If I run for few seconds like 10or 20 sec I feel tired because I have not much more stamina. So please give me some tips to gain my stamina.

Dear, you will definitely get more stamina by following these very useful tips. * you should take proper balanced diet first. That means you have to take vegetables, milk, chapattis or rice, butter / cream, cereals (daals) or cheese every day. * very important thing, do not miss or skip your meals at any cost and take meals on time * drink atleast 2 litres of water daily. * proper 6-8 hours sleep is very important. If your sleep is less than 6 hours, then you feel tired very early. So complete your sleep. * do breathing execises daily in morning & evening. Just sit down in peaceful place, close your eyes, take deep and long breaths in and out. Do it atleast for 10-15 minutes daily. *take a walk, in first walk normally for 10-15 minutes for 15 days. Then slowly walk fast and slowly start running. You can do it on treadmill also. * you can do surya namaskar yogasan daily to improve your stamina under the guidance of yoga expert.

Take high fiber low fat diet. Drink lot of water everyday. Take small and frequent meals at regular intervals of 2-3 hrs. Avoid outside food completely. Ask me privately for customized diet plan for you.

1) If you are taking meal 2 times a day, you can have the same 4 times in divided doses. 2) Try to avoid gluten containing food like bread, pizza, and burger. 3) Always eat fresh food. 4) No oily & junk food. 5) You can have sprouts, salads, fruits or fruit juice in breakfast rather than bread, toast or artificial protein shake. 6) Don’t eat immediately after exercise or yoga. 7) Stretching exercises 10 minutes. 8) Brisk walk 5 km daily or 25 minutes 9) Yoga- surya namaskar & different yogasana for 25 minutes.

  • There are several medicine and food behaved is any disease but one should always try to use those medicines and foods which are according to their local place for suitable results. 
  • Like now a days people are attracted to frozen food and supplements with pesticides like in olive oil, broccoli and spirulina, ginseng etc. In places where it is not according to their climate and in this process local cultivation which is fresh and pesticides free is not used. It provides loss of time, finance and health as well.
  • Search whatever you see around you explore about it and use it, for this one doesn't need to be an expert but yes suggestions online or in person can be used.

banana is good source of energy,vitamins and potassium.one banana contain 120 to 130 kcal depending on size.yes you can add banana in your diet but it is depend on your total energy consumption and which diet you are following now a days.

Hello, Gaining weight is a slow process which requires patience and dedication! It not only depends upon the amount of food you consume daily, but also about eating Sensibly, depends upon your genes, your body's proper metabolism, assimilation and absorption, the levels of stress/ tension in your life, and any underlying medical condition you have! The food what and how you eat, makes the difference! For increasing your weight, concentrate on the below points (if you don’t have any medical condition) which helps in gaining weight in a right way without harming your body. - Consume more healthy fats. Foods containing healthy fats are full of nutrients and also high in calories, making them a great option for weight gain. Foods containing plant fats should be your first option - this includes items such as nuts, seeds, peanut butter, avocados and olive oil. Foods containing healthy animals fats include lean meats and full fat dairy products - although if you have high cholesterol, you should probably stick to low-fat options. -Eat more protein. Good sources of protein include lean meat, fish and poultry, in addition to eggs, whole grains, dairy products and legumes. -Drink more calories. Try drinking a large glass of orange juice in the mornings (along with your normal breakfast). Drink a glass or two of full-cream milk throughout the day. -Have 6 small and frequent meals in a day. -Gain muscle mass. It's a good idea to continue to exercise while you attempt to gain weight the healthy way. Strength training includes working with weights and performing exercises such as squats, deadlifts, bench presses, bicep curls, crunches, chin-ups and leg curls. Just keep in mind that the more you exercise, the more calories you will need to consume to replace those you lost while working out. -Quit smoking. As it suppresses the appetite. -Stay healthy. The most important thing through the entire weight gain process is to stay healthy - eating a balanced diet and continuing to exercise throughout. -Take enough of rest and sleep for rejuvenation of the cells and tissues. -Think Positive which will help you in achieving your target of gaining weight. -Avoid taking unnecessary stress/ tension. Medication: Take Schwabe’s Alfaalfa Tonic and Five Phos. Both thrice daily ½ an hour before meals for 3 months. Revert.

