Hi lybrate-user. Seems like yours is a case of rapid hair fall which could be due to some allergic reaction or an other illness like hypothyroidism or acute stress. Homoeopathy has some wonderful treatment to offer depending upon the causation and am sure your problem can be resolved very well with homoeopathy. To cover up for any nutritional deficiencies that could have resulted in hair fall, start having jaggery and sprouted cereals in the morning. Also drink a glass of juice made of carrot, beet root, few tulsi leaves and amla, daily.

Hi. It's normal to lose up to 100 hair per day, and in most people, those hairs grow back. But many men -- and some women -- lose hair as they grow older. You can also lose your hair if you have certain diseases, such as thyroid problems, diabetes, or lupus. If you take certain medicines or have chemotherapy for cancer, you may also lose your hair. Other causes are stress, a low protein diet, a family history, use of bore water, or nutritional deficiencies. Need to rule out any causative factor or underlying medical condition. Management: Take diet rich in protein like non-veg, eggs (it's loaded with essential nutrients such as proteins, vitamin b12, iron, zinc and omega 6 fatty acids in large amounts and biotin), different pulses & legumes, sprouts, nuts (sp. Walnuts and almonds); iron-rich food like green vegetables, dates, carrots, prunes, green peas; also oats, shrimp, take flaxseeds, sunflower seeds, sesame seeds, green tea, soyabean, fruits, salads, etc. Take low-fat dairy products (they also contain whey and casein, two high-quality protein sources) take proper 6-9hrs of sound sleep. Give up the habit of smoking and excessive alcohol intake. Avoid junk food and any kind of beverages (tea, coffee, aerated drinks, cold drinks, etc.) avoid canned/ tinned food or food that contains preservatives (eat fresh ones). Avoid use of hard water to wash the head rather use boiled water for head wash. Avoid use of harsh hair colour, hair treatment like rebonding, straightening, perming, etc. Avoid vigorous exercises or any supplements provided by the gym! cover your head with scarf or cap while stepping outside. Use rose wood/ any wooden hair comb to brush your hair. Regular exercising is also one of the important point, but should be done under some good, qualified yoga teacher or instructor for proper guidance; it also releases the stress/ tension in the mind and the body and keeps you fit and young! Medication: Take homoeopathic medicines - Schwabe's Wiesbaden 200 & Alfalfa tonic twice a day for 1 month and revert. Use Schwabe's Arnica shampoo and Hair Growth oil regularly as per the condition of your scalp (minimum 3 times a week). After shampooing, use Bakson's Arnica hair conditioner as well after every head wash. Apart from this, you can take one tablet of multivitamin Folli Hair once daily for 1 month.

I am 45 year old and I am suffering from diabetes. So, give me some advice that what I can eat in my whole day.
The moment we get diagnosed with diabetes, our minds cringe in fear by the thought of all the restraint on our life, especially diet, which would be imposed on us for a lifetime, taking away the joy from celebrations and fun eat out sessions etc. Diet management is of utmost importance in diabetes not only to control blood sugar levels but also to keep other risks such as body weight and heart risk factors at bay. People with HbA1c levels mild to moderately elevated (<7.5%) at diagnosis, may be advised to take a diet and lifestyle modification trial before they are put on any drugs and some of these people will be able to control their diabetes/pre-diabetes for a significant amount of time without drugs. Even for people on drugs or insulin diet and lifestyle management is equally important. Diabetics in general are often advised even by their doctors and dieticians, some times, to consume ‘low fat’ diet to manage their heart risk. But In India, where average intake of carbs is much higher than recommended intake of fat, for most people, such an advice is not only erroneous, it is harmful! (Read: Indian diet: ‘pro’s and ‘con’s, to know more) Instead what is needed is to replace the ‘bad’ fats, present in high quantities in vanaspati (found in snack items and restaurant/ fast food meals etc.), full cream milk, butter, ghee and red meat (but not mutton: read more), with vegetable oils (such as olive, canola, rice bran etc. But not coconut and palm oil)

1. You can apply ketoconazole lotion on your scalp as it is extremely effective for treating fungal infections such as dandruff. 2. Applying mahabhringraj oil on your scalp and massage, finish the process by giving hot water fomentation. Mahabhringraj is a herbal oil used for treatment of hair related problems. 3. You can put 1 drop of cow ghee in both nostrils before going to bed. You can take pranacharya allergen capsule twice a day. Increase the intake of proteins such as soybean, egg white and pulses and avoid foods that are junk, fried, spicy or fermented. It is also advisable to avoid tea and coffee. 4. You should apply only ayurvedic shampoo and avoid any synthetic shampoos. Do pranayama every morning.

