Dear Chubby cheeks appear due to the food you eat and the way food is digested. External application will not change situation much. At night, let your facial skin breath. Need not do anything much. If you must, massage little sesame oil. Regards.

Just as your overall health will benefit from eating a balanced diet, so too should the health of your hair. Once it?s gone, it?s gone, so don?t put foods in your body that speed up hair loss. You may be experiencing a thinning on top already, but you can counteract this (or at least slow it down) by eating from every food group daily -- concentrating on foods that are rich in protein, iron, silica, and zinc.

Dear friend, I want to share two thoughts with you: 1. Please communicate with your doctor and know your disease, it is important as understanding your disease helps alleviate your symptoms and also help to maintain good doctor- patient relationship. 2. A single drug (medicine prescribed) may have multiple functions and multiple uses. So you will not be able to know for which reason it is prescribed in your case unless you ask your doctor. 3. Please don’t follow internet blindly for medical reasons as it is only collection of ideas and informations which may be sometimes incomplete and can never be a replacement of a health professional. Hope I could help you understand. I don’t think you are suffering from any serious disease but attend your doctor at earliest! Wish you all the best!