Hi lybrate-user Excess fat deposit on tummy area is due to insulin and glucagon hormone imbalance. To lose tummy fat you should avoid starchy and sugary food exm. Chapati, bread, rice, potato. And black heads and neck black marks are due to insulin resistance. U can use high protein diet exm. Pannier, egg, chicken soya. Take lipolyzer tummy tablet after lunch and dinner.

Weight gain is muscle gain and not fat gain. In your condition your energy requirement is very high so whatever you eat is used as a source of energy and you do not make muscle. To gain muscles you will have to eat at least 6 meals (high calorie) in a day at a regular interval with a proper ratio of proteins and carbohydrates. Proteins will help you gain body mass while carbohydrates will help you give energy. Protein foods are eggs, fish, chicken, milk and milk products, meat and dals. Carbohydrate foods are roti and rice, potatoes, sweet potatoes. You have to eat vegetables and fruits and use healthy and good fats for cooking like ghee, cold pressed mustrad or til oil. You will also have to do some weight training exercise to help you build mass into the body. Also drink enough water to keep you hydrated. You can do a mass gainer like serious mass.

चिरौंजी (बुकानानिया लानजान) या  चिरौंजी वृक्ष  भारत  के  मूल  हैं  जो  देश  के  उत्तर  पश्चिमी  हिस्सों  में  बड़ी  मात्रा  में  उगते  हैं। चिरौंजी को भारत का सदाबहार औषधीय पौधे माना जाता है। अक्सर बादाम के बदले में प्रयोग किया जाता है, चिरौंजी के बीज पोषक तत्वों से भरे हुए, आयुर्वेदिक चिकित्सा में एक महत्वपूर्ण तत्व हैं। चिरौंजी में बादाम की तुलना में मामूली अम्लीय स्वाद होता है। यह खपत के लिए एक हल्की लौ में भुना जाता है। 
चिरौंजी बीज कैलोरी में कम हैं और प्रोटीन, फाइबर आहार और वसा का अच्छा स्रोत हैं। चिरौंजी आपको विटामिन सी, विटामिन बी 1, विटामिन बी 2 और नियासिन जैसी विटामिन प्रदान करती है। कैल्शियम, फास्फोरस और लोहे जैसे खनिजों को भी इन बीजों में उच्च मात्रा में पाए जाता है।
चिरौंजी  के लाभ:
चिरौंजी  के  विभिन्न  आयुर्वेदिक  स्वास्थ्य  लाभ  हैं:
1. दस्त और अन्य पाचन समस्याओं के लिए:
यह दस्त बाँधने में मदद करता है और आपके आंत्र आंदोलनों को नियमित बना देता है। इस पौधे के कुछ हिस्सों में मौजूद कत्थई गुणों को इसका श्रेय दिया जा सकता है।
2. श्वसन समस्याओं के लिए: चिरौंजी तेल के कुछ बूंदों के साथ मिश्रित पानी की भाप की श्वास के कारण ठंड से तत्काल राहत प्रदान की जा सकती है, क्योंकि यह बलगम को ढीला करने में मदद करता है। चिरौंजी बीज के बलगम निकालने वाले गुण नाक की भीड़ और छाती की भीड़ से राहत में भी मदद करते हैं।

Hello, For a diabetic exercise is very important -- walking, yoga, swimming, jogging, aerobics. It controls your sugar levels. Eat more veggies -- non starchy ones (no peas, potatoes or corn) and minimise your salt intake. Eat whole grain foods. Take fish at least twice a week and have beans or soy products or skinless chicken instead of meat. Eat fresh fruits -- apple, papaya, pear. Eat healthy fats in small quantities. No butter or creamy stuff. Avoid chips, fatty snacks. Stay hydrated. Avoid full fat dairy products, fried foods, foods made of white flour, jams, canned fruits, sweetners. And DON'T starve yourself. Remain stress free.

