You would firstly have to stop the habit of eating rajniganda. And then get teeth cleaning done. To remove the tartar /deposit/stain on the teeth. You can try. Using oral b paste. Brush two times daily.

Stop taking gutka like things because it causes lots of dental problem. Like yellowish teeth, plaque deposition, gum disease, loosening of teeth and even oral cancer. For temporary relief from pain you can take ketorol dt 2 tabs dissolved in half cup of water. But you should consult a dentist immediately for x-ray to rule out the exact cause of pain.

What are the remedies for tooth decay? How we can prevent it? Whether there is any home ingredient to avoid it?

What are the remedies for tooth decay? How we can prevent it? Whether there is any home ingredient to avoid it?
We need more investigations with clinical examination to decide upon treatment. You may need cleaning and artificial enamel filling or root canal treatment. Advance procedures can be done with laser. Dental tips: - visit a dentist every six months for cleaning and a thorough dental check-up. Limit sugary food to avoid tooth decay. Gargle your mouth thoroughly after every meal. Scrub gently to clean your tongue with a tongue cleaner. Floss all your teeth inter dentally & brush twice daily, morning & night, up & down short vertical strokes, with ultra-soft bristles, indicator brush. Tooth brush to be changed every 2 months.

A major cause of tooth sensitivity is root exposure. We need more investigations with clinical examination to decide upon treatment. You may need cleaning along with desensitizing procedures and / or artificial enamel filling and / or root canal treatment. Advance procedures can be done with laser too. Until then apply a desensitizing paste (sensodyne tooth paste) on the teeth. Wait for 10 to 15 min until you brush your teeth with the same paste. Applying it overnight will be better.

Hi, bad breadth occurs due to many reasons. In most cases, it is due to plaque or calculus or tartar over your teeth n gum line. You should check if there is any yellowish or grayish layers around the teeth especially near gum area. For the proper diagnosis of the reason, you should consult a dentist near by and take a deep cleaning of your teeth, it should be done at least once per year. However there may be some other reasons for bad breath like decayed teeth, lack of saliva, some blood impurities. Drink plenty of water, brush twice properly, use mouthwash, properly clean your tongue, gargling after eating especially after eating sticky or sugary food or drinks will help you reducing it, but to get it diagnosed the proper reason for bad breath is necessary and for that consult a nearby dentist.

Surprise! Garlic CURES Bad Breath.

Surprise! Garlic CURES Bad Breath.
How Garlic CURES Bad Breath

It’s a little known fact that Garlic is very effective when it comes to battling bad breath. Garlic is a natural cleanser and an antibiotic. It helps the body to push out the decaying food particles stuck to the intestinal walls while also killing the harmful bacterium present therein. Food stuck in your gut generally makes your breath smell foul. It’s your body’s way of telling you to clean your stomach.

To get rid of bad breath, simply mince 3-5 cloves of Garlic and swallow with a small glass of milk. You can also add a pinch of parsley to the mix for added effectiveness.

My baby is 1.6 years old. Now half of teeth grown. At what period can I teach her to brush.

Wait till all her teeth have erupted. Maximum time it will take is by 3 years of age. Between 2-3 years of age all her milk teeth would have erupted. Then you can teach her to brush teeth.
