I don't have regular menstruation cycle from last month. My period usually last for 3-4 days but last time it was late and appeared only for one and a half day. Since it was late and I had some family program so I tried to stimulate it with some home remedies like taking bath in mustard oil & taking vitamin C pills consisted of ascorbic acid. This time also. My periods are late and bleeding is very less. Please suggest me some good syrup or medicines to regulate menstruation cycle.

You may use the following ayurveda medicines given below. Hempuspa. 2 tspoon twice daily with water after meals. Hemtab 1 tab thrice daily with warm water after meals. You need to use for 3-6 months regular.

Hi, Please suggest healthy tips to lose weight within 15 days without any side effects with home remedies.
You need to have a diet and exercise plan based on your bmi, age & weight and sex, presence of any diseases. May also need to do some tests. In brief, weight reduction can be achieved only by reducing the intake of food 1/3 of what you take now. And by appropriate exercise plans for each part like belly, thighs, legs etc. To burn off fat. Some tips 1) drink three or four cups of water whenever you feel hungry and just before eating food 2) take boiled or raw vegetable like cucumber, carrot etc. As half of your diet. Then take 1/4 of your total diet as sprouted pulses / proteinaceous food like roti, cooked pulses and remaining with rice or other carbohydrates. Oil or ghee etc. Should be just bare minimum. The most important is to burn off the energy intake by exercises. There is no short cut or medicines without exercise. The food we eat is utilised for our energy needs and the remaining will be stored as fat which leads to obesity.

Hello there are many reasons of pain you should go through proper investigation. Physiotherapy is the best treatment for this condition. There are many reasons for this type of pain- 1. Overuse of muscles, 2. Deficiency of vitamin d3 or calcium, or lack of water in the body, 3. Postural stress, 4. Muscle strain, etc. Please send me all investigation reports if available. Hye, Thanks for the query. If you want to gain some weight, you need to eat more calories than you burn. 1. Eat 5 to 6 meals a day In order to gain weight, you need to start eating 5-6 meals a day. However, it is important that you break these meals into parts, as eating a lot at once may result in indigestion. Also, be sure to include healthy foods in your diet for a healthy weight gain. 2. Weight train at least 3 times a week When you train with weights, your muscles grow. 3. Consume more calories than you burn. Eating calories more than your normal intake may not be easy, but you must do it if you want to stop being skinny. Make sure you don’t do it just by overeating at once, but instead do it gradually over the whole day. 4. Work out your entire body A lot of gym goers usually train only the muscles on their arms, chest and shoulders and this is a grave error. Make sure you workout your entire body for a wholesome weight gain. 5. Load up on protein As informed earlier, you have to consume more calories than your normal intake every day. You can do this by eating foods rich in protein like dairy, meat, eggs, nuts, dry fruits, pulses, sprouts, smoothies, milk shakes etc. 6. Drink your calories It may be tough to meet your calorie requirements by just eating. Drinking milk, lassi, milkshakes or fruit smoothies with little or no sugar can be a great way to load up on the required calories. 7. Try and eat fast (but don’t choke on it) Your body takes some time to give signals of satiety which is why eating fast can help you eat more. 8. Focus on recovery after each workout Stretching exercises, foods rich in carbohydrates can help recover your body significantly. Also, you should aim for 8 hours of sleep as inadequate sleep can cause several problems. 9. Be patient with yourself Hoping to gain weight quickly in a healthy manner is unrealistic. Even if you follow all the advice that is there, you may end up gaining just 1-2 kilos in a month. Every body is different, and just because you are not seeing results in terms of weight gain, you shouldn’t feel discouraged. Living healthy by eating the right diet will make you feel better and more positive about life and increase your strength. 10. Believe in yourself.

My age is 24. Height 6 ft. Weight 76 kg. I had habit of masturbating 5 times daily since 5 years upto the age of 24. I used to masturbate by rubbing my penis against bed for hours .but now I left it. As I used to masturbate by rubbing penis against bed, I never observe my testis and penis size. I always use to enjoy .but now I noticed that I do not have beard. In my family every male member have full beard, even my younger brother. I have moustache and chin beard since the age of 19 but very light facial hair on some part of face. So I read on net that excessive masturbation causes low testosterone which are required for beard growth. So I also had my free testosterone test it came 2.73 (reference range is 3 to 10) .and total testosterone 21. 3pg/ml. (9 to 30 reference). .and I also noticed that my testicle became too small and penis size is 4 inch only. So I went to urologist he had my testis ultrasound it show right testis measures 2.5 cm * 1.5 cm and left measures 2.4 cm * 1.5 cm. My question is that with this testicle size and the semen which I lost in huge quantity in past, will I be able to marry in future and bear children?

Do your semen Analysis first. If everything is normal in semen analysis then you can bear child. Yes over mastribution is very harmful. You are not expected to discontinue your present treatment since it may harm u. We would advise that parallel treatment as supporting herbal combos may be started. Seeing the response over about 4-5 weeks we may increase the herbals. These are harmless and no counteraction with your current medication. Only some 1 hr gap to be maintained between allopathy and ayurveda. If agreed revert back. It may check neuropathy and other complications

Hi. I'm 34 weighing 85. I'm trying to reduce my belly fat. I do abdominal exercise and jogging. Also brisk walking. I eat cucumber, apple, watermelon etc and drink green tea. Also drink warm or hot water. I consume Oat meal daily. This is since a week. I can see the fat on my cheeks and neck reducing. My goal is to reduce belly fat. Are the above factors helpful or do I need to change or add in my daily diet. I'm staying away from oil, junk and dairy products.

Hi lybrate-user 1. Add fiber to your diet constipation distends your belly, add veggies and fruits to your daily diet to relieve you of constipation, reduce intakes of refined cereals like maida, noodles, pasta and whole grains instead add dalia and oats. This would relieve you of constipation and bloat to give you a flat tummy. 2. Decrease sodium intake sodium retains water in the body and hence your belly swells up, reduce intake of junk food as it contains a lot of sodium. Stop adding extra salt to dishes, also packaged and processed food contains a lot of salts so better avoid it. 3. Increase potassium foods rich in potassium help you get rid of balancing sodium, fruits are very good source of potassium, adding them to their daily diet not only provides this nutrient but also increase the fiber content of your daily intake 4. Avoid sugar alcohols we do not completely digest these low-calorie sweeteners usually found in flavoured low-calorie drinks, diabetic and sugar-free foods. You take homoeo medicine belladonna30 (6 to 8 pills) --3 times (hourly) in the morning and arsenicum iode 30---3 times (hourly) in the evening for 4 days. Take complete rest and have easily digestible light food. Drink plenty of water as this will eliminate toxins prevention of frequent cold and fever- 1. Maintain personal hygiene and keep your surroundings clean. *. Drinking lots of water is good. Keep hydrated by drinking water and preferring juicy fruits. *. Take nutritious and timely food. *. Avoid street food, fried foods and processed, junk food and eat fruits, nuts, greens, milk and whole grains. *. Have timely and adequate rest and sleep. *. Be relaxed and avoid tension *. Hello Mr. Lybrate-user, your age is not to suffer from back pain really. - your weight is also low compared to height and age. - 1st thing to do is to increase your weight by taking nutritious food - have amalaki rasayana 1spoon daily twice before food with milk - coming to back pain need to see it's related to muscles or bone - so apply ksheerabala taila daily before bath to your back that will strengthen both your muscles and bones - have sprouts in the morning compulsory. Right coronary is the dominant artery in majority of people. It all depends upon the extent of block in RCA which will decide the exact line. If the block is at the osteum then angioplasty must be done.