Hello, Doing exercises regularly will not only cut down your belly fat, but also you will get a body in good shape and you will be get rid of many diseases related to it! Following exercises will help you to achieve this if you don’t have any other medical condition: 1.The Plank - Lie down on your tummy and then come on your palms and toes. Lift the knees off the floor. Draw your tummy muscles up and breathe deeply into the side and back of the rib cage. Aim to hold the pose for 30 seconds. 2.Static Tiger pose - Place your hands and knees on the floor. This is the starting position. Now lift up one leg and extend the opposite arm. Hold this Static Tiger Pose for 3 deep breaths. Come back to the starting position and swap sides, extending arm and opposite leg. You can look down towards the mat to keep the spine in line. This exercise will build core strength. 3.Sitting Spinal Twist - Sit on the floor and cross your legs. Place one hand next to your hip and the other on the knee. Rotate the spine and look over one shoulder into a Sitting Spinal Twist. Inhale. Exhale back to centre. Swap sides, rotating and looking over the shoulder. Inhale. Exhale back to centre. 4.Stomach Crunches - Lie on your back, knees bent and feet flat on the floor, hip-width apart. Place your hands on your thighs, across your chest or behind your ears. Slowly curl up towards your knees until your shoulders are about three inches off the floor. Hold the position for a few seconds and lower down slowly. Perform 12 stomach crunches. 5.Oblique Crunch - Lie on your back, knees bent and feet flat on the floor, hip-width apart. Roll your knees to one side down to the floor. Place your hands across your chest or behind your ears. Slowly curl up towards your hips until your shoulders are about three inches off the floor. Hold the position for a few seconds and lower down slowly. Perform 12 oblique crunches and repeat on the opposite side. Medication: Start taking Schwabe's Phytolacca Berry tablets/ thrice daily 1/2 an hr before meals for 1 month. Thereafter revert me back for further guidance. All the best!

Hi, I am an over weight person, 82 kg, 27 years, 5'6" height, male. I want to loose weight. But by jogging I feel very pain on my heel. Once I had jogged for 6/7 days, then I could not walk for some days due to heel pain. So please can you suggest me how to loose weight by any method other than jogging. Now I am consuming hot lemon water (only lemon juice with a cup of hot water) in the morning in empty stomach. I want other method to loose weight. Also when I take my meal (small amount, it is taking 6/7 hours for hungry again. Is my metabolism is slow or very slow? If slow how to increase. Thanks.

Hello, Jogging cant be started at higher intensity from day one. You need to gradually increase the intensity and the duration of it. Need to first make your body comfortable with the new set exercise. Slow metabolism will lead to converting energy into fats, resulting in weight gain. A simple rule is calorie should be burned more than its intake. There is no particular drink or food which can lead to weight loss. Its about recognising the different food items which support weightloss. Proper hydration also results in increase metabolism.

Gaining weight is as difficult as losing it, if you are naturally thin. Skinny people complain that they can't put on any weight.If you want to build up weight, don't just eat high-calorie junk foods and rely on unnecessary supplements. Choose foods that are energy-dense and nutrient-dense whenever possible. Following are some tips to follow to increase your weight. You will take some time to gain the weight you need, but be patient. 1. If you have a rapid metabolism, then you must increase your daily intake of healthy foods (increase your intake of carbohydrates) to compensate for the rate at which you burn energy. Eat six smaller meals a day You should also eat more energy dense foods like healthy oils, dry fruits, seeds, nuts, pulses, etc. along with some starchy foods like potatoes, cereals, bread, pasta, rice, etc. 2. Consume more calories than you burn. Choose healthy calorie-dense food to add calories. Drink healthy beverages to add calories. Mangoes are rich in calories and carbohydrates, include them in your diet. 3. Eat healthy food frequently, 5-6 times a day - 3 larger meals and 3 smaller meals alternately. Separate them by at least 3 hours so you can digest each meal fully. Don't go without food for 5-6 hours after having a major meal. For example, if you wish to consume 3000 calories a day, you may eat 3 larger meals of about 650 calories and 3 smaller meals of about 450 calories. 4. Have a balanced diet. 5. Exercise regularly for putting on weight. Some thin people think that exercise is not good for them. This is not true, it keeps the metabolism high. Remember that eating alone is not sufficient. You don't want to gain fat but lean mass, so exercise is important. Resistance training exercises will help to increase your muscle mass, which in turn will increase metabolism. Learn to distinguish between weight gaining exercises and weight loss exercises. Note that if you do not get enough amino acids during exercise, the existing muscle may break down. Amino acids come from protein foods so you should eat such foods after exercise. Keep in mind that excessive exercise without putting back the energy you have used will not help you to put on weight.
