scalp-head daily for one month (may cut short hair so paste application will be easy and proper) 2- bhringrajasava 15 ml twice with water after food 3-bhringraj or amla or nilibhringraj or coconut oil massage of scalp daily after bath 4- praval bhasma tablet 125 mg twice in a day with milk 5- use glycerol soap for hair wash (twice in a week) report after one month.

Include more protein rich supplements to your diet. 3. Take phosphorus 200, 5 drops, morning empty stomach, once in week. 4. Wiesbaden 200, 5 drops, daily morning empty stomach. 5. Apply arnica hair growth oil (b &t) on your hair and scalp, thrice in a week. 6. Wash hair with arnica montana herbal shampoo (sbl) 7. Drink minimum 10 glasses of water per day. 8. Take 10 ml amla juice mixed with half cup of water, at daily night.
