How to geT red off marijuana (ganja). PlZzz I really waNt to get red off dis. I smoke every day near about 4 years. T...
Four years ago you were in your late adolescence and it is a very suggestive time for all such substances. I am glad you want to stop it now and hopefully forever. Marijuana has varied findings and claims, many of which are dubious, and some for medicinal uses that are authentic. But each person reacts differently to these substances and you definitely sound like someone who is not reacting well. These drugs can precipitate underlying anxiety, quite innocuously. In the meantime, you must go on a regular exercise program, eat well and sleep well. A personality course will certainly help. Do Yoga and meditation too. If the addiction is in any way covering up some deep-rooted pain, you need to work on that and clear that out of your system. I hope you are aware that people who are addicted are often spiritually bankrupt. It would be wise for you to touch base with your faith and turn to some spiritual exercises to reform your path on the right track. I am sure it will help. Do not delay any action by denial: a typical reaction of all addicts. It comes in the form of over-confidence, some arrogance, and denying the existence of any problem. Stopping weed is like any other habit like smoking and has to be done immediately, promptly, and abruptly. When quitting, you must take one day at a time. If you look too far ahead you will get discouraged and will give up. If you sit and count the number of days you have given up, that will also focus too much on achievement. You must focus on the here and now, on that day to be precise. After all quitting is not that easy due to many factors. So even if you fail one day, you must try and try again. Very few people succeed in their first attempt. Your persistence will eventually pay off. The urge to discontinue is hampered by many factors but the worst of them is the conditioning and the high you get from the weed. In fact these conditions can exist all through the day unlike other addictions. But your desire to want to stop is the most important factor. It is important to find out about the ill-effects of smoking weed to have a reason that alarms you about continuing in the habit. The information is really scary but true and you must remind yourself about this every day. Though there are contravening information percolating from researchers of various kinds expounding its benefits. You should start vigorous exercises, gradually increasing it over a period of time. Do deep breathing exercises every time you feel like smoking (try Yoga), and replace the oral urge with some healthy food substitute to satiate the need. You may also take hard candy or chewing gum. You may also join Smokers Anonymous in your city where the support is really extraordinary for like-minded people who are also in the same situation, even though you are into weed. Keep yourself occupied or engaged with interesting activities during the times when it is most tempting. Keep the company of non-smokers of weed and cigarettes for some time i.e. At least for the first 21 days. Above all announce it to everyone that you have quit smoking. Here’s a piece of very good advice: even if you accidentally/willfully take a refill, it is not the end of the world – you can start the cessation all over again. You must persevere with the best support until you defeat this addiction. Counseling is very useful in the initial stages and when temptations are at their highest.

General Physician,
Hyperhidrosis, or excessive sweating, is a common disorder which produces a lot of unhappiness. An estimated 2-3% of people suffer from excessive sweating of the underarms (axillary hyperhidrosis) or of the palms and soles of the feet (palmoplantar hyperhidrosis). Underarm problems tend to start in late adolescence, while palm and sole sweating often begins earlier, around the age 13 (on the average). Untreated, these problems may continue throughout life. Sweating is embarrassing, it stains clothes, ruins personal contact, and complicates business and social interactions. Severe cases can have serious practical consequences as well, making it hard for people who suffer from it to hold a pen, grip a car steering wheel, or shake hands. Causes OF Hyperhidrosis:- Although neurologic, endocrine, infectious, and other systemic diseases can sometimes cause hyperhidrosis, most cases occur in people who are otherwise healthy. Heat and emotions may trigger hyperhidrosis in some, but many who suffer from hyperhidrosis sweat nearly all their waking hours, regardless of their mood or the weather. Antiperspirants This may be the first treatment that a dermatologist recommends. It is affordable. When applied as directed, an antiperspirant can be effective. Your dermatologist may recommend a regular or clinical-strength antiperspirant. Some patients need a stronger antiperspirant and receive a prescription for one. Iontophoresis (the no-sweat machine) If excessive sweating affects your hands, feet, or both areas, this may be an option. You will use this treatment at home. It requires you to immerse your hands or feet in a shallow pan of tap water. As you do this, a medical device sends a low-voltage current through the water. Many people obtain relief. Some people dislike that this treatment can be time-consuming. Uses: Hands and feet It works by the electric current shuts down the treated sweat glands temporarily. Side effects: Some people develop: • Dry skin • Irritated skin • Discomfort during treatment Prescription medicine Some patients receive a prescription for a medicine that temporarily prevents them from sweating. These medicines work throughout the body. However we cannot prescribe in open question answer session as a rule but you can ask in consultation. These medicines prevent the sweat glands from working. Athletes, people who work in a hot place, and anyone who lives in a warm climate should use extreme caution when using this treatment. The body may not be able to cool itself. Uses: These medicines can effectively treat sweating that involves entire body. This medicine also can be an effective treatment for post-menopausal women who sweat excessively only from their head. Side effects: The medicines that prevent the sweat glands from working can cause: • Dry mouth • Dry eyes • Blurry vision • Heart palpations (abnormal heartbeat) Surgery If other treatments fail to bring relief, surgery may be considered. Surgery is permanent and carries risks. The following surgeries can stop excessive sweating: • Surgically remove sweat glands • Sympathectomy A dermatologist can surgically remove sweat glands from the underarms. This surgery can be performed in a dermatologist’s office. Only the area to be treated is numbed, so the patient remains awake during the surgery. A dermatologist may use one or more of the following surgical techniques to remove sweat glands from the underarms: • Excision (cut out sweat glands) • Liposuction (remove with suction) • Curettage (scrape out) • Laser surgery (vaporize) Sympathectomy is another surgery used to treat hyperhidrosis. This is major surgery, which a surgeon performs in an operating room. During sympathectomy, the surgeon tries to stop the nerve signals that your body sends to the sweat glands. To do this, the surgeon will cut or destroy certain nerves. To find these nerves, the surgeon inserts a mini surgical camera into the patient’s chest just beneath the underarm. The patient’s lung must be temporarily collapsed so that the surgeon can cut or destroy nerves. Uses: • Surgical removal of sweat glands is used to treat the underarms • Sympathectomy is mainly used to treat the palms

