Cause of discoloration – Smoking, coffee, tea, drugs, aging, staining food (wine, blueberry, etc) genetics. You may need deep cleaning, polishing along with whitening (bleaching) procedures and / or artificial enamel filling and / or capping. Advance procedures can be done with laser. Use Snowdent tooth paste for whitening until then. Apply SNOWDENT paste on the teeth. Wait for 10 to 15 min .Then brush your teeth with the same paste. Applying it overnight for better results.

Loose molar, that means it has some problem of gums surrounding that tooth. You should immediately consult a dental surgeon and get the treatment done. Medicines won't treat a loosen teeth and the pain is because of that.

High blood sugar causes the lens of the eye to swell, which changes your ability to see. To correct this kind of blurred vision, you need to get your blood sugar back into the target range. For many people this is from 70 mg/dl to 130 mg/dl before meals and less than 180 mg/dl one to two hours after the start of a meal. Ask your doctor what your personal target range should be. Blurred vision can also be a symptom of more serious eye problems. If your vision is blurred, contact your doctor.

There are various reasons of bad breath, like impurities in blood, inefficient digestive system, dry mouth (lack of saliva production), gum disease , cavities, plaque and tartar formation around teeth and gums, kind of diet, improper brushing / cleaning of mouth etc. I would advise you to get a thorough physical and dental examination to rule out the cause of bad breath and to solve it permanently. How to free from sudden tooth pains? It pains when drinking water and sleeping and there is a gap between teeth.

MDS - Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery
Dentist, Chennai
How to free from sudden tooth pains?
It pains when drinking water and sleeping
and there is a gap between teeth.
The type of treatment you have for toothache /sensitivity/swelling will depend on the cause of the pain, so your dentist will examine your mouth and may carry out an X-ray to try to identify the problem. •If your toothache / sensitivity/swelling is caused by tooth decay, your dentist will remove the decayed area and replace it with a filling. •If your toothache / sensitivity/swelling is caused by a loose or broken filling, the filling will be taken out, any decay will be removed and a new filling put in place. •If the pulp inside your tooth is infected, you may need root canal treatment. This procedure involves removing the infected pulp and then inserting a special type of filling to seal the tooth and prevent re-infection. •If your toothache / sensitivity/swelling can't be treated using these methods, or if your tooth is impacted (wedged between another tooth and your jaw), it may need to be removed.

Hi, from what I understand, you are talking about your 3rd molar (wisdom tooth). If I am right then I would like to tell you that 3rd molars are prone to getting decayed and stains since its the last tooth in the arch, so regular brushing techniques if not followed properly, tends to accumulate stains and plaque. I would recommended you to consult a dentist to get your tooth clinically evaluated. Regards Dr. Dhruv anand.

My last tooth wisdom tooth on both the sides have been grown horizontal. That is right and left ends. Doctor advised me to remove these teeth but I don't have any pain as of now and its already more than 6 months completed after my checkup , I am normal. Will this be a big problem in future? If your teeth are already horizontal then they are impacted and it is better to get them removed before they get infeted and cause problems. They are like ticking time bombs and may surface with problems at any point in life. Better to get them removed before they end up causing pain and problems.

If you get your tooth knocked out, put it in milk & hold it in your mouth. This will help your tooth to survive longer. Make sure you see a dentist rightaway.

Bleeding from the gums occur when the gums are irritated by tartar, vitamin c deficiency, uncontrolled hypertension, infection, problems in your blood. Kindly visit the dentist and find out the cause and get cured. Gum bleeding can be prevented by proper brushing, eating food rich in vitamin c, gum massaging which will increase the blood flow to the gums and keep it healthy.
