I am suffering from psoriasis and what know about diet and fast way to control it.
Hii lybrate-user, as you are 23 years old suffering from psoriasis, psoriasis is genetic disorder triggered due to stressful conditions and irregular life style. We are treating psoriasis using ayurvedic medicines. Psoriasis has three stages. First stage is when disease remain on skin and there are scaly patches. Second stage comes when there is pitting on nails and in last stage it enter the joints and there is pain in small joints. Generally patient use steroidal application on patches which give temporary relief and disease reappear after 2/3 days. In severe cases methotrexate is used which is not a safer option and is liver toxic. Ayurveda has got a complete remedy for psoriasis. It is a safer option and can be used for longer duration without any side effects. Ayurvedic external application give very quick results with sun exposure in clearing the scales and internal treatment does not allow the disease to re appear. Psoriasis is a manageable disease and can be managed with ease and effectively using ayurveda. You should use 3 gms of haldi with milk helps in psoriasis patients. Hi, please follow these tips: - wear varicose veins stockings while moving about to prevent further dilatation of the veins. - go for color doppler study of the affected limb to know the severity of the disease. - do not stand and work for long hours - consult a vascular surgeon and get yourself examined thoroughly. - perform leg raising exercises regularly. - keep your foot end elevated while sleeping.

Hello, Kindly follow advises given below 1.Avoid using computers continuously, take rest for 5 min after working for half an hour 2. In pain free interval do neck exercise (kindly learn exercise by registered Trainer) 3. you can use thin pillow while sleeping so that normal posture of neck can be maintained 4.Maintain proper posture of body while watching TV/ studying Kindly go for cervical X ray AP and lateral and review with reports Consult Physician for Further Management

1. Excessive masturbation of 4 or more times in a day, daily is physiologically almost impossible. After repeated masturbation acts our testosterone level get burnt out. We simply don't feel the urge anymore and naturally, we don't tend to get the erection. Nature has its own way of limitations. This is what is happening with you. But this effect is short-term. You will soon regain your sexual urge and the proper erection after you stop masturbation for a few weeks! but yes, masturbation is a healthy sexual habit but when it exceeds 3/4 times a week and that too regular. Or when it becomes an obsessive compulsive act as you have mentioned, then there are lots of dangerous side effects. Apart from sexual side effects like impotence, loss of libido, premature ejaculation etc. It will harm your physical, mental, and psychological health. 1. Drink 100-500 ml of tender coconut water twice a day for relief from hyperacidity Mix equal parts of powdered fennel, licorice root, basil leaves and coriander seeds. Have ½ teaspoon of this mixture with ½ teaspoon of powdered rock candy (or unrefined sugar) 15 minutes before lunch and dinner. 2.Make a powdered mixture of equal parts of rock candy (or unrefined sugar), fennel, and green cardamom. Whenever you feel heartburn, mix 1 teaspoon of the mixture in a glass of cold milk and drink. 3.Avoid tea, coffee, and carbonated or alcoholic beverages.Especially stop drinking bed tea. 4.Avoid using garlic, ginger, onions, tomatoes, and vinegar in cooking. 5.Curd should be strictly avoided at night. 6. Practice Yoga and Pranayama such as Vajrasana, Bhujangasana, Salabhasana, Bhastrika Pranayama,Shitali Pranayama and Shitkari Pranayama. 7.Drink plenty of fluids and water. 8. Avoid constipation. 9. Revert back after 10 days. Take Care.

Dear lybrate-user, Right now there are no treatment, tablet or food, to cure or reverse Alzheimer memory loss. Further deterioration can be prevented by tablets and food. Since Alzheimer is a gradually downhill course, it is worth preserving what is left of brain functions. All healthy foods are good for both physical and brain health. Why don't you join local Alzheimer's disease society? It will give you ideas of various persons trying in vain various things. In order to find a cure, many things are tried. Some optimistic reports will be there. If it is not significant or not replicated in others, it will not be useful clinically.

home remedy walk for a while in a park take water in proper quantity to drink whole day avoid fast foods. Sleep timely less use of mobiles phones and internet can save your life and provide you good health and bright sparkling future. Make time tables and manage your day and time efficiently. Try to focus on output of yours work. Avoid drinking tea only take green tea without milk. Eat green vegetables and salad more in yours diet. Try to eat fruits once in day. Mainly apple in breakfast. Take care give feed back after getting relief.

