Dear Lybrate user. I do understand. You are already 57. Your body have started its ageing process and therefore it is difficult for you to increase the cup size of your bras or to improve the size of your breasts. Every exercises, yoga techniques and supplements are bound to fail. In such a case, I suggest reconstructive surgery. Take care.

Go for an evening walk. Don't get me wrong — exercising at any time is good for you. But evening activity may be particularly beneficial because many people's metabolism slows down toward the end of the day. Thirty minutes of aerobic activity before dinner increases your metabolic rate and may keep it elevated for another two or three hours, even after you've stopped moving. What that means for you: Those dinner calories have less of a chance to take up permanent residence on your hips.

How much time after work out I should eat ? I am working on reducing my belly , i work out for 1 hour , I drink whey protein shake immediately after work out , then after how much time i should eat food ? eg. 30 minutes , 1 hour etc

Every 3 hours you must eat in small portions. The food included are sprouts, whole grains, 4-5 fruits, 6-7 veg including raw veg as salads, milk & curd, no junk or fast food etc

I'm suffering from Loose-Stools since past 20 days, got admitted twice in the hospital. Medical history is like that Since 20 years I'm patient of Diabetes. Since last 7 years BP and Thyroid. And In June 2017, During an angiography a blockage was diagnosed and treated with a Stent. For loose stools, a bunch of blood tests, urine tests, Stool tests along with Stool Culture, Colonography, CT Scan n Ultrasound whole abdominal we're done and all were normal. Still Loose stools starts after 3-4 days of normal stool pass. Now the Physician and Gastro brings to my knowledge that this may be case of Diabetic Diarrhea, as all the symptoms matched with my condition: Pure Liquid Loose Stool, Painless, Frequency increases at night and I'm on insulin for last 13 yrs. I wanted to know, Is there a proper treatment what will be the future treatment, how long it will take to stop loose stools and have proper and normal stool.

Medical history is like that ...
You seem to have been through a gamut of investigations which have yielded no significant finding to explain the diarrhoea. You have not mentioned if any emperical treatment was given, hence I will assume none was given. I would consider diabetic diarrhoea and/or Irritable bowel Syndrome as possibilities. Irrespective of the cause, I would recommend a detailed evaluation of metabolic parameters and optimize them one-by-one. This will not only help the body to control the diarrhoea but will translate into long term health and wellness at multiple levels.

Hi lybrate-user. Everyone has some belly fat, even people who have flat abs. That's normal. But too much belly fat can affect your health in a way that other fat doesn't. There are four keys to controlling belly fat: exercise, diet, sleep, and stress management. 1. Exercise: vigorous exercise trims all your fat, including visceral fat. Get at least 30 minutes of moderate exercise at least 5 days a week. Walking counts, as long as it's brisk enough that you work up a sweat and breathe harder, with your heart rate faster than usual. 2. Diet: there is no magic diet for belly fat. But when you lose weight on any diet, belly fat usually goes first. 3. Sleep: getting the right amount of shut-eye helps. In one study, people who got 6 to 7 hours of sleep per night gained less visceral fat over 5 years compared to those who slept 5 or fewer hours per night or 8 or more hours per night. Sleep may not have been the only thing that mattered -- but it was part of the picture. 4. Stress: everyone has stress. How you handle it matters. The best things you can do include relaxing with friends and family, meditating, exercising to blow off steam, and getting counseling. That leaves you healthier and better prepared to make good choices for yourself. Medication: 1. Regularly do massage with utsadana powder for 10-15mins before bath will helps to mreduce the belly fat.

Tuberculosis of Spine - Surgical Management

Another case of suffering due to misconceptions and fears related to spine surgery. This patient had TB of spine for last 7 months. Was bedridden with paralysis of both legs, loss of toilet & urine control and severe back pain. Was advised surgery at many centres but relatives refused due to fear of spine surgery. Took a lot of convincing on my part, finally relatives agreed. 3 days post surgery pt is sitting with support, has regained bowel bladder control and some power in legs. At 9 months follow up pt is walking with Complete resolution of Infection
