I am an IT Employee, Have been suffering from back pain and its been on and off, just wanted to know is it going to be permanent problem or will stay for some time until we reduce work load?

MPTh/MPT, MSC CVR, MANUAL THERAPIST
Physiotherapist,
Your workload is not loading your back. It's the way you work is loading it. You need ergonomic corrections to minimise job site hazards and do give 10mins a day to neutralize your stresses. Physical and mental. Back pain will be persistent until you learn to correct your bad habits. Visit a Physiotherapist for evaluation and strengthening Dial 9820011774 for any assistance

Unfortunately, significant number of people still doesn?t get a complete relief from this problem even after the complicated surgery. Do not get frustrated Homeopathy can change your life? Tips for backache: Heavy objects should be pushed rather than pulled. The weight of the objects should be taken in your bent legs and arms and not in your back. During an acute attack sleep with a pillow under the knees. Choose shoes that offer good support in the arch and have low, but not flat, heels. Prop up one foot on a box or low stool when you're standing for a long time. Use a chair that provides support for your back, or tuck a little pillow behind your lower back

For that u may consult me privately over Lyberate. Please update with ur valuable feedback after 15 days.\ HAIR FALL - Start taking black til (Seasam) with a glass of lukewarm milk early morning. avoid pickles, spices, oily, greesy food items. Hi thanks for your query and welcome to lybrate. I am dr akshay from fortis hospital, new delhi. Your complaints are focused on pain in elbow and wrist region and these have started only after you have started playing badminton. I would advise you for: - initial intensive ice packs - analgesic spray for application - short course of anti-inflammatory medications - cessation of playing for around 2 weeks let' s give it a try for 2 weeks, and if then it does not improve, then you let me know. Even your resumption after pain subsides has to be gradual. Do not hesitate to contact me if you need any further assistance. Thanks & regards Dr Akshay Kumar Saxena

There are many conditions that can cause knee pain. - ice is useful for the control of pain and swelling. It can be applied to the knee for 15 to 20 minutes as often as every two to four hours. The swollen knee should be elevated above the level of the heart while icing. -activities that cause pain should be avoided temporarily. -if the knee is swollen or sore, the following positions and activities should be avoided until knee pain and swelling resolve: squatting kneeling twisting and pivoting jogging aerobics, dancing playing sport you need detail assessment with a physiotherapist to find out what causing you this pain.

Respected, Sir/Madam, I am 37 years old male and have right arm pain from shoulder to hand for 6 months. I have used ...
Pain in the arm can result from a number of factors. Abnormalities or injury of the skin, nerves, bones, joints, blood vessels, and soft tissues of the arm can all result in pain. Arm pain may be the result of referred pain from another part of the body. Please go to a physiotherapist to assess and treat the underlying condition. If pain is caused by an activity, modify or stop the activity. Rest the arm and resume activity gradually. Monitor the response to the activity. Pain experienced in the right arm is usually not serious, but when it is coupled with other symptoms like pain in the leg or tightness of the chest, it may be more serious. Try some home remedies: ice will reduce pain and swelling. Apply ice or cold packs immediately to prevent or minimize swelling. Apply the ice or cold pack for 10 to 20 minutes, 3 or more times a day. Elevate the painful area on pillows while applying ice and anytime you are sitting or lying down. Try to keep the area at or above the level of your heart to help minimize swelling. Apply heat and begin gentle exercise with the aid of moist heat to help restore and maintain flexibility. Some experts recommend alternating between heat and cold treatments. Gently massage or rub the area to relieve pain and encourage blood flow. Do not massage the area if it causes pain. Do not smoke or use other tobacco products. Smoking slows healing because it decreases blood supply and delays tissue repair. Best wishes.