There are several things you can do to prevent a cold—they are all easy and inexpensive and worth the effort. Wash your hands often-with soap and warm water.The germs stick to the soap and get washed down the drain. Always wash your hands after coughing or sneezing into your hands, blowing your nose, after touching someone who is sick, or when using public restrooms or telephones. Cover Your Mouth and Nose When You Sneeze or Cough- Clean your hands every time you cough or sneeze. Avoid Touching Your Eyes, Nose, or Mouth-Germs are often spread when a person touches a contaminated surface and then touches their eyes, nose, or mouth. Stay Home When You’re Sick-Get plenty of sleep, be physically active, don’t smoke, manage stress, drink plenty of fluids, and eat nutritious food so you can fend off viruses. In general you should: -Take healthy balanced diet...like boiled eggs.daily in breakfast .. -Avoid people who have a cold or cold symptoms. -Routinely clean and disinfect common areas of your home. -get plenty of rest so your body can use its energy to fight the cold -staying at home will keep you from spreading germs -drink plenty of liquids like herbal tea or hot broth/vegetable/tomato soups. Avoid foods or drinks with caffeine which can keep you from getting enough sleep -Runny Nose and Sneezing- if you have post nasal drip, gargle to keep from getting a sore throat. Drink extra fluids. (avoid sugary and high calorie drinks) -Use saline nasal sprays or nasal irrigation • Tablet Nasorest-P once/twice daily may reduce the amount of mucous. • Do steam inhalation once or twice daily Treatment:There is a gradual 1-3 day onset of symptoms. It often starts out as a sore throat, then a fever and coughing. As the cold progresses, the nasal mucus may thicken which is the last stage before the cold dries up. A cold usually lasts for a week or two. But, taking good care of yourself at home can relieve symptoms and help prevent complications if you are otherwise healthy. Unless you develop complications, you shouldn’t need medical treatment. Complications include bacterial infections of the ears, throat, sinuses or lungs which must be treated with antibiotics. Cough-Coughing is how your body gets rid of debris and mucus from the airways during a viral infection. Unless your cough is severe or is keeping you from resting at night, it is better not to treat it. A severe cough can be treated with a cough syp, but don’t try to completely stop the cough. There are two types of coughs. Productive and non-productive or dry cough. Non-productive, dry cough. A dry, hacking cough may develop near the end of a cold. Dry coughs that follow viral colds are often worse at night and can last up to several weeks. Take syrup Alex-D for a dry cough. Cough drops can sooth an irritated throat, but most don’t affect the cough. Productive cough. A productive cough is one that brings up mucus from the back of the throat or the lungs. Productive coughs should not be suppressed to the point they no longer bring up mucus. Use syrup Alex. Drink lots of water if you have a productive cough. Head and Body Aches- Take tablet dolo-650 mg for fever once or twice daily

Sleep is a very tricky thing in our daily routines and infact a very essential thing as well. Sleep has many components and one of the components of sleep is REM (Rapid eye movement). During REM sleep we see dreams! In dreams we experience everything in the brain without having to leave the place where we are sleeping and yet the dreams are too much life-like and vivid! These episodes of something falling on you and your child are only depiction of your overt desire for protecting your child which are again and again getting entwined in your dreams in some way or the other. You can prevent nightmares like these by keeping yourself relaxed in thoughts before sleeping. Don't sleep over with a stressed mind- try to clear your thoughts in bed before you finally sleep!

Hi, is intended for the relief of various symptoms of the common cold. All medications within the nyquil imprint contain sedating antihistamines, hypnotics, and/or alcohol, and are intended to be taken before sleep and not for treating insomnia! you have got a kind of drug-dependency and later may become drug-addicted! reduce the dosage and frequency of it's use gradually and later stop. You can take homoeopathic medicine for your insomnia - schwabe's bacopa monierri 1x/ thrice daily and kali phos./ once daily at night for 1 month. Then report back to me. Management: here are five tips everyone can use to help improve the quality of their sleep: keep your bedroom cool and dark put away/turn off all electronic devices while preparing for bedtime stick to a regular bedtime and wake time every day, even on weekends stop drinking caffeine by the early afternoon and avoid large late-night meals skip the late-afternoon nap, as it can make it harder to sleep at bedtime avoid taking unnecessary stress/ tension. Do regular exercise. Go for a brisk walk in the morning.