Mr. lybrate-user, If with current dosge of Insulin blood glucose is not well controlled, then one has to look at diet and insulin dosage closely. First fasting glucose can be targeted by adjusting night insulin dose and food intake. Once that is under control then post breakfast and lunch levels can be looked at. Alternately one can look at adding a drug orally. But for all this I need to know current fasting, PP levels and HbA1c%, dietary habits and extent of exercise being done daily. Plus there has to be regular follow up. Thanks.

It happens due to nasal allergy. The best way to treat congestion is to treat the allergy that’s causing it. You may be allergic to -dust mites, -tree pollen, or -animal dander. -You should cover your nose whenever you are exposed to an environment with any of the above. -give steam regularly. -use Cromolyn sodium (NasalCrom) nasal spray If the spray causes breif sneezing or irritation, it is normal but if you see it does not suit you, you can simply use Vicks inhaler. -you can take diatonic dca when you get a problem, it will relief your irritation, especially before bed time.

Most of the time the actual problem is acidity in stomach or gerd. But it is wrongly diagnosed as asthma. My advice for you is to start making healthy choices by eating healthy food and excersise daily to first loose those extra pounds. Second, do not lie down immediately after dinner and should wait for atleast two hours. If you want I can help you loosing weight, up to 8kg in one month. Good luck!

If you work out a lot in a gym only then you need such high intake of proteins, even in that case avoid taking egg yolks. Otherwise one egg a day and taking egg yolk one in while is good enough.

Does Masturbation is necessary in life for men? If he do everyday does any impact on health pls advice.

BHMS
Homeopath,
Does Masturbation is necessary in life for men? If he do everyday does any impact on health pls advice.
Not necessary. Masturbation twice per week is healthy excess leads to side effects. Some of the after- effects of masturbation are: a. The nervous system is affected the most. B. Besides the heart, the digestive system, the urinary system as well as the other systems are adversely affected and consequently the whole body becomes the museum of diseases with profound weakness. C. The eyes become sunken, the cheek bones protrude and there is a black rim round the eyes. D. Continuous headache and backache. E. Dizziness and loss of memory. F. Palpitation of heart on lightest exertion. G. Nervousness. H. Unable to perform any heavy physical or mental work. I. The person dislikes any company and activities and rather likes to sit in seclusion and suffers from weakness. J. All the senses are impaired. K. Vision becomes dim, the tongue begins to stammer and ears tend to become deaf etc. L. Lastly T.B. Or insanity or some other serious disease catch hold of the victim to lead his life to a close. M. Impotency/ erectile dysfunction / premature ejaculation ,reduced penis size, hardness etc Therefore, young men are advised to consult a qualified and honest homoeopathic practitioner for his expert advice and effective treatment instead of wasting his money with quacks. Further, those young men who are or have been engaged in the regular habits of masturbation should not ignore the necessity to consult the qualified homoeopaths to avoid sexual embarrassment at the time of marriage. Homoeopathic treatment for taking away the habit of masturbation and removing its bad effects. Consult for homoepathic treatment without side effects recommend me by clicking on recommend option and leave feedback.

Along with medicines, you need certain precautions to prevent it. Taking bath before bedtime and using microderm powder should be helpful. Use clean sheets and change clothes. Sleep under the fan or try to keep the room cool where you sleep.
