I just turned 20 this year and I have been experiencing irregular period from july-october, could there be a problem?
Some time periods are irregular bcoz of some hormonal changes. It may cure automatically but if you get this persist for longer time than you can do USG abdomen.
Asked for male, 25 years old from Mumbai
Went for USG of abdomen and pelvis since facing problem of frequent urination. Prevoid 298 cc and Post void 10 cc. Radiologist said it's normal but I was still getting the feeling to urinate more, Dr. said but your bladder is almost empty but when went to urinate I was able to pass good amount of urination. So why is it that USG shows bladder is empty but actually it's not? Am non diabetic.

Hi Doctors, I know you all are doing your great jobs to heal and safe the humans. My case is, I started noticing my lower back pain from last three year, increasing of months, the pain got increased months to months. For two years, I felt it may be because I do lot of exercise in the gym. One more note. In the gym exercise plan, I had protein and gainer shakes continuously. During the treatment, I had physio, acupuncture and medicines as recommended by the doctor but nothing has worked, pain keeps persist. This year, finally I had my lower back MRI and it’s all good in the MRI, Spine specialist said my all joints are okay and no disc issues and nor bubble disc issues. From Last 2 months, I stopped gym and started Vikram yoga based on the Yoga series, my whole body got flexible including spine but I noticed pain in my left side of back and abandon area, or also I was going through the urine pain from the previous years but I had ignored it. Moving the further, I had my ultrasound but doctor said no blockage. Now I am completely confused what’s going with my body why this pain continue in left back and abandon area. The pain is going continuously. When I stopped Yoga it flow my lower back as well. Finally it is assure pain I have in left side of kidney and even I do notice in night on bed when I unable to move my back from left side or even can not my leg. Is this something that Ultrasound unable to capture the stone? Please suggest what next treatment I have to go for And New Zealand doctors always tried to heal the human naturally. They only gives pain killer and paracetamol. Please suggest further? Thanks. Regards Arvind Kumar.
U can do CT abdomen it may give more clear picture of abdomen bcoz sometimes USG is not able to give proper and deeper information. Suggestion:- do some spondilosis related exercise it will help you to reduce your pain. And for pain you can use spondin drop take 10 drops in half cup of water 3 times in a day for at least 1 month. Hope you'll get well soon.

Hello doctor I am going through a skin problem I guess, my face going darker day by day. I used so many facewash, home remedies, turmeric product but no result. I never go out from my house but still I am facing this issue please help me out doctor.
Common factor that causes dull skin include dehydration and poor diet. Basically any triggers that deprive your skin of much needed oxygen and nutrients will result in dull skin tone. Lack of exfoliation- the sloughing off the dead skin cells can also causes dull skin. So drink lots of water and eat healthy nutritive diet. Wash it face at least 3 times in a day, you can use mild scrub or any home products (gram flour or wheat flour and 1 pinch of turmeric) for exfoliation. And use berberis aquafolium mother homepathic mother tinture and rose water in same quantity and apply on your face twice in a day. It will help to lighten your pigmentation.

Hello I am four months pregnant. It is my second pregnancy. In last pregnancy I was full active and I had no lethargy, body ace or any other problems but this time from very beginning I feel very tired, body ace, acidity and more. What is the reason for all these problems and what can I do to overcome these problems?
During early pregnancy, hormonal changes are likely the cause of fatigue. Your body is producing more blood to carry nutrients to your growing baby. Your blood sugar levels and blood pressure are also lower. Hormones, especially increased progesterone levels, are responsible for making you sleepy. In addition to the physical changes occurring in your body, emotional changes can contribute to decreased energy. To build your healthful pregnancy diet, choose a range of nutrient-packed foods from the following groups: Fruits: 3-4 servings a day. Vegetables: 3-5 servings a day. Dairy foods: 3 servings a day. Protein: 2-3 servings a day. Whole grains: 3 servings a day.
I have short and thick hair on my upper lip and chin area. What is the solution of this other than laser treatment? Some cheap treatment like cream or something.
