Don't consider this to be a simple UTI as the creatinine levels are raised you need to be more concerned to check whether there is any diabetic or hypertensive nephropathy causing in raised creatinine levels. However you said because of the shooted BP she got paralyzed hence this might be the reason for altered kidney function also hence don't neglect and use home medication and instead consult your doctor and get diagnosed and treated accordingly. If you need any further advise please write back to me in detail.

You should follow these very important and simple things to prevent stone formation & to get sure treatment of kidney stones: 1. First take a lot of fluid daily. The more you drink water and fluid, the less amount of deposit accumulate in kidney. So you have to make your kidneys healthy just only by drinking 2-3 liters (10-12 glasses) of water. 2. Stones are mainly formed of calcium and oxalate. So take very low quantity of milk, cheese, cream and dairy products. 3. Do not take strawberry, plum, spinach and tomatoes. These fruits and vegetables are rich in oxalate. So avoid them to prevent from kidney stones. 3. Stop taking supplementary vitamin d and calcium medication. 4. Avoid animal protein diet- eggs, red meat, fish in diet. 5. Take less amount of salt, pickle and western foods. They have high amount of sodium. So avoid it. 6. Urinary infection are also one of the cause of stone. So take proper antibiotic treatment of urinary infection on time. Even when you feelburning sensation or pain during urination, don't avoid it. Take medication as soon as possible. I hope you follow them in your life andstay healthy. 7. You can take gokshur tablets of himalaya for 3 months. It definitely get relief from kidney stones.

Mr. lybrate-user, Thanks for the query. Going by your description it appears that you have developed hemorrhoids (piles). This needs to be treated first with some oral drugs to be taken orally as well as some ointments for application, available over the counter. You may use those. Then consume more of green leafy vegetables, salads and fruits so that stools do not become hard. Develop good bowel habits, visit the toilet when there is an urge. Drink more water. Avoid certain foods that cause irritation. If all these measures do not help, then you may have to see a surgeon and follow his advise. There may be an operation needed. Thanks.

The stone might have migrated down from the kidney as there is pain.As she is in her last trimester of pregnancy the stone can treated after delivery of the baby if it does not pass out with medicines. But if pain is severe causing infection of the kidney then some intervention will be required immediately to save the kidney.

Mild forms of UTI may be aborted with alkalisers like ALKASOL etc. Particularly in the initial stage. However severe UTI associated with fever may need Antibiotic therapy to be started early.
