I am 30 year old and suffering from heavy migraine problem which is 15 years old. Tell me what to do?

Certified Diabetes Educator, Registered Dietitian (RD), PGDD, Bachelor of Unani Medicine and Surgery (B.U.M.S), General Physician
Dietitian/Nutritionist, Mumbai
migrane can be managed with lifestyle changes and medications, try muscle relaxation exercises. Relaxation may help ease the pain of a migraine headache. Get enough sleep, but don't oversleep. Get an adequate amount of sleep each night. It's best to go to bed and wake up at regular times, as well. Rest and relax. If possible, rest in a dark, quiet room when you feel a headache coming on. Place an ice pack wrapped in a cloth on the back of your neck and apply gentle pressure to painful areas on your scalp. It is very important keep a headache diary. Continue keeping your headache diary even after you see doctor. It will help you learn more about what triggers your migraines and what treatment is most effective. A dose of riboflavin in appropriate dose as prescribed by me, also may prevent migraines or reduce the frequency of headaches. Coenzyme q10 supplements may decrease the frequency of migraines, magnesium supplements may also be used to treat migraines do reply back for medication prescriptions. Being also a general physician and registered dietitian, I prescribe both evidence based herbal as well as allopathic medicines complementing with dietary guidelines and home remedies carefully personalized for each individual patient.

I'm suffering excess of sweat from my scalp and forehead. Its comes when I get expose to sun heat and when I work with lifting weight object's.which doctor should consult.

BHMS

Our bodies have millions of sweat glands all over, including all over the head and face. They play a vital role in the natural process of thermo-regulation. When the body gets too hot, hormones stimulate these sweat glands to release sweat which evaporates and in turn cools down the body. However, in some cases, something goes wrong in this process and the result is excessive sweating or hyperhidrosis.it is curable under homoeopathic constitutional treatment

We forget or are even unable to find enough time for a good rest in the form of sleep. Follow these simple steps to ensure a good sleep every night and stay away from sleep disorders and other health problems associated with unhealthy sleep habits: 1) maintain a regular sleep routine go to bed at the same time. Wake up at the same time. Ideally, your schedule will remain the same (+/- 20 minutes) every night of the week. A good sleep hygiene routine promotes healthy sleep and daytime alertness. 2) avoid sleeping during the daytime. It can disturb the normal pattern. 3) avoid caffeine, nicotine, and alcohol near bedtime. While alcohol may speed the onset of sleep, it creates problems in he second half of sleep. 4) exercise can promote good sleep. Exercise should be taken in the morning or late afternoon. Yoga, can be done before bed to help. 5) have a quiet, comfortable bedroom. Set your bedroom thermostat at a comfortable temperature. Generally, a little cooler is better than a little warmer. Turn off the tv and other extraneous noise that may disrupt sleep. Background'white noise' like a fan is ok. If your pets awaken you, keep them outside the bedroom. Your bedroom should be dark. Turn off bright lights. Have a comfortable mattress. 6) avoid heavy meals close to bedtime. 7) ensure adequate exposure to natural light. 8) avoid emotionally upsetting conversations and activities before trying to go to sleep. Do not think of, or bring your problems to bed. 9) stop using all your digital devices and stop looking at digital screens be it mobile phones or televisions at least 1 hour before the time you plan to sleep. Instead try reading a fiction book near bedtime so it makes you help relaxed and de-stressed. Sleep well live healthy and live longer.

I am Arun I am suffering from asthma problem I am taking medicines since 2 years but there is no relief.

BHMS, Master of Science in Pharmaceutical Medicine
Homeopath,
I am Arun I am suffering from asthma problem I am taking medicines since 2 years but there is no relief.
A respiratory condition marked by attacks of spasm in the bronchi of the lungs, causing difficulty in breathing. It is usually connected to allergic reaction or other forms of hypersensitivity Description To understand asthma, it helps to know how the airways work. The airways are tubes that carry air into and out of your lungs. People who have asthma have inflamed airways. The inflammation makes the airways swollen and very sensitive. The airways tend to react strongly to certain inhaled substances. When the airways react, the muscles around them tighten. This narrows the airways, causing less air to flow into the lungs. The swelling also can worsen, making the airways even narrower. Cells in the airways might make more mucus than usual. Mucus is a sticky, thick liquid that can further narrow the airways. This chain reaction can result in asthma symptoms. Symptoms can happen each time the airways are inflamed. Cause • Allergy • Tobacco Smoke • Environmental Factor • Obesity • Pregnancy • Stress • Genes • Airway Hyperactivity • Atopy Allopathic and Homoeopathic Treatment o Most people need to take more than one type of medication to control asthma. O Not everyone with asthma takes the same Homoeopathic medication. There are many different asthma medications and they come in many forms: pills. O Allopathic medications are often divided into two groups: bronchodilators and anti-inflammatory agents. O There's no allopathic medication to cure asthma completely. Asthma medications are used to stop, control and prevent asthma symptoms. O Within three month of Homoeopathic treatment Asthma is permanently curable. Cost of Treatment Direct Cost Indirect cost Intangible Cost Cost of Doctor Loss of productive work by patient Grief Cost of Hospital Treatment Loss of productive work by patient family Fear Cost of Drug Early retirement from work Pain Cost of Investigation Unhappiness Cost of Equipment’s Loss of Quality of life Examination Origin, Development and Progress of Disease is Important as this leads to the choice of Homoeopathic remedy. I have piles. And I would ask you this danger disease. How to remove this disease.

