You should brush your teeth after taking dinner or just before going to bed. You should remember that after brushing teeth, you should not eat anything. If you sleep at 10 then you can brush at 9.45 pm or just after taking your dinner.

I am 30 years old male. I had sexual intercourse once, 4 years back. Since then I have been masturbating a lot. Now I feel I have erection issues. I don't get erection just by watching porn, or few days back I was with a girl for 2 days trying to have intercourse but I did not get erection. I also went for kinda erotic massage but I did not get erection, although here there was no action from the girl side. On the other hand whenever I try to masturbate, I get full erection. Also in the morning when I wake up, most of the times, I already have an erection. I feel I get conscious in such situations around the girl. I don't know if this is physiological or psychological.

This is psychological and anxiety related. With whom did you have sex? You being conscious of the firl shows that you are anxious Is she a girl friend or your wife? Erectile dysfunction (ED) is a condition in which man has trouble in keeping or getting an erection. It is a common male sexual dysfunction. It becomes more common as you get older but it is not a part of aging. MECHANISM OF ERECTION An erection starts in the brain. Physical and mental stimulation is required for an erection to begin. This stimulation causes nerves in the brain to send chemical messages to nerves which are present in the penis which results in the free flow of blood into the penis. This leads to high pressure in the penis which in turn traps the blood within both corpora cavernosa and then the penis expand. This causes the penis to sustain an erection. When the inflow of blood is stopped, then it opens outflow channels and then penis becomes soft. Then an erection is said to be reversed. CAUSES OF ERECTILE DYSFUNCTION Erection is a complex process which involves hormones, brain, emotions, muscles, nerves and blood vessels. Problem with any one of these can lead to erectile dysfunction. Sometimes stress and mental health can also lead to erectile dysfunction. Combination of Physical and Psychological issues can lead to erectile dysfunction. Some medicines like antidepressants can also cause this and if you are taking any medication you have to discuss with your treating doctor to change or stop medicine if possible PHYSICAL CAUSES OF ED •Heart disease, high blood pressure, High cholesterol. •Parkinson's disease, obesity, alcoholism, atherosclerosis. •Use of tobacco, surgeries that affect the pelvic area or spinal cord. •Treatments for prostate cancer. PSYCHOLOGICAL ISSUES OF ED: Depression, anxiety, stress and other mental health conditions are some of the psychological issues which causes erectile dysfunction. SYMPTOMS OF ERECTILE DYSFUNCTION •Trouble in getting erection •Difficulty in keeping erection •Reduced sexual desire To Prevent ERECTILE DYSFUNCTION By decreasing the chances of developing several diseases like diabetes, heart disease and hypertension, chances of developing erectile dysfunction can be decreased to some extent. By eating healthy diet, erectile dysfunction can be managed. By doing Exercise daily and by avoiding smoking, risk for developing erectile dysfunction can be decreased. If you do not have any diseases it is only your mind that is preventing your erection. So you need to be calm and stop worrying about it and keep on doing normally.

This is seborrheic dermatitis of the scalp which also comes over eyebrows. Eyelashes. Use a topical lotion like of halabetasol to be applied at night along with a good anti dandruff shampoo.

After having intercourse, try lying down with pillow under the buttocks for about half hour; this increases the contact time of semen with the cervix. However there is no particular method or position for getting pregnant, the most important factor being the time of intercourse which should match the egg release.

Hye. Thanks for the query. Maintaining body weight is not a one time effort that you try, succeed or fail or drop the actions that take you there. You are what you eat. Your weight is nothing but a balance of how much you eat and how much you burn or exercise. Understanding this art of balance will make it easy to maintain your body weight. Walking, swimming, strength training as well as eating are all calorie burning processes. Along with this if you eat sensibly; then you will see the scales move. There is no short cut to losing weight. You have to eat the right foods at the right time. Eat small but frequent meals.     Reduce your main meals by a small amount. Take a glass of lime water 10minutes before meals. Avoid long gaps in between meals. Avoid junk as far as possible. Exercise at least 4 times a week. Lastly be committed.                        Remember it's a lifestyle change and not a one time thing.     It's a balanced intake that will last you longer. All the so called fad, crash diets, medicines, pills or supplements will only give you muscle and bone loss. The fats will remain as it is. So, lose that fat not muscle mass.

Pain on running fast will cause pain if you are not doing it everyday. Any exertion more than your capacity is going to cause pain. Try to increase your running speed gradually over days. If you need to travel long distance, manage your time so that you do not need to run fast. And for the pain you can do hot compresses, will cause pain relief.

Sleep min 7-8 hrs daily, here is some tips for you 1) massage with stress relief oil or warm coconut oil to head, neck, and ears. 2) apply chandan powder +2-4 saffron threads+ pinch of cinnamon (dalchini) lep with rose water to forehead. 3) take 8 hrs sleep in the night. 4) avoid oily & spicy food. 5) pour 3-4 drops of warm pure cow ghee in both nostrils in head low position 6) do eye check up if headache persist

A spoon of desi ghee or butter and a katori of assorted nuts everyday does boost the good cholesterol, this is heart friendly. No oils, no junk food either but lots of seasonal vegetables and fruits plus eating according to constitution. Take curds and boiled eggs plus proteins supplements.

You maybe suffering from acute gasteroenteritis. It could be caused by food poisoning or viral or bacterial infection. You need to keep your body hydrated by drinking isotonic fluids like ors. You can take anti diarrhea medicine and anti vomiting medicine. If your symptoms persist, you will need to do blood tests and stool tests. You should take some soups or porridges like rice soup or porridge with added salt to supplement the lost fluid from your body. Natural fruit juices and coconut water is also very good to regain the electrolytes and fluids that are lost due to vomiting and diarrhea.

Be patient. It takes 3-6 months for recovery. Keep doing physiotherapy. That will help you the most in building muscle mass and speedy recovery.

Milk does not draw calcium from body as it already has calcium in it and thats how the bones are formed of a new born baby who is entirely dependent on milk and other thing that it produces then yes it produces but this mucus is protective and protects us from getting mouth infections as milk is basically protein and gives us immunity to fight against the diseases.