Any athlete who places stress on the spine is vulnerable to a back strain. Here are some tips for how to handle your back pain: rest your back for 24-48 hours, but do not stay completely immobile; limited, mild movement is better than bed rest. Apply ice packs for 15-20 minutes, 3-4 times a day for the first 48-72 hours. Apply moist heat after the first 48-72 hours if it makes you more comfortable. Aspirin, ibuprofen may relieve pain and reduce inflammation. If you sleep on your side, place a pillow between your knees. If you sleep on your back, place a pillow under your knees. Avoid sitting in one position for long periods of time. Get up and stretch every 20-25 minutes. Execute each movement required in your sport, gradually increasing the speed of movement, before returning to normal training and competition. Use a lower back support to keep the pressure distributed evenly on the muscles of the lower back. When lifting heavy objects, keep your back as straight as possible and use your legs. Do not bend at the waist. Avoid slouching when sitting. See a doctor immediately if the pain is intense, spreads down one or both legs, causes weakness or numbness, or follows a fall or a blow to your back.

My wife is 55 years old. her echo cardiogram report is normal. Her ecg report speaks of STT changes, for which the doctor here told me to get a street Test, modified done. The stress test has come positive - it speaks of "significant ST segment depression over and above basal changes in exercise and early recovery, reverting to basal at the end of recovery" and concludes saying "stress test positive for inducible ischaemia by ST criteria, this could represent a false positive in view of baseline abnormality. Suggested clinical correlation and further evaluation as clinically appropriate" my doctor says that she is otherwise asymptomatic, with normal bp, triglycerides, non diabetic, no chest pain, no breathlessness, no palpitation, and may be because of baseline issues. But he has suggested for a ct scan coronary angiogram. I would like to know whether is angio is necessary, as I would not otherwise have liked to expose her to 64 radiation hazards, if avoidable. Please advise. Please tell me the charges and the digital payment path.

First of all you should follow some basic thing 1. Avoid=hot and cold at time 2. Less the sugar as much as possible if you want to eat sweet take juggery which is black 3. Do not drink water after meal drink at the time of meal sip by sip up to 150 ml 4. Avoid late night sleep 5. Avoid to eat spicy food, besan, bekary food, overeating, junk food. 6. Every 3 day in month eat mung dal and rice for whole day. Take following remedies 1. Alovera juice 4tsp+ 1 tsp honey after dinner 2. Amal juice 4tsp +2 tsp sugar + 2tsp honey empty stomch in the morning.

Take egg, whole pulses, milk and products, soya milk, paneer,lean meat. Do strach exercise alternate days. Take any sweet item after meal. Take milk with jaggery, milk with dates, coconut water. Don't skip your breakfast specially and meals.

No ..try to avoid that ...becoz there are plenty of hormones in the body that have diurnal cycles i.e hormones dip in night and increase in morning...reversing the rhythm of hormones may lead to plenty of hormonal disorders creating various illness in future..

To reduce weight change food. Avoid too oily, ghee, prepretions, spacy, fast, junck, food, over eating take less as you fill hungery. Take fiber food as much as you can. Takesimple veg food with green vegitabales, salad. Do arobic excersices, yoga, fast walking wll help.

No. Hastproygam/masturbation generally don't cause any weakness or bone pain. It is a habit and not a disease. Concentrate on your work /job and studies. Occasional masturbation is not harmful. Step 01: refined sugar 1. Avoid all snacks and commercial products with sugar in them - biscuits, cakes, bournvita, horlicks, coke, pepsi, energy drinks, sweetened yogurt etc. 2. Cut down on your daily intake of tea/coffee and maintain it at 3-4 cups a day. 3. Try to add little sugar to any beverage (coffee, tea, milk, lemon water etc.) that you have and ideally you should refrain from adding any sugar altogether. Step 02: get exercise and proper hydration 1. Try to work out for 20 minutes each day. You do not necessarily have to go to the gym. You can incorporate some pretty powerful exercises in your daily routine like - squats, skipping, surya namaskar and core exercises. 2. Drink 8-10 glasses of water everyday but remember that tea/coffee are not substitutes for pure water. Step 03: improve posture and sitting habits if you have a sitting job then ensure that you do not sit for more than 30 minutes at one stretch. Get up and move a little after every 30 minutes. Step 04: stop indulging and eat more of raw natural stuff 1. No more than 60 ml of hard liqour or 2 glasses of beer per day. 2. Try to eliminate the urge to overeat but if you do overeat try to limit the incidents to two times per week. 3. Eat 4 servings of fruits per day. 4. Each of your meal should contain 50% of raw vegetables. Once you incorporate the above points in your routine you will see a dramatic difference in your weight, physical shape and energy levels. You will find that there are a lot of companies out there that are trying to sell expensive products to naive consumers in the name of weight loss. These products may not necessarily be good for you. Losing and maintaining weight is something which is totally in your hands, it is easy and it is free of cost if you follow the above mentioned points.

Hi make a paste of neem leaves and apply on the targeted pimples. If you cannot get fresh neem leaves, try to get some dried bottled neem leaves, steep for 10 minutes in warm water and use as a paste. Apply pranacharya face glow on your face for 15 minutes then wash it with warm water.