C.S.C, D.C.H, M.B.B.S
General Physician,
Dangers can be sever bleeding or obstruction leading to a dire emergency .Piles are haemorrhoids that become inflamed. Haemorrhoids are masses, clumps, cushions of tissue in the anal canal - they are full of blood vessels, support tissue, muscle and elastic fibers. Piles can be of various sizes and may be internal (inside the anus) or external ones (outside the anus). Typically, internal piles occur from 2 to 4cm above the opening of the anus. External piles (perianal hematoma) occur on the outside edge of the anus. The internal ones are much more common. Symptomatic haemorrhoids affect at least half the population at some time in their lives before the age of 50. In the majority of cases, piles are effectively treated with over-the-counter medications, a good fluid intake, and by following a diet high in fibre. In severe cases, the piles may have to be surgically removed. About 10% of patients who go and see their doctor about piles eventually require surgical intervention. Internal haemorrhoids are classified into four grades.  Grade 1 - there are small inflammations, usually inside the lining of the anus. They are not visible  Grade 2 - larger than grade 1 haemorrhoids, but also inside the anus. When passing a stool, they may get pushed out, but return unaided  Grade 3 - often called 'prolapsed haemorrhoids'; these appear outside the anus. The patient may feel them hanging out. They can be pushed back in if the patient presses with their finger  Grade 4 - these cannot be pushed back in and need to be treated by a doctor. They are large and stay outside the anus all the time. External haemorrhoids are called perianal hematoma. These are small lumps that are located on the outside edge of the anus. They are very itchy and can be painful if a blood clot forms inside (thrombosed external haemorrhoid). Thrombosed external haemorrhoid requires medical treatment straight away PILES OCCUR when the blood vessels around the anus and in the rectum will stretch under pressure and may swell or bulge. Inflamed veins (haemorrhoids) can develop when pressure increases in the lower rectum. This may be due to:  Chronic constipation9  Chronic diarrhea10  Lifting heavy weights11  Pregnancy12  Straining when passing a stool.13 The tendency to develop haemorrhoids may also be inherited. The risk of developing piles grows with age Treatments for piles In the majority of cases, piles resolve on their own without the need for any treatment. Treatments can help significantly reduce the discomfort and itching that many patients experience. Diet - piles can be caused by too much straining when doing bowel movements, which is the result of constipation. A change in diet can help keep the stools regular and soft. This involves eating more fiber, such as fruit and vegetables, or switching your cereal breakfast to bran. Water is the best drink, and the patient may be advised to increase his/her water consumption. Some experts say too much caffeine is not good. Simple things you can do yourself to help prevent piles:10  Try not to strain when you go to the toilet  Avoid laxatives  Exercise. Ointments, creams, pads and other OTC medications - there are some over-the-counter (OTC) medications which help soothe the redness and swelling around the anus area. Some of them contain witch hazel, hydrocortisone, or some other active ingredient which can relieve symptoms of itching and pain Surgery - used for particularly large piles, or grades 3 or 4 haemorrhoids. Generally, surgery is used if other procedures were not effective. Sometimes surgery is done on an outpatient basis - the patient goes home after the procedure.

Dried Dates And Nuts Dried dates offer good strength to the body and have the ability to increase sexual drive in humans. ? Mix a handful of dried date, pistachio nuts, almonds and quince seeds in equal proportions and then pound them into fine powder. ? Mix this powder in a glass of milk and consume it daily to see effective results. Practice through masturbation. If you are unable to perform well in the bedroom, then you should consider masturbating for practice. You are not all alone in this venture. Many people do it. So, do not be embarrassed to try it out. The way you masturbate could also have effects on how you perform in the bedroom. Therefore, do not rush the process. The way to do it successfully is to make it last, just like you would do when you are not alone in the bedroom. Pay attention to your partner?s needs and desires. When you pay special attention to the needs and the desires of your partner, you can make your sexual experience a pleasurable one. This can also help you slow down your performance in the bedroom. When you talk about this with your partner beforehand, you can easily avoid any awkwardness when you wish to slow down during a heated moment. You can also alternate the pace in order to take a break, so that it can help you focus on enhancing your sexual experience. Get some medical help. If you have an erectile dysfunction or some other problems such as Peyronie?s disease, then you might need to get some medical help.Do not hesitate to ask your doctor for help related to your performance in the bedroom. It is however never a bad decision to do some exercises in order to enhance your sexual performance with your partner apart from seeking medical help. ? Red hot chilli peppers ?Naturally hot and spicy, this food is known to boost both the libido of a person, as well as their sexual performance. ? Eggs ?Eggs can help balance the hormone levels of a person and improve the sexual performance of a person by decreasing their stress levels. Ayurvedic medicines ?
