Dengue fever presents as a high grade fever with bodyache ,weakness ,muscular pains ,rashes over the body ,and on blood test shows falling platelet count ,may be also falling white cell count; it is mediated by one particular mosquito which remains in fresh stagnant water ;being bigger in size it can not fly high in the air ,so bites on legs and lower parts of body mostly-so any stagnant water at home or in the neighbourhood ,can cause the disease. All other anti-mosquitoes measures will help; take only Tab. Paracetamol as an analgesic or for fever ,bed rest ,plenty of fluids, and semi-solid light diet; It passes off most of the times ,but watch your platelet count when it is going below 1 L

Hello, I am felling pain in left as well as right of my lower abdomen sometimes it pain in back of abdomen too. The left and right lower abdomen pain like hell sometime. I had my period on 5th of sep on this month. And previous months (August) I didn't gt my period, may be because I was under going medication of allergic asthma. Ok do wax therapy and ultrasonic therapy for 10 days avoid long standing and wear comfortable shoes avoid stretching exercise and you can use heel sole inside of shoes.

How to get rid of mole which is present on my left cheek. It is slightly elevated and hair is growing on it.(very small size may be 2 to 3 mm in diameter) I asked dermatologist he confirmed it as elevated mole. Now can you give me solution to get rid of this mole.

Garlic is one of the most effective home remedies for moles because it contains enzymes that help break down the clusters of pigment-producing cells. Plus, it helps lighten the dark pigmentation. 1. Crush a fresh garlic glove and place it on the mole. 2. Secure it with a bandage and leave it on overnight, or at least for four hours. 3. Do this daily for a few days. The mole will then fall off naturally. This method is said to give positive results with merely five days of daily application. Make sure to disinfect the area with rubbing alcohol or another disinfectant before repeating the process daily. Plus, to protect the skin surrounding the mole, apply some petroleum jelly or oil. Warning: Applying garlic on skin can cause redness and irritation. Dip a cotton ball in apple cider vinegar and place it on the affected area. Secure it with a bandage or medical tape and leave it on overnight. Do this daily for about 10 days or until the mole falls off. Alternatively, you can rub warm water on the mole or lightly scrape the surface with an emery board and then apply cider vinegar on it until it turns white. Leave it on until it dries naturally. Do this several times a day. Apple cider vinegar is likely to make the mole worse in the initial few days, but it will get better in a week. If it leaves a scar, apply coconut oil. Note: To protect the skin around mole, apply petroleum jelly on the surrounding area before

If you want a correct posture you need to exercise well. You have to do good weight training exercises. Since you have belly fat you have to eat clean. 99% people in this world are foodie but one has to choose between being healthy and not healthy. You do not have to starve yourself to eat clean. Your diet is 70% and exercise is 30%. You can eat these kind of food which comprises of whole grains like jowar, bajra, wheat, brown rice, pulses like moong, musoor, bengal gram, lots of vegetables, fruits, eggs, fish, chicken, paneer, healthy oil, nuts and seeds. You need to eat them in right proportion. Avoid eating sugar and sweets, refined foods like maida, noodles pasta, white rice and products, bread. Do not overeat. Hi make a paste of neem leaves and apply on the targeted pimples. If you cannot get fresh neem leaves, try to get some dried bottled neem leaves, steep for 10 minutes in warm water and use as a paste. Apply pranacharya face glow on your face for 15 minutes then wash it with warm water.

There are several things you can do to prevent a cold. they are all easy. -Always wash your hands after coughing or sneezing into your hands, blowing your nose, after touching someone who is sick, or when using public restrooms or telephones. -Cover your mouth and nose when you sneeze or cough. -Get plenty of rest/sleep.staying at home will keep you from spreading germs.Avoid people who have a cold or cold symptoms. -Drink plenty of fluids(veg/tomato soups,dal water/coconut water/herbal tea etc), and eat nutritious food(like sprouts/boiled eggs without yolk with milk). Avoid foods or drinks with caffeine which can impair your sleep -Treatment:A cold usually lasts for a week or two. Unless you develop complications, you shouldn't need medical treatment. -Complications like infections of the ears, throat, sinuses or lungs must be treated with antibiotics. -Gargle to keep from getting a sore throat. -Use saline nasal sprays or nasal irrigation. -Tablet nasorest-p once/twice daily may ease breathing. -Do steam inhalation once or twice daily -Cough- For dry cough.Take syrup Alex-D for a dry cough.(1 tsp thrice daily) -Productive cough:it brings up mucus from behind the throat or the lungs.These coughs should not be suppressed to the point that they no longer bring up mucus. Use syrup Alex. -Get chest xray done if cough lasts for more than a week and consult doctor immediately.

Dear lybrate-user, namaskar, you must sleep on a firm mattress with a soft and thin pillow, use a commode and avoid stairs. Do hot fomentation and apply muscodac gel 2-3 times a day. Wear a ls belt. Take zerodol sp and omez 40 mgm. 1 tab each, twice a day for 5 days. Get swd +ust for 5 sittings at a good physiotherapy center. You will settle. Once settled, learn exercises from your physio. If not. Get x-ray ls spine ap and lateral views and revert back to me with the reports. Chicken eating has no relation with your problem. Take care.

No, it is not normal, periods last for 5 days only. Get her checked for anemia- blood test for cbc get an ultrasound of abdomen to rule out any reason for prolonged periods. Take her during middle of cycle when eggs are visible also on day 10-12. Get back with reports for more guidance.

Foods that contain high concentrations of vitamin b3 (niacin) in the free form include beans and organ meat, as well as enriched grain and cereal products. While niacin is present in corn and other grains, the bioavailability of the nutrient is much less than it is in protein-rich sources. The role of vitamin b9 (folic acid) during pregnancy is vital to normal development of the nervous system in the fetus. Good sources of folate include liver, ready-to-eat breakfast cereals, beans, asparagus, spinach, broccoli, and orange juice. Animal protein products are a good source of vitamin b12 (cobalamine), particularly organ meats such as kidney or liver. Other good sources are fish, eggs, and dairy products. 3. Vitamin a: the foods highest in vitamin a are any pigmented fruits and vegetables and leafy green vegetables. 4. Zinc: zinc is a very important part of the brain as well; many regions of the brain, such as the cerebellum, and hippocampus have neurons that contain this nutrient. Zinc is needed to maintain normal vitamin a levels in blood plasma. Sources of zinc are meats, certain seafood, whole grains, baked beans, oatmeal, milk (low-fat), cashewnut, almonds, kidney-beans, cheese, peas, spinach, sesame seeds, pumpkin seeds, flaxseeds. Medication: take homoeopathic medicine for increasing memory - anacardium 200/ once daily.
